Had a Nail in my tire from driving on the interstate. The closest place was them to get it fixed. Asked one of the men there and said how much for just a plug for the tire. He told me “no more than 10 bucks, maybe less.” As I was getting rung up, they gave me a 10 dollar “coupon” and it was still 20 dollars. The problem was the lie. You charge me 30 after it’s already completed give me a 10 dollar coupon and make me spend 20. When you told me it would be no more than 10 bucks. Edit: the woman that did the plug for me was extremely nice, and did it very fast. The problem was I was lied to.
