My family has been coming to these guys for years for fixing flats, a quick used tire when needed & now just bought our 2nd set of new tires (husband got a new pair for the work truck recently too). The service is outstanding. I was passing through Temple and blew a tire. I was only able to make it to the Firestone but they didn’t have the right lug nut key. This business is a rip off. I paid to have brakes, rotors, wheel balance and 2 new tires over a 6wk period of time. So 2 Different visits. After the 2nd visit my car started driving weird. Took it back and the guy said I needed this work that I previously paid them for done, Once I told them I had receipts from the work they had supposedly done, they came up with something different. Come to find out they did Not install my brakes of Rotors. This is a very unethical way to run a business.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

Yesterday was my first time trying there tires out Totally ripped me off I brought a tire on a rim for them to put a new one on later that night I jacked my car up placing the tire they gave me on sat overnight (12pm—8am) flat went to heb close to my house and got air and drove to them asking if they can patch it or do anything they straight to my face said i don’t know what you want me to do but I can’t replace it after having me wait a hour to even talk to me went to the tire shop next door and was back on the road in no time needless to say horrible place and will never go to them again★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago
