Not sure why the negative reviews lately. This is the first shop I've been too outside of mini ever and they treat my money and my time like I am family. They have never overcharged me, never not worked with my budget or my schedule. You can't pay for this level of service and THATS why i recommend them. I've done a lot of work with them for reference and its also important to note that i leave reviews 2% of the time. Its rarity, but family takes care of family and they have always treated me as such. Your in good hands, and as far as the negative reviews go, if you have ever worked on a car you would know that repairs are trail and error. Never have I experienced that with this company, but the reviews for failed issues where the customer never came back to even work with a company but got mad like a karen, that just dosent seem like a trustworthy review, but hey, thats just my 2 cents.

United Auto Care has a new manager Justin P. running the business and he is the only person I trust to perform maintenance, service and repairs on my 2016 Jaguar F Type and my 2025 GMC 2500. United Auto Care gets my business because I trust that Justin manages the shop and the technicians so that work is performed to customer satisfaction and expectations. ~Kelley

So I normally only do food reviews, until my experience at this place. I needed brake work badly and I came across a few reviews of this place and decided to give them a call (not to mention it's behind my neighborhood). Right from the the first call to them, the owner, Ryan was very pleasant, personable and accommodating. I didn't need an appointment and he assured me he could help and penciled me in. The location is very convent, clean and welcoming. Not to mention the family dogs running around (so cute). I had a great experience. Friendly place and staff. Everything was very well explained to me and I even got to speak to the mechanics as well as Ryan extensively. Everything was completed in the same day and nothing felt upsold. I was very confident I got great service and it is clear this shop has high standards. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I now have a new mechanic I trust!

Called about my sisters RDX as shes having some engine problems. When I tried to ask the person I was talking to about a quote, I was transfered to the owner who flamed me for interupting him because I asked a question. He then told me they dont do quotes over the over the phone for engine parts because the price may change when I bring it in for diagnostics (which is kind of common sense and not a reason to just not tell me the cost of a repair.) There diagnostic fee is also 160 an hour which is INSANE. I then let my sister talk to the owner for a little, who was extremely rude, and unhelpful. He gave us information on cars that is not true. It seems like they have some predatory buisness practices here that are designed to get people who dont know much about cars to pay tons of money. Take your car to a mechanic thats nice and has good prices like Matrix motorsports or Strictly german.

*Buyer Beware* In short: •Poor communication •Poor time management •Incomplete or wrong installation of parts •Poor Professionalism The photos are of the email I sent, the missing coil spring isolator, and my steering wheel while driving straight.

The only 5 star they deserve is good at taking your money. I don't know where to start. I was recommended there I regret going there. My hard earn money, 3hours and half from home. I brought them my truck trusting them to fix it. Have so much anger against this place. Taking the same truck to another place shop because it runs like crap. The asked and told them this truck will be used for work and asked them to check everything that could possibly need fix or replace. Got my truck and gave me problems the same day after me picking up the third time. I felt I was really done wrong. Imagine spending thousands of dollars to get something fix and still not fixed. Ask yourself this question how would you feel. Money is not given it is earn and there they just took it..

I heard a buzzing noise coming from my Ford Explorer front windshield area and had no idea what it was. Sounded like bees or static from a speaker. Matt and his staff quickly got me in and informed me there was a Ford recall 24S02 in the front side window trim. I also needed brakes and rotors, the work was quick and a smooth process. The staff was very professional and informative. For those interested, I took my Ford to Mall Of Ga Ford. They wanted $800,(No way I was paying that,) to replace a window panel cowl. The recall parts on the front side window trim,”Were on back order.” I did not have such a good experience as I did at United, hence why I support small businesses. Corporate companies loose sight of the customer during the process.

I took my mom's car to United Auto, and I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable customer service. The staff provided detailed explanations of what was needed and outlined the priority steps for the repairs. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, and the reminder call was incredibly helpful. I was so impressed with their service that I even scheduled another appointment for my boss's car.

