My niece took her car there yesterday, and they completely screwed her wheel up. They damage the rim and everything on a simple tire check and change. Also, they ripped the brake light out of the top of her car and left her headlight in pieces that they were supposed to change they completely destroyed her car they ended up paying for towing charges to tow it out of the Walmart automotive center to Adrian’s garage to get it fixed the only thing they pay for was the wheel they did not pay for the headlight or the brake light that they completely destroyed we are very upset and plan on taking extra measures to get the money back for the damage they did to the brake light.

Three cars total in the entire auto center and they still manage to take two and a half hours to change my oil. Arrived at 7am (second car in line) did not leave until 9:30am.

I have no problem with the services of my vehicle. However the old lady at the register of automotive with the messed up leg is very very rude. Complaining she’s gotta go to get off for the weekend to the other gentleman, then gets an attitude when I ask a question & gives a smart remark. Y’all need to train her to be more courteous to people. I’ve worked in retail and no matter what, you are to always be respectful & courteous of people. Then she limping around the store giving attitude and stink eye. Be respectful and courteous to all. Period. Terrible customer service from that old old lady.

Well, so I actually never got any service. However, I do want to say they were honest with me. I had a limited amount of time for a new battery installation, and they were up front with the amount of time it would take. They even recommended other options, even if it cost them business.

Very counterintuitive customer cue. No one there to greet customers. Went looking for someone and then was told to go back to the cue. The guy was dealing with the people who came in behind me. Didn't even acknowledge my presence after I stood there for a good 5 min; not so much as a "I'll be right with you." Was going to do all of my shopping at Walmart today while I was waiting on my oil change. Instead I'll be spending money at take 5, Aldi's, and academy.

They A joke because they would not allow me to drop my car off to get this oil change when there was an appointment a couple hours later because they said it will mess up their system. I will Never recommend the last time they tried To force me to pay more than the oil that I asked them put in my vehicle would never recommend to use them for service!

Two hours to change the oil plus one tire. When I asked the employee why it was taking so long he looked at me like I was outside my mind. As if two hours is a reasonable time to be expected to wait when other businesses advertise that they do it in 20 minutes. I will never shop at this location again.

Stripped the drain plug and then omitting responsibility Balanced the wheels and then a weight popped off Changed the oil the second time and they left the car dirty of oil…not even caring to clean it Lifted my car and they squashed my skirts (it’s a minivan, not a race car…but they managed to crash them anyway…) Never again Done 2 oil changes and they gave me only issues

Had my oil changed yesterday and realized they didn't replace the top to the oil and had oil go every where so am back to get it cleaned and done again. Please check they put the top back on if you get an oil change.

I wanted to leave a good review for Jose, Justin and the kind sir who answered the call. My car’s battery had completely died at my job, after getting my vehicle jump started I needed my battery replaced urgently. At 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, they completely replaced by battery with no hesitation. Thank you for taking care of people like me, who needed a batter 3 minutes before y'all closed.

1 Star: I was just ignored, even though there were 2 guys working on another car who saw me. No acknowledgement, no information, no letting someone else know, no nothing. So no customer. Not the first time this happened. Why have the doors opened?

Picture this - you just worked a 12 hour overnight hospital shift and you have a nail in your tire early Sunday morning. You have over an hour drive home and the only place open is a Walmart auto. You arrive and they tell you "they don't know how to jack up a Tesla" to patch it. This is what they told my wife. Unbelievable. To the manager of this location - whoever was working 7am Sunday 10/26 should be fired.

Told me I wanted full synthetic they put regular conventional lmao thank god I have an ‘08 so conventional is acceptable. Took close to 2 hours and my emergency break pedal was off and on the floor when I got back in the car lol. Luckily it snaps back on so not a huge deal but yeah literally don’t trust them with anything beyond like maybe headlamp restoration. Just go somewhere else.

Honestly worst place to come. Don't waste your time and money. Wasted my time here. Called ahead for a tire and they said they had it. Came in and checked in my car and wasted two hours just for them to suddenly tell me that they don’t have my tire size. Two hours wasted. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this when I checked in the mechanic said,”there was just too much going on.” I’m sorry but that’s not customer service. That’s just more of, “I didn’t feel like checking”. I gave Walmart multiple chances but this is honestly it. Their customer service is trash.
