Most 5 star reviews on this website is faked, if this company messes up your property, they will be dodging you and making up excuses for their driver’s drunk decisions from personal experience, the communication doesn’t exist between them so don’t hold hope’s of them passing important messages between each other, they have the tendencies to blame other ppl like a simple address, you can give it to them precisely but they will still go to the wrong address than blame another company for their incompetence. So I recommend another service for professionalism & courtesy. The company even has the owner’s sister running things when he’s on vacation… as if being his sister is a job title within the company. Lol

I wish I got the name of the tow driver who came to my house on a Main road and navigated our dead suburban onto the road, in the middle of summer Cape Cod traffic with absolute ease, while literally directing traffic around him, and quickly scooping it onto the flatbed… I literally stood on the front lawn in shock at how swiftly he was able to manage all the moving pieces… this guy needs a medal and a raise, bravo!!

This shop has always done a great job! Carlos is fair with pricing and the job will be done correctly! He is honest with you on what needs to be done now verse what may be able to wait. I really honestly can say this shop is the only one in New Bedford that I have personally had multiple issues fixed multiple times and they have always been honest and thourogh!

Do not buy a vehicle or request a tow from this company. First off they are lying cheats I called for a tow which they told me 20 mins turned into waiting for 2&1/2 hours in the blistering heat. Second they screwed insurance for money. Awful experience. Don’t trust liars and cheats

Phenomenal mechanics right here. Hard to come across good mechanics in this city. Carlos and his crew are by far the best in this city. I can't personally say if they deal with ALL cars but it can't hurt to ask. The entire staff is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Spanish speaking also, so, if you're having issues with language barriers, with other mechanics, give them a try. If you definitely have a classic, go to them. I don't know anyone else in this city that takes better care of them. Carlos truly shows his passion for vehicles as well as his knowledge, he will take care of your car as if it were his own. I always get my car, stronger and better than it was, after getting out of the shop. Can't recommend these guys enough. They don't cut corners. They don't do cheap parts or cheap work. You get what you pay for but they are absolutely affordable as well. When you're talking about this city and high costs in pretty much everything and the kind of cars being worked on etc. very affordable and reasonable pricing, numerous payment options. Truly a hidden gem in the city of New Bedford. I'm originally from Arizona, I'm moving out of state again, but every time I am in the city (New Bedford) these are the guys I go to. I'll be moving out of state again and still be coming back here (not a mechanic there) because they are that good. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! 5/5! Best mechanics in New Bedford!

They told me to tow my car here, and then proceeded to let it sit for multiple weeks without even being looked at. No diagnosis. No plan. No communication—unless I reach out. What’s hard to understand is why they think it’s acceptable to keep a person’s car indefinitely with no explanation, as if people don’t have jobs, responsibilities, or lives that require transportation. If they were too busy or didn’t intend to prioritize it, they should not have told me to bring it in. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this shop over the years, and this is how repeat customers are treated. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this place to anyone who depends on their vehicle.
