Two things: first, I was charged $98 after giving them a $10 coupon. $108 to change oil and filter. Just wow! Second, every time I go, I have to ask them to reset my dashboard "Check Engine" screen. They don't do it for $108. I have to remember to ask them to do it, and this time I forgot. So looking at the price for new oil and filter done by them, I went on Amazon and bought oil and filters for $35 from Amazon (Mobil One 0-15 and Fram) and will change my wife's and my Rav4 oil and filter, saving myself $65 each vehicle. Then when I tried to respond to their email request for feedback, they had tons of questions and wouldn't let me submit the above until I'd answered every question. Waste of money and then waste of time. Sorry to say so.

Had THE BEST experience at this location!! Billy, the manager, was incredible and explained everything so well. I drive an Audi SUV, which is 10x more expensive than a regular oil change and they were very affordable. Will come here from now on

The team members were great. I have no complaints about them at all. The convenience when in a pinch is the only reason I will return because the cost of the oil change here is higher than competitors. I never thought there would be a time when I would say that the dealership is substantially cheaper, but this is now true. This location has been increasing prices extensively for some time now and it has exceeded what I am willing to pay.

I have truly never taken the time to write a review like this, especially for an auto shop, but this experience absolutely deserves it. I just got my oil changed at Valvoline, and I honestly cannot express how amazing it was from start to finish. To be completely honest, I usually hate getting my oil changed. It’s one of those errands I always dread — I never feel comfortable, and I often leave feeling talked down to or dismissed. In fact, as I was literally turning into Valvoline today, I was thinking about how much I hate this chore. But by the time I left, I had a completely different feeling about the entire experience. As a 23-year-old woman, I’ve always felt a little uneasy going to places like this. But this visit was completely different. From the moment I pulled in, everyone treated me with genuine respect and kindness. They explained everything clearly without being condescending and made me feel like my time, questions, and understanding truly mattered. Jada, the manager, was phenomenal. It meant so much to see a woman leading the team with confidence, knowledge, and professionalism. She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. It wasn’t just about getting an oil change — it was about being treated like a valued customer and a capable person. I was so impressed that I found myself actively texting my family while I was still there about how shocked I was by how great the experience was, and telling them they had to start coming here too. That’s how genuinely positive and unexpected this visit was for me. I left feeling so appreciated and respected, which is something I’ve never experienced at a quick oil change place before. This team deserves so much credit for the environment they’ve created — friendly, trustworthy, and truly caring. I will 100% be returning here for all my future oil changes, and I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know.

They forgot to put the oil plug back in after the oil change. Left my friend stranded before Christmas. Update: Tyler and Melvin haven’t called back in over a week and is constantly unavailable to be contacted over the phone. Caveat emptor.

Ethan was extremely rude. Pulled in at 6:35ish I even said sorry for coming so close to closing time.. I’m way over due though.. no acknowledgment. With 25minutes until close for a 15minute oil change. Ethan was super annoyed and very rude. Get a different job if you hate it so much. I wouldn’t advertise for people to leave a Google review with such sorry attitudes. Wouldn’t come back. I was out with 11 minutes to spare until close
