I’m not a huge fan of Johnson Brothers Ford. Normally their service department is super slow and I haven’t had the best experience with their sales reps and their level of knowledge. But I will say the parts department has been great. They seem very knowledgeable and were able to get me my parts Very quickly. They were even nice enough to order me a part that I knew was gonna need to be replaced when I brought my truck in for some warranty work. If not for that would’ve been there overnight waiting on the part. I appreciate them thinking outside and getting me taken care of.
