My Dealer, Kevin Knight is so easy to work with. In just a couple of minutes I ordered my building over the phone. The scheduler is absolutely pleasurable to talk to. The delivery driver Simon was AMAZING!
In 20 minutes start to finish he had it set up and leveled. I am so excited!!! This MiMi finally has a dedicated sewing room!!!

I only have one negative comment about my experience, it was about 3 weeks late. Considering the state of our country right now, I can live with it! Everyone has been great. The entire team has been very responsive with each interaction. I shopped for a building for 6 months. I am pleased with my choice!

We Love our Portable Building.
We love our building and it just so happened that the colors we chose matched our home and other buildings perfectly . My only regret was I did not have them put the windows in while building the unit. I thought the price was good and thinking about purchasing a second one. The delivery was awesome and the tech put it in the exact spot dodging trees along the way. From when the driver showed up and leveling it took about 45 minutes. I have recommended United Building to several friends.

Why Not?!?!?!?
The color theme followed by the perfect layout of the Austin Flat is must have for a back yard. From you putting in boxes for storage to setting it up as a hangout spot. This shed will be with me for a long time. Glad I went with this layout.

I had a followup service to fix leaks but they are still occurring; this is only after I was persistent over 3 weeks of rain to get someone out and kept getting delay after delay. So now after a contractor came and re-installed the windows (the original installers failed to seal the windows without a drop of caulk), the issue continues to persist as now i sit another weekend of rain and trying to minimize the damage to the structure by taping plastic over a building that is not a year old. I have asked to speak to the owner since Thursday and have not to received a followup call or email. Now I am asking for a full refund and for them to come pick the building up which has been a constant headache since purchase. Including the rain damage and followup attempts to repair a brand new building, my investment will be severly depleted. I ask the OWNER to contact me and refund me in full and to come get his/her building

Overall, very pleased with my purchase. My insulation was overlooked initially when the building was delivered but United Portable Buildings came out and installed the insulation very quickly a few days later. They also came out and touched up several areas on the outer walls. I'm very pleased with this company! Thank you!!

I just want to say that United Portable Buildings took good care of me I even got to me the owner of this company over the phone during the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic I myself contract the Covid-19 and was not working so he told me not to worry pay when you can he him self offered to get someone and pay someone to put my fence back up , so I can say this from my Heart this is a great company and the customer service & great people working, the quality in the craftsmanship of the product is great. Great Job and Great Product, everyone loves it!
The longer wait then expected, however the wait was worth it. The crew was on time, very polite, and well trained. Left no mess, and everything was put back where it belonged. The lady in the front office was friendly and complete with my order and finances. The Storage Shed was complete in less then one day, and no breakdowns or shortage for production parts. Extremely responsive sales and delivery staff. Bobby was very thorough, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. Our shed was delivered on time and quickly setup even though it was a difficult installation on a tricky hillside. Quality craftsmanship and materials with a great paint job. Awesome buildings. I bought my first one to not use as a shed but to convert to a tiny home. Then I bought another one to start to convert to another tiny home for my daughter. I have had no problems with either one of them. There were many options I had to choose from. I got to choose style, colors, fixtures, wired with a fuse box and so many choices. I definitely recommend buying from this company because you get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this place the building that I bought was built pretty badly issue after issue and his YouTube video is a false advertisement. Tried emailing the owner but can’t even get him to respond great customer service. They did come out and fix some stuff and still not looking good. The quality of my purchase was really bad. And my salesperson quit for another reason. The quality of workmanship is bad and False information. Do not buy from this Company.

My experience with United has been positive. They accommodated all special build requests on my 10x30 lofted barn including my visit to the factory to look the unit over prior to delivery. Construction time was only about 3 weeks. There was some minor roof damage during set-up but it was promptly factory repaired. The delivery driver was very helpful and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another building from the company.
