They actually took care of my tires in an appropriate time versus the Stan S. One in Killeen. Very nice, quick, and communicative. I would recommend.

I bought four tires at Belton Walmart. When I went to redeem a road hazard they would not honor it due to the fact they entered in the number for one tire incorrectly, The one that needed to be replaced.. Mike helped me out and I was able to get the tire from Belton Walmart $132 bring it to the West Adams Walmart and have it replaced and get my money back for the tire that Belton Walmart made me pay for even though I had a road hazard for all four tires.

The battery on my truck died. I called Walmart to price their batteries. I had no way of getting to Walmart to get to Walmart, the service manager said we do not normally do this..but he came to my house..got my truck started and followed me to the automotive department..ensuring I made it there with no problems...I give him a '10' out of 10...thank you Mike!!!!!

Told me they couldnt fix a tire that was repairable (according to another shop), and that I didnt have it under warranty, when it was just put on not even a month prior. Etheir the other walmart blew smoke up my dress or they are at this location. Makes no difference to me. 1 star, wish I could give 0 stars, for the customer service in treating me like I was trying to pull something on them when it was the other way around.

I had an “appointment” at 9am. An hour and a half later they finally started changing the tires. While I was waiting I saw multiple walk ins come in and leave before they even started on my car. What is the point of having “appointments”?

I've officially given up here. I've gone a half a dozen times to try to get my oil changed and it's always 2 or more hours. I've tried on weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends and it just doesn't matter. They've either got too much business, not enough people, move too slowly, or all of the above. I've actually left here and gone to the Walmart on 31st street and gotten in right away. This last week, I decided to pay the extra $10 at Valvoline down the street and was in and out in about 10 minutes. You have to decide time over price I guess.

The guy who answered the phone wasn’t super friendly but the guy who came to the car was awesome. The service was great, fast and the cost was great too. They patched a tire and replaced my TPMS too!

I just bought a set of name brand tires for a little more than half of what the name brand shop was going to charge. This is no-frills service, but sometimes that's ok.OK. If your tire looks like the one in the picture, go see them. They'll help you out--and they're open weekends.

The workers are really nice, like everyone in Temple. They fixed up my car and I was good to go. When I left, I felt like the balance or alignment was off, so I took it back. This time, the steering was tight and there was no pulling to any side, and no charge! I would recommend them!

Worst service ever; avoid this place. Spent an hour waiting around for an oil change. After inquiring about my car for the second time I found out that they had drained the oil in my car and then realized that they didn't have the type of oil my car needed. In fact, they weren't completely sure what type of oil my VW tdi needed. Then, instead of calling to find out where and what type of oil I needed (or sending anyone out to get the oil they needed) they sent me with one of their mechanic to 3 different local stores to purchase my own oil. Then, after they whole mess they still charged me $40 for an oil change that had taken them 3 hours. I would have spoken to the manager but I decided it wasn't worth my time.

The service manager in automotive is so good that drive 38 miles to his store instead of 6 miles to the closer Walmart to me. He put four tires on my wife's car yesterday and two on mine today. When spending around 1,200 dollars having the professional behavior of Jaime make it worth it.

Visited the Automotive dept this morning . Terrance Love waited on me me . I explained my issues and he made some suggestions and steps he would take so that we would be able to determine what the cause was. After about 30 minutes he came and asked me to come outside so he could explain what the issue was . Let me say I have visited a few shops on my life but this was the first time someone took the time to explain what the problem was . Terrance was Professional easy to converse with and extremely helpful Keep up the great work Terrance I will definitely be back to see you Thanks Tony Reil

The coordination between the online store and timing of delivery of tires to the shop isn't great. Original appt was cancelled and had to reschedule. The guys in the shop are helpful and do a great job.

The older gentleman that schedules the appointments outside the auto care area, I believe his name is Gary, there is no way anyone can be mad at this man. I appreciate his help and positive energy. I’ve came thru twice with some tire issues, and he was able to help out with my situation and even when a problem came up, he went out of his way to make sure that I am paying the right price and ensuring that I am being given every possible opportunity to save money. Thanks Gary! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future services.

Went in on Thursday to get a tire rotation and change the oil. They brought my car in after an hour and a half and did the oil rotation. The. Told me I would have to replace lug nuts for all my tires, but I would have to go buy them someone else first. They told me if I went and got them right then they would do the tire rotation. Went to auto zone up the street and came back. Then was told they can’t do the tire rotation anymore. Had to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Went back at 8:00am and then waited another hour for then to get my car in. What is the point of scheduling an appointment to come in if you have to wait in line again. Don’t come here for car service.

You get one star or zero. Just bought 4 tires two months ago. Had a small screw in tire this morning. Wanted $15 to remove screw. Went to Discount Tire and removed for free in parking lot. Took one minute. Walmart Auto Center do better.

I had a good experience, although they said they would page me over the intercom and never did, so I waited a while. When I did see them page someone, they weren’t speaking clearly and it was hard to hear over the intercom. The woman in line in front of me had a terrible experience though. I felt horrible for her and didn’t care for the way it was handled. She called ahead about specific tires and was told they were in stock. She drove over (I think from far away) and upon arrival was told they didn’t have those tires. She was reasonably frustrated and no one was apologizing, offering solutions, or looking to figure out who messed up. They even told her to not be loud at one point, for the record, she wasn’t loud just upset. She had the record of the call with the correct phone number for the store and all her details in line, but someone messed up and no one stepped up to admit it. On her behalf, I think the employees handled it really poorly, although I didn’t stay to see the outcome.

Showed up early for an appointment time to drop off my truck and ensure they had it when the appointment started. They have three bays and three workers. Still got to my vehicle 30 minutes late with an open bay ready to be used the whole time. Took an hour and half to change my oil. When I went to check on what was up, I saw the “mechanics” were spending more time walking around than actually turning wrenches and doing their job. One was just walking the aisles for a few minutes.
