AWFUL SERVICE , YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE DONT SAY HER NAME, WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL HER WHAT PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH EQUIPMENT SHE HANG UP THE CALL, WHEN YOU CANN AND ASK FOR THE SHOP THEY PUT YOU ON 30MINUTES WAIT LINE AND NO ONE ANSWERS AND PHONE CALL CANCELS, WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA EVER !!!!!

WOW! Talk about service (some people say it is dead - but not with these guys!). They still have mobile service - will come to your location, repair and remount a tire! Parking lot is always packed for a reason. Just good guys (from owner to service techs) - hard to find these days! If I could give 10 stars I would.

The worst shop I ever been in my life. The manager was Racist, and he charge me $220 for putting glue on top the truck cabin , he said it was 2hours labor and I was right there talking to mechanic when he was putting the glue and it did not took more than 30 minutes, he also wanted to fight me when I had told him why would you fix something without giving me the quote 1st , yes I will be suing them because I have a footage of everything.

Disappointed with the customer service. Never called me i always had to call them. Was simply trying to get a set of new tires, and Mark told me one price for one kind of tires, even said he had ordered them and gave me a day to come in and get them. Then when i went to get them, the other man called me and said those tires weren't available, and i had to get something different. I assume its because i was not a business account, which is apparently their primary customer base.

Ask for Chris!! I originally came to this shop for an oil change but left making them my primary auto shop. They don't try to swindle on prices and the atmosphere is extremely female friendly! All the people who work here are extremely polite and truly love helping people fix their cars for an honest price. I will keep returning because of these fair non-swindle business practices!!

This shop is the best fit for me and my family. When I consider moving out of state, I also consider missing these guys in the "cons" list. Bill, Mark and Rodney have now serviced five cars that my family has owned. They are direct and often busy with larger trucks which is their primary business but if you aren't in a hurry, their pricing and personable nature are rivaled by none. We like them so much sometimes we just stop in to say hi when we are in the area. All in all, so thankful for them.
