Brought my Honda Accord in to get a high speed vibration addressed. Brandon looked at the car the day of the call and was able to address the issue. When he believed additional repairs were needed beyond the initial quote, he thoroughly explained the problem and the game me time to decide if I was okay with moving forward. He also provided pictures so I could verify what was improperly working. The labor rate and parts prices were also fair. Would definitely recommend this shop to others.

I called last minute on a Thursday to get a wheel alignment on my car and Brandon stayed late to get this done for me. Even though I got stuck in traffic on my way he waited and looked at my car right away. While I don't know a lot about cars, my brother did research and found that United Alignment got good reviews and they have the 'good machine' for testing alignment. I'm very pleased with my alignment and I highly recommend going there. They were fast and efficient, fairly priced and even helped me pull out of the driveway, lol!

I would highly recommend this auto repair place. I had just purchased a used, inexpensive Ford e350 van and I was worried that service would be very expensive for such a large van. But they sold me a spare tire, mounted and balanced for $40, which was good. I also needed a starter and they did a good job of replacing that. They even allowed me to bring my own part (the starter) and they installed it and they just charged me for the labor ($75 per hour). This saved me a considerable amount of money because I was able to get a starter at a discounted price. I also had time pressures, since I was leaving the area soon. They squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule. To me these folks seemed courteous and also knowledgeable. George, one of the main guys there, was very nice and helpful. And the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend United Alignment.

The folks at United Alignment are experts, and even better, they are extremely nice and helpful. My girlfriend had her previous car serviced with the team dozens of times, and they've always found the most budget-conscious ways to go about servicing her car when she had a few major, unforeseen problems. Going there for a standard service is pleasant as well: if you make an appointment, they not only get you in and out quickly, but they update you immediately if they find something outside the scope of the original service. I truly appreciate their attention to detail, how well they communicate everything, how upfront they are about costs, and how respectfully they treat people, no matter what their experience level is with the inner workings of cars.

I called last minute because I got new tires at Costco and they mentioned there was alignment wear. I went on yelp and United Alignment popped up with perfect reviews. I called them on a Tuesday and they fit me in immediately. They did the alignment in less than 30 minutes while I waited. It was all cool to watch as they use a high tech camera sensor system and they show you how off your car was before the alignment. The car runs a lot more smoothly now after the alignment. It was $99 well spent.

Great service! Went in for a wheel alignment. And adjustments are spot on. The steering wheel is firm and straight again. You have to call ahead to schedule an appointment. And the lift is lowered car friendly! First timers get a discount. So be sure to let them know. I will be coming back the next time I need adjustments in the future! Highly recommended!

I went in to get my alignment fixed yesterday. The overall experience was honest and it was affordable. I was talking to Brandon about what they do and they don't just do alignments. They pretty much do all kinds of mechanic work like oil changes, engine diagnostics, suspension issues. Even AC work or transmission issues. Hopefully my car doesn't need it but I'd feel comfortable taking it here if I do need any work done. Highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at United Alignment & Tire Center. I went in for what I thought was a straightforward issue, but the diagnosis I received was completely wrong. They told me I needed repairs that later turned out to be unnecessary. After getting a second opinion elsewhere, I found out the problem was something much simpler and far less expensive. This clearly shows a lack of proper diagnostic procedure or attention to detail. On top of that, the final price was higher than what was originally quoted. No clear explanation, no transparency — just a bigger bill at the end. That’s not how you treat customers. The customer service was also extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening or explaining things respectfully, they were dismissive and acted like my concerns didn’t matter. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Poor diagnostics, unexpected charges, and disrespectful customer service make this a place I will not return to.
