Needed a trailer brake valve replaced, called them and got quoted $125 an hour. They got it done in just over an hour and sent an invoice for $270 after tax, I called back and asked about it and they said since they had 2 people working on it they have to charge double for labor(this is a one person job they said one guy was carrying tools over to the other...). This was never mentioned to me but appearently they asked the driver which doesn't speak english and he approved it, confirmed he didn't know what they were talking about... So as I'm explaining why I think this is unfair a man with a heavy indian accent interupts and yells THIS IS OUR PRICE YOU NO LIKE TOO BAD. Crazy thing is that guy is the shop owner. Said he'd lock our trailer in their yard until we paid in full. Don't know about other people's experiences here but this is mine. Take your equipment here at your own risk

I had an airbag blow out at one of my deliveries today. They had a guy out to me within the hour and got me going in time for my next delivery! Very thankful for their excellent service and quick response! I wish I had called them first instead of the Love’s. If I have another problem while in the area they will be my first call! We dropped off our truck truck on a Wednesday to have a clutch and rear main seal done. Paul and his crew started tearing it apart that evening. He allowed me to use his discount at Peterbilt to buy the clutch at a discounted price. He had the truck down for me on Friday. His prices and labor time are fair and competitive. ICD Freight driver, I required two batteries to be replaced, stop by to check the price, great price, a better price than Love's truck stop. Additionally, I visited three Love's truck stops due to an air leak that they were unable to locate. Upon bringing the vehicle to this establishment, the air leak was promptly identified and the airbags were replaced at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend their services.

I am very pleased with the service. They showed up in about an hour to my location because my steer tire was badly damaged and could not move. The technicians were professional and skilled at their work. The folks I spoke with on the phone to coordinate the repair were easy to work with and upfront with the cost. I’m not sure they are the cheapest in town but they earned every penny by how quick they showed up and replaced the tire. Thank you very much.

This guy is not honest to his customers. I wanted to buy a truck from him brace texting the other guy saying no no don’t buy it from him. He’s a scammer. He’s not honest and not loyal please do not get played like I did do not go to him and I know you commented we do not sell trucks you guys are the worst repair shop in the world. They have replaced the seal, start leaking again in 59 miles. Don't go there! P.S. It has nothing to do with tools. The guy put cealing WRONG side. That's so simple! It is written on it " oil side" ! And he pit it wrong way. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Cost me 2 working days!

I came to the shop 11:00am 10-1-25 To get my 1.RADIATOR PRESSURE CHECK 2.COOLANT ADDITIVE AND ANTIFREEZ... 3. AIR SHUTOFF VALVE CHECK They made me wait outside 1 and 26 min For him to tell me you waste my time then ask me if this is company truck or personal I say company then he start been disrespectful for no reason I told him that’s not cool man. This is the old guy saying all this he had the audacity to put his dirty hands on my white tshirt definitely never coming back here unprofessional people honestly stay away if you don’t want get your time waste here

I brought my truck in for a simple alignment. Before the service, the truck was driving smoothly with no issues. After the alignment was done, it started pulling to the left while driving and pulling to the right when braking — which was never a problem before. I asked them to recheck it, but nothing was resolved. It’s clear the alignment was not done correctly, and now my truck handles worse than before. I do not recommend bringing your truck here. The guy do not seem professional or experienced with proper alignment work.
