Almost two hours for a prescheduled routine maintenance. They like to give plenty of excuses, but bottom line is that they are over scheduling all of their customers and forcing us to sit and wait for ever. If you watch your car they pull it to the lot and wait until about 15 min before your ‘estimated completed time’ And pull it into the shop. Corporate really needs to address this massive inconvenience to their customers. Stop over promising and under delivering. Service manager wouldn’t even return a follow up call to address the 2 hour wait for maintenance. This location used to be better.

I'm disappointed this morning with my service. I had a 0715 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (I checked in at about 0710). I added an alignment when I arrived, so I'm not counting this time against them. At 0900, they told me they were just starting the alignment. So, 1hr 45 min for just the oil change and tire rotation... with one of the earliest appointments available. This isn't usually a problem when you arrive when they first open and now I'm much later to work than planned.

Just had my 30K mile service done here. They changed the oil, changed the fluid in the front and rear differentials, changed the fluid in the transfer case as well as did an overall inspection of the vehicle and it only took an hour and a half, which is what I was quoted. Highly recommended as they keep you informed and tell you the cost of services up front. Chris was my service advisor, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Edit: it seems the dealer removed my reusable k&N air filter and replaced with a Toyota paper unit. Waiting on a resolution to this issue.

I wanted to take a minute to shout out two great people for their assistance with the service of my vehicle. Kyle was the specialist who greeted me like an old friend and helped me with some questions I had about my vehicle. The thing about Kyle, other than that we have the same name is that he was super knowledgable and focused on getting me taken care of quickly. He checked on me multiple times, and kept me updated as I waited for my vehicle. This isn't normal! Most places just let you sit there, and you have no clue what is going on. Not Kyle! He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and helped me find a car accessory I was looking for even though he isn't in the parts department. Class act! The next person I assume is a service tech named Andrew. Andrew was by far Outstanding! I'm not sure if its customary for service techs to interact with customers, but he gave me some great information on upgrading my vehicle, as well as maintaining it. He also showed me how to operate my new add ons and gave me some tips and tricks on them. Andrew, you have great customer service skills and should be an ambassador for the service techs there. I hope the other hero's back there are just like you! Thank you for assisting me and giving me ideas for future upgrades.

Wanted to rewrite my review in the appropriate place since I mistakenly added my review for Legends Toyota Sales and want to warn people about bringing their vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after installing a lift. I have done all the work on my own vehicle and I really take pride in the work I do but obviously I cannot do an alignment myself. I figured I would pay more for a Toyota service center to do the work so it would be done right. Unfortunately when my vehicle was "ready" I was told that the tech couldn't get the driver's side camber correct (Too much negative camber). This was surprising because anytime you lift a vehicle with IFS you add positive camber. I was also advised that the tech had to clear a yaw sensor code and wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee which is ridiculous. I finally had a chance to bring my vehicle to another shop for an alignment and they told me the reason the tech couldn't get the camber correct is because he bent the alignment tabs for the lower control arm mount. I also noticed that the tech used channel locks to turn the inner tie rod while adjusting toe which is completely lazy. The service manager tried calling me to tell me that the guy who aligned my vehicle has been working there for 40+ years. That's just shameful and if he cut corners on adjusting toe who knows where else he cut corners and potentially bent those alignment tabs. I spent 5 years working on vehicles at a Jeep dealership after high school and our most senior tech (shop foreman) taught us young guys to do things the right way and not take shortcuts. THAT is what your most senior guy does, leads by example. Now I had to pay again for an alignment AND to have the alignment tabs repaired/gusseted so they could get the alignment right and I'm still left with these chewed up inner tie rods thanks to a lazy technician. Avoid this place at all costs if you want things done RIGHT.

I have found the best place to service our cars and the best Service Advisor. When we took our cars in this time we were blessed to have Kent assigned as our Advisor. He is excellent. Kent is honest, efficient, knowledgeable and has great follow up. In addition, he really makes sure the customer is taken care of. He doesn't try to sell you service you don't need, which is so unusual! Daryl took care of the valet part of the appointment and is also wonderful. It was so refreshing to have this level of service.

The prescheduling appointment system is a scam and anyone reading should not believe it. It is a facade to give customers a false since of service. When it comes to how this department operates, scheduled appointments mean nothing to them. I had an appoint for 1pm and my car did not move from from check in lane until 3:20. My car was not done until 4:45. If they charge us for mechanic's time then we should be able to charge the same rate for our time wasted.

