Do not buy your tires at this location. They caused damage to the bottom of my vehicle by lowering it onto an object and refuse to fix the damage. I even have the same red paint used on their lifts on my vehicle. They don't take care of your property. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. TAKE THAT BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

I was referred to this location by a family member. I found customer service to be courteous and very helpful. Service performed on my vehicle was top notch. My rating wasn't based on that, but rather on the condition of the store itself. Waiting area is kept well, clean and comfortable. However, the walls, restroom, and floors can use some TLC. It is a tire store with the walls painted white which is problematic for aesthetic proficiency. They are covered with "dirty" hand prints from tires and engine grease. Restroom could also be cleaner, but may be a challenge due to the age of the store itself. My suggestion for management is that if a technician or sales/service manager is in between jobs have them clean the walls, floors and restroom. It should take 30 minutes to an hour to accomplish and less than that to maintain. Granted this has nothing to do with the service itself. Although the manager was off the day I was there, I could see that his crew respect him.

My family and I have been loyal tires plus customers for numerous years and they WERE servicing 8 cars for us, but now my opinion has changed. Changes have occurred over the last 9 months at Tires Plus and they have not been improvements. The last three times I have had an appointment to have one of my vehicles serviced, the day time manager is napping in back office or nowhere to be found. Once he does come to the desk, he exudes an arrogance that indicates that he is doing you a favor by allowing your car to be serviced there. First encounter…once he was found, was for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment had to be reschedule for the next week, they were behind. At the following appointment an oil change was completed, but no tire rotation had been performed. Second encounter- oil change and tire rotation appointment. They were behind a couple of hours once again The manager asked me to leave the vehicle and he would get it taken care of. I returned 5 hours later and my car was sitting in the same spot. No oil change nor tire rotation. Appointment was rescheduled for the next week again and again just the oil was changed and no tire rotation. Today June 13th, 2025, my vehicle was scheduled for maintenance and guess what……once again they were behind atleast 2 hours. If they know the shop is running late, wouldn’t it be wise to advise your patrons that you are running behind 2 hours? I raced from the airport to Tire’s plus with 10 minutes to spare, just to be informed they were behind. I do not know if you can be satisfied with this type of treatment to spend your hard earned money, but I can not. Horrible customer service and I can not pay for that…atleast not voluntarily. They seem to always be short staffed now, as I would not want to follow this type of person in authority either. I am taking my business and hard earned money to any other place that can schedule an appointment and keep that reservation. I suggest you do the same if you value your time and money

Came in on a Friday morning. Had just gotten a flat tire. Needed to know if it was fixable, if not than I would have to a new one. Spoke with Mark. He was very kind and very helpful. My tired wasn’t fixable and he kindly explained why too! He was able to get my tire replaced! He was even very respectful on my budget. Not trying to “sell” me too much. Would come back again!

Randy is the best! He explained the entire process as they went through my inspection and when it came to things that did or didn't need to be done he was HONEST! He treats you like you were one of his family members, if he wouldn't want it done to them he won't do it to you sort of thing. I trust these guys with my vehicles 100%. And I do not trust easily, very skeptical. But this is one shop that WILL do right by you. Now you will wait a hot minute for your services to be done ain't gonna lie, BUT well worth the wait 👌

I'm not recommending this place at all. I purchased 4 tires, and while choosing tires, they told me there was an included alignment with it. And so I made an appointment. 1. They called me to change my appointment because they did not have the tires, and they needed to get them from another store. 2. Went I show up at the new apartment, and they still not had my tires, and they offered me a new set. A more expensive set but with a discount since they did not have the tires that I picked. 3. While they were working on new tires, they said the alignment equipment was not working, but I could come on a different day to be completed with the job. 4. I was back 3 days later, and they say they can only check the alignment because that the only free they can give me. I explained that I was offered an alignment as I already know I have problems with the tires before the new ones. And they say. We can check, but we charge you if you want to be done. NOT what I was told, and so I was upset because I feel they lie to me. Why not explain to me this before. I waited for the first time close to 2 hours with no alignment, and they told me it would take about 45 min the next time I get there for the alignment. It's not a recommended place. Go somewhere else.

My daughter shredded a tire, driving too far after she suspected it was flat. She works close to this location. I called and talked to Mario, the manager early the next morning. She works close by, and he assured me that he would take care of her and her car servicing needs. He recommended 4 new tires and gave her what ended up being a two for one, four for two deal, and added a needed alignment. I was quick to tell him how much I appreciated his timely attention and that he now has a new regular customer...that's how you TCOB!

The crew at the store on 79th and State is remarkable, particularly Randy (serviced mgr). The first part - booking an appointment was a little difficult, but that is on me too - for waiting. For the appointment, I got there early and Randy greeted me with seemingly red carpet service. He was great to work with from start to finish. Was charged a good, fair price for Firestone tires and service. I will definitely be a returning customer!
