I cannot imagine how the buying experience could have been made any better. The professionalism of every member of the team rom start to finish was perfect. No pushy sleazy sales games. Just straightforward made a great deal and had the inventory to back it up. I actually was shocked how quickly they were able to make the deal, have the Exedition ready, explained all the amazing technology, did the paperwork, set us up for success after the sale and we were done. Amazing dealership and I could not recommend them more!

I told them what was wrong with my car after it was towed to them. They fixed a different part and sent me back on the road for $600 . My car broke down later that day with the exact same issues. So I towed it back to them again and now they are charging me another $800 to fix the part I told them to fix the 1st time. They’ve lost my business for sure. They have offered zero compensation what so ever. To top it off, they still have my car and it’s been 4 days. No rental offered either.

I live in Northern Vermont. Late model, reasonably-priced pre-owned cars just aren't available up here, so I always cast a wide net when looking for a new vehicle. This time, that wide net led me to two finalists: a dealership in Southern Florida and to Victory Ford. I called Victory Ford and Andrew Mayo answered. From that first call to driving away with my new Ford, Andrew made the whole process as easy as it could possibly be. Excellent communication from Andrew through text, phone, and email. Outstanding attention to all of the details, including Andrew proactively following up with me to make sure that everything was in place with Jason in the Finance office (who was also great to work with). Absolutely zero surprises. And of course, the price of the truck was outstanding. Andrew even picked me up at the Kansas City airport (an extra service he himself provides) and got me right to the dealership and on the road the 1,400+ miles back home. To top it off, the truck (a 2022 model) was pristine, both cosmetically and mechanically. It was like I was buying it new. Compared to Andrew and Victory Ford, the dealership in Florida and the half-dozen other dealerships I checked with didn't stand a chance. It just couldn't have been better. Thank you, Andrew and Victory Ford! PS If you're reading this review because you're thinking about a Ford Maverick, stop thinking and just go buy it. There's no way I could be happier with the truck itself.

Andrew was patient and answered all of my questions about the Bronco Sport I purchased and Christian made the finance process a breeze! Salesman, Ethan, was great and answered all of our questions. Didn't seem pushy. We had our own financing and Christian, the finance guy, did a great job of explaining what our financing offered compared to what they have to offer. If all continues to go well with this vehicle, the service received now, and the service needed in the future, then we will be back. Definitely a big fan of the Victory family of dealerships.

We got to work and had an issue with our Ford F450 spewing fuel from underneath the hood. We live about 45 minutes away, so not wanting to drive it home, I made the appointment online and dropped off that evening at Victory Ford to have it looked at in the morning. Jim was my service tech and he called to explain what the problem was and what we were looking at as far as cost and then had us back on the road the next day!
