Two hours to change the oil plus one tire. When I asked the employee why it was taking so long he looked at me like I was outside my mind. As if two hours is a reasonable time to be expected to wait when other businesses advertise that they do it in 20 minutes. I will never shop at this location again.

I I have Ford F350, and I need to change my back tire so it takes almost 4 hours. It is unacceptable. they are too slow. That’s not good. I don’t like them.

Well, so I actually never got any service. However, I do want to say they were honest with me. I had a limited amount of time for a new battery installation, and they were up front with the amount of time it would take. They even recommended other options, even if it cost them business.
