In the last 2 years, we have had two hail damage repairs to our Honda CRV and one rear-ended repair of our Honda Odyssey van. Epperson’s repair jobs made both vehicles look just like new. The turn around time was quick. Brady at the front desk is friendly, cordial, and a great communicator in person, by phone, text and email. He walks you through the entire process, deals with insurance companies and gives updates. He is a defender of the customer with the insurance companies. No stone left unturned! Wednesday, I got my CRV back from a recent hail storm. The repair was perfect and my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed. It was immaculate inside and out. Looked just like new. Epperson’s in Temple is a GREAT paint and body repair business!

DO NOT use this shop if you need a big job done. The good reviews are only from family friends or people needing light "touch-ups." Brady was an a$$h0le, no other way to put it. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. Took them 13 weeks to fix my car (the car was further damaged while under their care so they had to do a second repair)... when I came to pick it up, to my surprise, the car was STILL not done - they hadn't ordered the parts, but in order for me to leave with my car, I "had to" pay for all repairs (including the one they hadn't done). I left with a still-damaged and FILTHY car. I'm not one to leave poor reviews, but I've truly never had such a poor customer experience before, especially for the amount of money I gave them. I'm honestly still baffled.

It’s hard to explain how happy I am to have found Epperson body shop. I have a family of 5 drivers and we have had some unfortunate events happen involving 3 out of our 5 cars. I was referred to Epperson and it’s very easy to understand why. They are easy to work with, knowledgeable on how to work with your insurance, they do quality work and best of all they treat you like family. We have been so blessed to have our accidents handled by Epperson and we are truly grateful for everything they have done for my family!!! Emailed in asking for information on a bumper that came off it's hinges and a third party back up camera. Thomas responded promptly and recommended I stop by for the bumper. Unfortunately they don't do the wiring I needed, but he had a good recommendation. When I showed up Thomas popped my bumper back in and said have a good day 😁. Will definitely consider them for any work I may need in the future and am taking them up on their recommendation!

A lot of old school talent here. Not so focused on doing just insuramce jobs. Good price excellent quality. Dont take forever to finish your job. Loys of pride in what they do. Service last beyond putchase with these guys. Will most definatly be spreading the word for these guys

First off let me start off by saying Epperson’s Paint & Body was by far the smoothest experience I have ever experienced with a body shop. Brady was very professional and good about keeping me in the loop with my car. I never felt like I had to reach out to them to find out anything during the whole process. Also BIG shout out to Scott who worked on my car during the process. My car looks brand new and like it has never been in an accident. Scott was also very professional and kind. I would 10/10 recommend this body shop to anyone.

I was in a small fender bender in Temple – a lady didn't see me and pulled out in front of my front bumper. I took to another shop for an estimate, but Epperson is the shop I wanted to use. The other shop underestimated the repair by $2700. Epperson was able to get the extra money from the insurance company and did a stellar repair on my truck. My truck means a lot to me – I've had it over 15 years and take incredible care of it, so I was heartbroken after the accident. But Epperson went above and beyond to get everything back in shape and even coordinated another huge repair needed that was WAY out of scope. I can't imagine what this process would have been like if I had used the shop who did the original estimate. There's no one else close to Scott and his team.

Brought them my car with an unpainted fiberglass hood and they painted it beautifully! They also fixes a few cracks it had from shipping as well. They quoted me a cheaper price on the phone and were willing to honor that in person, but I opted in to get the hood repaired by them before painted. After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!

I called and said that my mom had side swiped my car. That I think they could’ve just buffed it out and it might need a little paint. A guy on the phone ( I can’t remember his name) was so willing to help. I asked him how much he thought it would be. He said just come down here and we will get you taken care of!! He buffed it out, used a little paint pen on it and bam!! He said no charge, just wanted to help me out. I tried to tip him and he refused. It’s nice to see we have community and people who care here!! Definitely go here and they’ll help you out the best they can like family.

The hail damage is hard to see in the photo, but the entire rear panel needed to be replaced. I got my car back looking brand new and clean because they even detailed it. Brady’s communication was excellent—he kept me informed every step of the way. They were upfront, honest, and had my best interests in mind, working diligently to get my car back in perfect shape.
