Didn't visit personally, but helped my son today (Sunday) at the Temple, TX location... emergency tire repair they refused to charge him for, despite no previous relationship as his tires were factory. Pure class, and we have a new tire shop

Tires To You 08-19-24 I was having trouble with a tire loosing pressure. They were really busy. I didn’t have an appointment but they worked me in. It took about 2 1/2 hrs. That was fine. I appreciate them working me in. I took the time to walk to Cracker Barrel and have breakfast with my grandsons. They found a screw in my tire and fixed it. I asked how much it cost and they said nothing! 0$. I will definitely be using them when I need new tires. Highly recommend them.

This place was pretty decent with good fast service when it was Tires To You, now I would take my vehicle anywhere else besides this place, they're slower than pouring molasses in winter, and their customer service needs PR training....

I took my 2013 suburban to get an alignment and some bushings done which should have been done in 1 day but instead it took them 3 days. Also when I would call to see if they were working on my suv they would say they were but I was calling from the parking lot looking at the bays and my suburban was no were in sight or on property and I took a picture one time when they said they were working on it but was behind the store. I don’t mind getting pushed back so they can work on a car or two but to be pushed back several days and they make money working on other cars when mine has been there before others should not be right

Staff in the temple store was great everything was good price was fair on the tire brands that I purchased but it took them two and a half hours to install two tires wasfrustrated with the wait I had scheduled an appointment for 1:45 p.m. was told on the phone that I would leave that place by 3:00 stay there until 5:00 other than that everything is great

Bryan was nothing short of amazing. Initially I had some concerns with costs and some other issues but he immediately resolved all issues and I was able to get in and out with the exact new tires I wanted in 59 minutes. Highly recommend him. Tires to you should consider giving him a raise and some paid vacation considering how well he represents your company. Thanks again.

These guys are corporate and will do what they can to scam you and take your money. Not worth it. They told me my brake pads needed to be replaced soon, and so I had them done at another shop. These pads had SO much life left in them, and I ended up wasting my money. Luckily the other shop let me know, and i asked to see the old pads. Im literally keeping the old brake pads so that next time i need brakes I won't have to buy a new set, thats how much life was left in them.

Slowest service ever. 2 hours waiting for a simple tire rotation. Quoted 1 hour. Nobody smiling, only 2 other customers waiting....like, damn. Edit: ended up taking almost 3 hours. When we got in the car, the seats were both adjusted, the ac was turned full blast, and the windows were rolled down.

When it was tire2you it was my go to place, since the change it has become harder to deal with. Depends on who you talk to on the price per tire for the exact same tire. Went 2x to get a price. 1st guy gave me a decent quote, went back he wasn't there, so the 2nd guy hit me a $35/tire more. First guy quote $1357.00 mounted and balanced. Second guy quote $1725. This was in a 3 day time frame

I've been using this location for like 4 years. It used to be $15 to use the insurance on the tire if it needed to be replaced but now since big brand tire took over it's $90 in fees and charges to use the insurance on the tire. A recycling fee, work fee, fee to renew the insurance and another fee totaling 90 to get a tire replaced after already paying a little over 300 for per tire. The employees are nice as ever but the waits are still long and the price has made this company not a good option anymore. Sucks. Definitely a crazy up charge with big brand. Rip to the old brand. Probably won't be using big brand anymore.

Chris the manager was so helpful they fixed our tire on a road trip without an appointment. Were very friendly. Would highly recommend doing business with Big Brand Tire & Service as much as your tires will let you.

Had a rear differential leak and the mechanic diagnosed the issue, got the parts a couple days later and knocked the work out in about an hour and a half. It was a gasket issue. I appreciate the honesty because they could have run me up a bigger ticket and said it was a pinion or something more expensive but they were honest.

I appreciate your business being open on a Sunday when my son had a tire blowout emergency. You were able to take care of him as soon as the car was towed in. Thank you for having people (Chris especially) who are helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help without being pushy. We are certainly glad to have found you.

Seems like since the rebrand, the quality has suffered. I went to Tires to You many times and got good service at the Austin location, but most of my maintenance/work at the Temple store have been unpleasant. I went in yesterday for a standard tire rotation, and after walking the vehicle the salesperson tried to get me to do an oil change and tire pressure sensor replacement. I told him the oil change was already scheduled and politely declined, to which he said I should get it all done at one time. I refused and told him that the tire rotation was the only thing I had time to do, as I had a lot of stuff to get done. He kept on, saying he was just doing his job. "Just doing my job" isn't a valid reason to be pushy. I get it's a business and the goal is to make money, but upselling and being pushy is bad business. Once the work was done, they also said I would need new front brake pads soon. I'll get a second opinion on that, and if my trusted mechanic confirms, I'll have him do it. Be mindful and respectful of people's time. There are only so many hours in a day to get stuff done, and not valuing my time is a concern.
