BMW Temple is a great place with great people! This was my second time purchasing a vehicle with them, and this experience was just as great as the last. I must say, Ashley is great... a great person with excellent customer service. I was there for service on my first BMW, and she did an awesome job selling me a car I wasn't there to buy. That's what I call an excellent sales woman. It does help that the X5 was gorgeous! Tyler sold me my first one, and he was just as helpful this time as the last! Darin was also very helpful. The buying process here was much less stressful than my last purchases one of which was a Mercedes dealership. Tyler is open and honest about the vehicle he is selling. I found a fee issues with the used vehicle and he promised to get those corrected if I purchased the vehicle. That verbal promise was upheld and that is worth a lot these days. The service department is has been absolutely outstanding getting the parts ordered and installed in a timely manner. Travis is super responsive and very attentive to the customers needs. If my experience is an honest representation of this dealership as a whole, then I would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Mr. Jaedon Johnson. He's friendly but professional, informative, helpful, patient and listens. This is the type of experience that makes you say I'd purchase again in the future. I was very satisfied with my service advisor, Jason. He was professional, helpful, and made the process smooth when I brought my car in on Friday for a recall and another repair. I was offered a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop, which I appreciated, and my car was completed the same day. Unfortunately, everything that happened afterward completely changed my impression. On Saturday, my wife realized she may have left her debit card in the rental vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with Brian. From the start, his attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. I explained the entire situation, gave him all the details about the rental vehicle I had, and provided my phone number so he could reach me. Instead of showing any willingness to help, his response was simply that they have a lot of cars. That response was frustrating and honestly unacceptable. My name should be in the system, and it should not be difficult for a BMW dealership to see which rental vehicle was assigned to me. It felt like he didn’t even want to try to help. Brian said he would check and call me back. Six hours passed and I never received a call, message, or any update at all. Now the dealership is closed and I cannot get any answer until Monday. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional for a BMW certified dealership. A simple follow-up call or even a quick update would have been the bare minimum. Instead, I was left completely ignored. This experience shows a serious lack of customer care and responsibility, and it is not the level of service anyone should expect from a brand that promotes itself as premium.

I started my search for a used Lexus RX and BMW of Temple had it in the rare color with options I had been looking for. Problem was, we live 900 miles away in Tucson AZ. I got hold of our salesman CJ who was kind enough to hold the car for 3 weeks while we made arrangements to get there. Temple is 65 miles from the Austin airport. The dealership was kind enough to pick my husband up at the airport. He had a great conversation with Jerry on the way. Once at the dealership, the paperwork was taken care of quickly and the car was as described over the phone. That's always a worry. Within a couple hours, my husband was on his way back to Tucson. The whole process was a good experience, everyone was polite and professional and we're very happy with the car. 5 stars!

I have worked with Ashley to purchase multiple vehicles for my self and family over the past 4 years. She is knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the right SUV. She is also patient, professional, and took the time to answer all questions. While financing portion was smooth and little overwhelming but but, was the finance person had not problem explaining all the different available warrant packages, nor going beyond her office to gather additional information from the service department. Over all the my last purchase as a little longer than I would have liked, but it was a smooth transaction to trade my old SUV for a new one.

I recently went in to get service on my X3 and ended up with a new X3. If you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle, I would highly recommend going to see Ashley at BMW of Temple. She was AWESOME! She and her team (Alec & Kerry) helped me through the process and answered all mine and my spouse’s questions and concerns. She worked with me and was able to give me a deal that I was comfortable and able to work with. This is my second X3 and so far so good!
