Competent professionals doing a job good enough for an ambulance. Nice folks too. What needed doing done with no hassle and a fair bill. Easy enough to get to if you have the navigating app. A little out of the way if you're following directions somebody told you... I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... 🤷

Rick was incredibly helpful when my car stalled on my drive to Dallas from San Antonio. I've had some issues with my battery terminals that he was able to figure out and get fixed promptly. He was very professional and provided great customer service. I’m glad I picked his shop late in the evening in a town I was unfamiliar with. Would trust him with my car any day!

At the old address when Chris was behind the counter, 5 stars all day every day. I personally saw them do mechanical miracles could have charged me significantly more but they had sympathy for my budget and cut me a deal. NOW.... not even. A few years ago my windshield washer stopped working, they had started charging $75 just to get a vehicle in the shop, no matter the issue. They found a loose hose, put it back on used 1 zip tie, literally cost less than $1, but charged me the full $75, ain't been back since. $75 for 1 zip tie & 2 minutes of work? 💋 my 🫏.

If I could give no stars I would. I have left a detailed review on Car Fax where they lied on what they did to my car and then could not even get me in for another issue because they know what they did was wrong. My gaskets have had to been replaced twice and on the second time they thought it would be funny to put silicone on them and almost ruined my car. So when I called to get in for what I thought was something wrong with my transmission they could not even do that. You ask why they did not return my call because they know what they did. Acura has even made a report and they mentioned it to Car Fax that they did not do what they said on the report. If I would have not taken it in to Acura when I did then they said my car would have been ruined. Wisener's purposefully did that to my car and cost me an extra $500. And another $800 because of all what the oil damaged. So a total of $1300 of what they screwed up and if I did not know my car the way I do then it would have been ten times worse. I want the money that I had to put in to refix what you supposedly had to refix. And the sad thing is that you all think this is funny and it is not. Common sense is you do not put Silicone on that part of the car. I am so grateful for Acura and them finding it right away however I want something done about it. I did apologize to the receptionist because I was not very nice to her and I still stand by my apology to her however not to Wisener's. Car Fax was also amazed when they found out that they lied on what they did to my car. Do not take your car there at all take it to someone else and check you Car Fax they are trying to get good reviews and add extra stuff that they do not even touch. They are scamming people and ruining peoples cars left and right. If you have taken your car there, lately, then I suggest you get that worked double checked and you will be on here as well saying they messed your car up. Car Fax would have helped them but they could not even respond to me to make it right.

Wisener's is outstanding! On my way from Austin to Dallas, I ran over something on I-35, and part of the bottom panel on my car was dislodged. I called frantic, and they said to come on over. Took my 2025 Chevy 2500 Duramax to Wisener’s to get a Banks Power oil pan upgrade and they did an amazing job. Ellen was my technician that installed the upgrade and she did an amazing job I’m very happy with the quality of work, I had zero worries about taking my new truck to them, they are very knowledgeable and a very reputable shop with ASE certified technicians. It was fairly priced and it was worth every penny to take to them. it’s not an easy install and I was not going to lay down in my driveway for 5-7 hours trying to swap an oil pan on my weekend off. I am definitely going to be a returning customer because they earned my business.
