I love the communication and frequency of texts and or calls. I received a text every few days to give me an update about my car without me even asking. They were responsive whenever I called or checked in and answered all of my questions before, during, and after my car was taken care of. This is regarding my friends car. My friend has been using my car for the time being so this effects me. Caliber Collision in Temple, Texas on M Street has had the car in question since late August 2024. Caliber Collision has horrible communication or they are just flat our liars. We called many times to finally hear, "Come pick it up DEC " " 202!4' and when we got there they said, "Sorry it's not ready and wont' be ready for 2-3 weeks." Today is Jan 15, 2025 and the car is still not ready. This is a horrible company that was suggested by the auto insurance provider. Save yourself the headache and GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Catlin worked on my car. The customer service was amazing she kept me informed all through the process. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle it looks brand new and I will most definitely recommend this place of business to others. She even handled all the back and forth with the insurance company and made sure that my claim was paid when it came time for my retrieval of my car the process was simple. Do not go to Caliber Collision on Ave. M. Part was (supposedly) ordered 2 weeks ago complete with estimate that didn’t even have to go through insurance. Appointment was this morning and guess what? No part was ever ordered and the past 2 weeks of needing repair was wasted time and broken promises. Oh, and they couldn’t tell me when the part would be available. Problems were obvious from the first visit with having a wait for the guy to talk on the phone which was more important than being there for the customers already in the office. Having an appointment made no difference. The person responsible did apologize and take responsibility and told me this isn’t even his job! When I asked to speak with the manager, he told me the GM was out this week. Well I guess we know wherein the problem lies.

Long story short the wife and I's car had a deer run into the passenger side front quarter and right side door the Wed before Christmas.Contacted the insurance company and Caliber was one of the options and came highly recommended seeing as we know someone who works for Caliber. Was supposed to pick up the car today but no dice. Knowing our insurance company cut them a check before we even turned the car in you think they would order the parts they needed right then but no that didn't happen. So keeping our car another 9-10 days is unacceptable. Will not be using them again. PERIOD! Especially when I can order the parts needed off freaking eBay!!!!

Caliber Collision was delayed with the delivery of my vehicle but it was not their fault. Delay on part service. The concern is that they did not notify me that they are still waiting on a part. I found out that the car was still not ready on the day I was told through a message that it will be ready. The staff were courteous and were busy.

Caliber collision helped me with small problems with my tailgate on 2 separate occasions at no cost. I wanted to use their services to fix a bent rear bumper. Unfortunately they’re all booked up and I’m only in town for a couple weeks. That’s the way it is with shops that do good work. I can leave a good review though.

Postponed my repairs by a week, did a bad repair job didn’t include the all clips that should’ve held the bumper on firmly and equally only added the top clips to the bumper. Didn’t clip the bumper to the wheel well so the air pushed it back onto my tires. On top of all that the woman they have run the secretary’s desk is antisocial and the repairmen aren’t communicative about their postponement of your work until their shift is almost done. I paid 500$ and my insurance handled the rest (3,500 total roughly) for them to half ass the work.

If I could give zero stars I would. I unfortunately had a bad experience coming here for my very first time. I asked if they can take a look at my car for an estimate for a dent on my car. The lady that works in the office immediately asks what kind of insurance I have and then she recommends me to contact my insurance on what company to go to. What’s worse is that as we were leaving we seen her walking to her vehicle as if she was leaving for the day or taking a break and it made me feel like she didn’t want to assist me accordingly. Very disappointing and hopefully this can help their customer service. I left and went down the street to Tubbs paint and body shop and I immediately got 5 star service less than 5 minutes.

Insurance sent me here to get my ignition replaced after and attempted burglary ……fixed the ignition no problem but returned the car with a bad battery that didn’t charge now and never changed the door key so now I have a dead car I can’t unlock even with the three keys they gave me and they don’t know where my original key is so guess who’s gunna have to spend more money to get a new lock on his door and the ignition so they match thanks for all the help caliber

This location of Caliber Collision is the best! The staff goes above and beyond to do the job right. I've been taking my vehicles to this location for a few years now and they are always super helpful and their attention to detail is perfect. My daughter had to have some work done at a location in the Dallas area and it was not done correctly. She had several complaints and they did not correct it. We brought her car to the Temple location and they jumped through hoops to correct all of the issues. I cannot praise them enough.

This is the second time I have had to use Caliber Collision to fix my vehicle after an accident. The first time I got good service. This second time the service was even better. Ms Victoria did an excellent outstanding amazing job handling the repair of my vehicle. She listened to my concerns and got them all addressed. She got everything repaired the right way and she went out of her way to make sure everything was done. She also kept me updated every step of the way from start to finish on when they were through with my car. The shop did excellent work on my car and it looks brand new. I worked with Victoria through the whole process of getting my car fixed and she was wonderful. After I left the dealership, I just so happened to need to us my horn to honk at someone and it didn’t work. I thought it had worked before I brought the car, so I called her up and she said bring it back by and we’ll take a look at it. When I brought it back by I was greeted by Anthony who was also so helping and polite, relaying to me that they would make it right and get me fixed up. They found the problem and fixed it within 20 min. Also, the front desk guy was super nice as well. I would recommend them!

Giving 2 stars because despite the horrendous communication and extreme delays, they did a good job repairing my car. I dropped my car off on December 16th, and it was not ready until January 20th. Before I ever dropped it off, we paid in advance specifically so the parts would arrive beforehand and the repair process could be expedited, as the shop knew we were on a tight timeline. Despite this, I was repeatedly told my car would be ready by a certain date, only to arrive and be told it would take another week. This happened three separate times. Each time, I was reassured that my vehicle was a “priority” and that they were “expediting the process,” which turned out to be completely untrue. On January 6th, I was told my car was moving to paint. By January 14th, it still had not been painted. When we finally pushed for a real explanation, we were told that the mechanic only works on each car for about an hour at a time before moving on to another vehicle, rather than completing cars in the order they were brought in. This system was never communicated upfront and explains the constant delays and broken promises. While the gentleman at the front desk was kind, everyone else showed no urgency, accountability, or compassion for what was an incredibly frustrating and avoidable situation. The lack of transparency and repeated false timelines were unacceptable and caused major inconveniences. I will never bring my car here again, and I strongly caution others with a deadline to take their business elsewhere.