I came up there not too long ago with a few issues with my transmission, needing a tire rotation and an oil change. I was greeted with the amazing customer service, and they treated me and my family very nicely. Once we recited about the issues i’m having, they had me in and out! I haven’t had an issue since and it’s been around a month or so. Definitely recommend this spot!

Getting kicked by a repair shop when you're stranded during the holidays is a special experience. We broke down Xmas Eve after we got to my brother's house in Oakwood, thank God. Had our car towed to United Auto Care the day after Xmas. They ended up charging us $608 to do diagnostics on our transmission and trans flush. They did discount our bill to $550 since we were paying in cash. They then quotes us a price of $9800 to replace the transmission with a used one with 100k miles lol. That did include new CV joints, with no added labor cost. Without the CVs it would've been $9k to do the transmission. Did they screw us around, no, but $9k is about $3k more than our cars worth. So we wasted $550 bucks we don't have, and wasted 5 days. We towed it to another repair shop and was quoted worse case scenario $4k best case was $2k. I will say this, United Auto Care was very helpful with some things, like answering the phone, polite, and very respectful. So that why I have them 2 stars. We're still in Georgia 2 weeks later.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with United Auto Care. For years now, I’ve trusted the new manager to fix and maintain not only my car, but my mom’s and my daughter’s as well. That kind of trust doesn’t come easily, and it says a lot about the quality of work and integrity here. The entire team is friendly, honest, and reliable, and the pricing is fair, with no surprises. They always take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure. It’s reassuring to have a shop you can truly depend on, and United Auto Care has earned our loyalty.

Very upset with what they did.. The person from united car care called me this evening letting me know that the oil change was completed and gave me some estimate on other repairs which I was going to get it done in couple of weeks. I have told the person to leave the car outside so I can pick up later because my wife needed the car for her work. I go there to pickup my car and I dont see it. Now what made them to hold my car when the work was completed and it was paid in full. Now my wife can not make it work. GREAT JOB! This is from next day when I come to pick up my vehicle. They left the filters that was changed. And then he wants to say I dont want your business. Just for you buddy if you can't take the heat dont be in business.i definitely not recommend this place. It's not about you deciding if you need our business. We customers would never come back to give you business if you have an attitude like that and the way you guys work. A DISASTER

Guys personally came and got my car for a look over and give me a quote on what repairs needed to be done. I knew what had to be done but I let them inspect the vehicle and they found all of the known issues I had with my car without me having to tell them so I feel that they did their job pointing out the problems correctly so kudos to them because they did what was supposed to be done. I had my transmission replaced, brakes redone and motor mounts replaced and had my car back in the timeframe as promised. I feel the work was done professionally and my car had these issues for a long time like years and now my car drives like a new car for being 11 years old. So overall, I’m very satisfied with the work and I only had to spend $6k for the job that was done to my car, which I think was very fair for the amount of work that had to be taken care of. They were professional, caring and knowledgeable on the work that they do and would recommend them to anyone.

Am from South Carolina. On the way to see my daughter and grands belt came off car had towed there Xmas eve.Received car from them Saturday morning and messed up Thursday Jan 1,2026.Have tried to get assistance from owner but have gotten run around. Would have to pay to tow back to them and they're not willing to replace the amount or anything. I paid almost 1,600 for repairs on a car that the same thing happened 5 days later. I have yet to receive an answer about how they will assist me. I feel like they were wrong 1. For amount 2. For brushing me to the side 3.Not trying to truly help me. I would not 🚫🚫🚫 recommend anyone use this company. At your own risk. They should do right by their customers. Its ashamed how mechanics do u. Now I have to pay someone in south Carolina to do the job I paid a pretty penny for them to do. I am disappointed in how I am being treated. This issue doesn't seem to be getting better and I need help. Please know that customers r what keeps u going so if u treat them as you've treated me then u should be closing your business for life. God does play about me and he doesn't like UGLY what u did is insulting and unprofessional and u will answer for this. Was a fan belt, bolt missing, belt tensioner.God bless you all.Did not authorize any of the items put on car. Was told was only a missing bolt and they added so much extra that's not even on the car. If anyone out there can help me please do. This wasn't right.
