Avoid the wife, Leslie!!! Extremely rude and unprofessional. It's also obvious they are a nightmare to their neighbors. UPDATE : The rude behavior did not start until after I had a mask on ( but the employees there DID NOT.) Go toward 37 and there are several BETTER choices.

Person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. Very “upity” and essentially told me since he was local he can charge more than a dealer. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you like being talked to like a 2nd or 3rd class citizen.

The guy urn did not check the oil in my car and said it was fixed it was not. My benz didn't make it home after paying a 1200 $ mechanic bill don't take your car to urn to fix you will be out 70.000 for a new car and out the money he charges there just sorry people in tiny little rip off shop my experience with them was an expensive lesson .trusting this goof is a rip off nothing more .

Blade replacement was supposed to be 75 but it ended up being 400. I was upset shortly thereafter it broke again and I was going to be charged again. My father called and the owner said he would do it for free. Since then my father passed and I went in and the owner was kind and compassionate and fixed it immediately. Thank you so much

We took our BMW in for an oil change that took 10 days to get our car back. We never once had a problem with this beauty. After receiving our car back, everything started to go wrong with it. Costing us thousands of dollars to get fixed. I suspected sabotage, but couldn’t prove it. Took it to a different mechanic and they did clarify that. Yes the parts that needed to be replaced was due to sabotage.

We were traveling in our Sprinter Motorhome from Georgia to Bloomington, then to Cincinnati and on to New York. About 75 miles from Bloomington our Sprinter started throwing codes. First ABS, then ESP and finally check engine light. I had to park about 2 blocks away on a Tuesday at 4:00. They came to us with the code reader and determined a sensor had failed, ordered the part and installed it the next day saving our trip. Through the entire process we were treated very professionally and it was obvious they are extremely knowledgeable. They are also very customer satisfaction oriented. Highly recommended!!!

I took my Mercedes to Mr import before my real mechanic could get me in I wanted a piece of mind of what was wrong with it. Mr import told me it was a parts car no good it would take 5-10k to fix the situation more than the cars worth he mentioned. I took it to my real mechanic weeks later when he was free for it, 1,200 dollars to fix the situation plus 2 more tires my mechanic charge 115 an oil change Mr import wanted 250 an oil change. What I’m saying is you don’t need a Mercedes mechanic over pricing you thinking and telling you awhole different situation than what it really is you need a trust worthy mechanic who knows all cars I rather take my car to a real Mercedes dealership and pay high price like he is for a guy who told me completely opposite. The situation the issue was under my car not my motor but it was a parts car? Find yourself a good mechanic who knows about all cars even foreign cars. What he told me was crazy I’m still mind blown over it this was 9 months ago I’m finally writing this because I still can’t believe what he told me.
