Website is miss leading! The website says " Free computerized estimates" I went in there today to get an estimate on my vehicle and and the first thing the lady told me is that there is a $ 10.00 charge for estimates. When I told her that the website didn't say anything about a charge she told me that they had just started it the first of the year. Shame Shame

I am a perfectionist and extremely critical when it comes to cars. Even more so when I had to get my 11 month old metallic black 4Runner repaired due to being backed into. The damage was extensive, involving rear door, rear quarter panel and back bumper. Ussery fixed it absolutely as good as new. There is zero overspray, no gaps, perfect matchup of metallic paint.... their work was impeccable. Their service is amazing and Daisy, their boxer is a sweetheart. I would recommend them to EVERYONE and will take my cars there ALWAYS. Thank you Ussery!!!

I brought my car in after being rerended by an asphalt truck. My car was fairly well damaged and being that it's a hybrid parts are not easy to come by. They stayed in constant communication with me regarding parts arriving, and an estimated time of my car being returned. I cannot tell you how much this company is leaps and bounds above the big chain stores. I would recommend them to my mother, and my children and for me that saying a lot. hard working, No nonsense men. Their business is professional, and if I ever need a auto body shop again.......you better believe im going back to them.

I started talking with them back in June of 2022 to get my Jeep painted and was told they were really backlogged. Fast forward to July of 2023 when I was told I could finally bring in my Jeep. I was really excited since I had only heard good things about them. The Jeep was dropped off on July 31st 2023 and at that time my wife and I were told it would take at least 6 to 8 weeks possibly a little longer. On September 11, 2023 I called to get a status update. They were rather short with me on the phone and said they hadn’t even started working on the Jeep. On October 30, 2023 my wife called them and asked them for a status update. They responded to her in a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL manner again stating they hadn’t even started working on the Jeep and that they weren’t even going to make any money on this and that they would rather work on more profitable INSURANCE jobs. He said he was done and to come pick it up that the keys would be in it. When we arrived to pick it up he didn’t even bother coming out to see us. I don’t believe TWO phone calls in a 12 week period warranted the attitude and treatment we received.
