Tried to intimidate me to buy a poorly rebuilt wrecked vehicle. Was not going to disclose it was a rebuilt salvage title. Do not do business with this company. They are con artist.

SEEMED so easy to make purchase 2006 Toyota Prius hybrid. On June 12,2020. Paperwork was done, asked 2 sign name , print on back of title. Folded put into envelope. On July 26th, enrolled into Toyota.com vin # on title. Opened envelope & noticed REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE. WHAT??? IM ANGRY.

We have bought several cars from Sergy, (son in college, daughter in college, work car for dad and replacement Camry after mom's car was rear ended and a total loss). Sergiy is a man of integrity who cares about his customers and does quality work. We bought 2008 Prius from him 5 months ago. He showed us everything he fixed on the car and even showed us the "before" pictures. The car runs and rides great, gets 40+ miles per gallon. The only small problem was a seatbelt that sometimes "locked" - we put off taking it to Sergiy, until yesterday (Sat). He replaced the seatbelt for free while we watched and sent us on our way with a smile. Sergiy is a joy to to work with.

I just purchased a used Tacoma from Pro Cars and I couldn't be happier with the service and the entire experience. I got an absolutely incredible deal partly based on that the title was a rebuilt title. Since this car had been totaled out and rebuilt they shared the original accident photos and listed out all the repairs they had made. I sent the car over to be inspected by Legends Toyota and they came back with a list of minor repairs that needed to be done. Pro Cars fixed everyone of those problems that the dealership came back. I even asked the service person a the Toyota dealership and he seem to think I was getting a great deal as well. I think it should be noted that Sergiy the owner was a pleasure to deal with and you feel like you are being given a fair honest deal. If your looking for a good reliable used car for about 30% less than what you'd find anywhere else this place is for you.

I've gone through 3 rebuilt Prius, not because they quit working but because people not paying attention and running into me. Each one served me well. Still driving number 3. We bought an Odyssey from Pro Cars back in 2015 and couldn’t have been happier with the purchase. After putting over a 100k miles on that van, we were recently looking to upgrade and we returned to purchase another Odyssey. Unlike the typical dealership, it was once again an enjoyable car-buying experience. No pressure or games. They went the extra mile for us, offered a returning-customer discount, gave us a tasty cake, and even sent us a Christmas card with a gift card to Outback even though it had been nearly 2 months since we purchased the vehicle. They are a great family with a well-run small business and we look forward to purchasing from Pro Cars in the future.

Very dissatisfied. We met to look at a car and we agreed on a price. We set up a pick up time for the next work day and we got everything squared away to pay for it and they called 4 hours before our scheduled meeting to tell us they sold it to someone else. Never called to inform us or see if we would like to counter offer. We almost sold our current car since everything seemed ready to go, very unprofessional and honestly seems fishy that any business would do this. Will not be going back to this business.

Bought a 2009 Honda Accord and the radio did not work, but the seller was aware and offered to fix the radio if I brought the car back in. So I texted 2 times and emailed 1 time and No response from either? Seller seemed very nice and polite and sounded like the issue was going to get fixed? But now seller is ghosting me? If you buy a vehicle from there? Make sure everything is in working order? And would not recommend on believing someone’s word that it will get fixed if you bring vehicle back. - Shawn R UPDATE 11/19/25 After talking with owner about the situation and it was a miscommunication and they fulfilled their word and did fix my radio today and the situation is resolved and the owner and staff were very polite and friendly and I would buy another vehicle from there 👍.. - Shawn R
