The rude guy with dreds was so disrespectful it's not even funny. He looked at me like I was stupid and made rude comments! The only reason I'll go back is because of John! John was a huge help!! I had a flat tire and broke down on the side of the road in front of auto zone on parallel parkway, and he helped me change it and everything!

Car had broke down at a gas station near by of this location, bought a battery and an employee named Chad went out of his way and offered to help us out with replacing the battery as we had no tools. Other workers were also helpful and nice! 10/10 experience!

Such awesome service the moment I walked in the door. Tyrone put the code reader in my car found the problem and helped me get the proper parts. I can't say enough about the great service Tyrone and Tony gave me. Got me back on the road! The manager was very rude. She had me wait 15 minutes while she helped a customer. I asked her if someone could help me and she said I don't if I have someone maybe someone in commercial. The guy helped me out. The price was higher online then in store. When I asked about it he said you will have to talk to my manager. She came over had a attitude and was very rude about how she can't proce match. Told me order online and have it sent here nothing I can do and she walked off rude as hell. The employee helping me told me he was very sorry she is just like that. I don't think a Manger should have a position that she can not organize to help customers instead of them waiting. Plus she needs to also be more respectful instead of being rude and having attitudes. I never shopped at this store and had this much bad experience over the years. The employee that helped me name is Salvador. He was very helpful went above and beyond for me. Another employee Byron hoskin also helped me and he was very helpful even gave me a discount. One of these two should be the manager. The lady manager did not help at all after that she was too busy to care about a customer.

When I first walked in I was greeted by two gentlemen named Elique S. And Angel L. who worked in the store. I asked the workers if they accept used Motor Oil. Elique S. Told me they do accept. He was so kind he pulled the cart outside to help me grab the oil from my car. I just want to give a shout out to them for having great customer service! They gave a welcoming energy. Was from out of town and the staff was awesome.... veterans and first responders get a nice discount. An older staff person was helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous... went out in the rain to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle without worrying or complaining about the bad weather. He printed out what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me a list printed out of things I should check to maintain my vehicle when it would get to the autos upcoming 80,000 mile mark on the odometer ... his service minded attitude was very helpful and informative to me ... thank you

I always feel that I always get treated differently when I visit this place. I find I am treated in a different …better way when I visit the Shawnee location. I guess I will have to travel further if I want to use this parts store in the future. I think I have my receipts from when I visited there to buy an alternator. They had to order it in as they did not have it in stock. Turns out they were just transferring it from a different store, which would cost me a day, and added a nice bump to the price. I canceled the order with them, and drove over to get the part myself. 👎👎

I worked at general motors for 50 years been going to this store since it opened and never been treated so rudely by Dena ,darek and the guy with dreds in a gray shirt I need help and everyone wanted to be rude instead of help customers they just want to sit around and treat people bad I came in and asked for the guy with a mohawk he was always helpful and jumped to make sure ever customer left happy went above and beyond for his customers the culture here has definitely changed and not as customer friendly.i come here because not only I get the correct part I get great advice now they barely even want to sell I parts and half the staff have no idea what they are talking about

I've lived in wyandotte all my life.been working on cars my whole life worked at gm 49 years.been coming in and out of your store since it was built I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car I came in and talked to John the other day!he went out of his way and solved my issue with my car and I was able to make it home safely his integrity and willing to help even when not required is beyond any one else I've I've seen there over the years ..will most definitely be back

AutoZone is the best. We came in to get a new battery for our Durango and the man who’s shift had just ended still helped us put the battery in in the freezing cold weather. He spent an extra 15 minutes that he wasn’t even getting paid for. They go above and beyond!

This store is terrible. The people there are lazy, rude, and inconsiderate. I came in to exchange a Faulty part I had just bought the day before that was under warranty. The manager kept telling me it showed up as returned on his computer, I called the original store and they said the warranty was still active. Then I stopped in two other stores and both stores said it was active, but they were out of stock. I asked the manager to please call the store I got it from to confirm it was active because this store was the ONLY store that had my part in stock up to 50 miles and I didn't have the gas to drive that far. The manager said he didn't have time to call the other store and there was nothing he could do. If he would of taken the time to look into it he would of seen that he was looking an older item I returned for a different vehicle over 2 years ago. I am very disappointed in the this store handled my business. Thankfully the good people st the Shawnee mission store took the time and found my part for me and actually met me half way to drop it off to me. As far as this store I will never return there and probably won't use autozone again period

Went to Auto Zone today stressed out cause my car was acting up. Christopher came out to help me luckily it was only the battery. Went in he explained my options then he came out and took the old one out & put the new one in. He was super friendly , knowledgeable & we were chatting with him he didn't act like he was irrated. Christopher is one of the nicest employees I have encountered in a long time. You can tell he really has compassion for his customers.