I have never been lied to ever from this dealership I asked for Chris the service manager from this dealership I was on hold for 24 minutes I drove up there while still on hold to speak with Chris. Took them 3 mins to come to my SUV while still on hold I had them look for themselves at my Bluetooth with their number and I had it speaker blasting so they could hear for themselves me on hold with there hold music on. This is the bomb right here I was told he no longer works there!!! while on hold waiting for him I was still waiting for him on the phone I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership legend Toyota 3 Never would have expected them to do this! I brought my vehicle back up there this will be my Is 4th wheel balance 7AM to 8 45AM almost 2 hours for a wheel balance my last visit was 30 mins. Then I was asked what could they do!! Omg I've noticed when I do call there's a lady that not very nice she's the one that told me to hold I believed they thought I was going to hang up I'm not the one All you have to do is be honest with your customers that's it you don't have to cover up anything just be honest if you no longer work there just said you no longer work there but we would connect you with someone else in his place no they didn't do that. They have a lot of great people that work there Evan, Jordan and some others. always just a few that don't care. 27 mins total on hold that's what's in red at the bottom

Matt and his technician took awesome care of us! Our car broke down on the way to Kansas City from Omaha. We had the car towed to Legends and I hoped for the best not knowing anything about Legends. Matt called me first thing the next morning wanting to know what was going on. They were able to diagnose a bad alternator and battery. Even though they didn't have an alternator on hand, they were able to pick one up and get started on the repair in the afternoon. Was thinking there was no way that the car would be totally repaired by the end of the day but they were able to make it happen and was able to pick up after the service department was closed. Incredible work, would highly recommend!

I had an an all around excellent experience at Legends Toyota. Austin and the other folks that helped me were awesome even though I wasn't spending very much money. I also had a good time visiting with some of the other customers while we waited for our paperwork to process. The waiting area and show room are clean and comfortable and have all the amenities plus free drinks and snacks. I was told the used department carefully curates the used cars they're comfortable selling and it shows with my newly acquired Camry. I'm unusually picky about the cars I drive and several days later I'm still very pleased with this one. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm shopping for a vehicle. Thank you!

I dropped off my car on Saturday at 8 am and everything seemed pleasant. My mechanic was friendly, gave me an off the cuff estimate of 2k for my brake booster repair and said it should be done by end of day and they would call me. If it was going to take longer, I could come in and get a loaner. Fast forward to today. 0 communication on timeline but I did get a text to a link asking to approve 3.5k for repairs. Which, a bit steep compared to the off the cuff estimate but fine. I do have an issue though that it is now almost end of day Monday and I have no timeline. No calls. I've had to last minute find a car to get to work this morning and when I called, they transferred me to mailbox that is full. I cannot get a hold of anyone, no one has reached out to me. It's upsetting and poor customer service.

When I came arrived in the service drop off center for my 2005 Toyota Avalon service appointment, Evan Donahue was able to quickly put me in a loaner vehicle when I wasn't able to wait over my lunch break during my service appointment. When I came to pick up my car the next day he had my vehicle keys and repair order receipt ready for me when I arrived. He delivered polite, courteous and prompt service throughout the entire process. Also observed him respectfully listening to other customers requests and concerns on the service drop off center for their vehicle service needs as well.

I’ve had my truck in twice for an electrical issue. First time they said it was fine. Second time I brought it in to have a tire repaired and look at the electrical issue. They said it needed an alternator. Would be the 4th in 3 years. I disagreed and tried to explain the electrical issue. They said everything was fine with electrical. I go to pick it up and they drive it on the rim with a completely flat tire and hand me the keys. I had to ask to at least get some air to get home. The inspection report wasn’t filled out with actual values and I know I have a couple other things that should have been noted. I inspect the alternator and the electrical plug is damaged and one of the tabs is completely missing. If they were actually testing the wiring idk how someone could miss it. They also had the truck there for over a week. I rated the service poorly and the service manager calls and offers to replace the plug for free if I get it ordered and a grossly overpriced bid to replace the alternator. I agree to take it in to replace the plug that I bought. I haven’t been able to get in contact with him since. I call, leave voicemail and no call back. He’s always busy. Wouldn’t recommend this service department to anyone.

Great guys here, have always taken care of me every time I've used them. When my transmission died early due to a factory defect they assured me they'd cover my loaner even if Toyota didn't. They're definitely busy so you have to be flexible and understanding but that's the price you pay for a dealer shop that does good work and doesn't try to screw you over.
