Amazing experience here. We were in such a bind; it was Sunday morning, we had just discovered a flat tire (couldn't be patched), had no spare, and had a flight to catch. These guys were so helpful and were so fast replacing our tire and getting us on our way. They went above and beyond.

Found out this store try to take advantage of people.Went for front end alignment.Was told excessive play in idler which was changed three days prior.Was told pitman srm and both lower ball joints worn out.2790 dollars to align. I knew they were good.So I went to 78th and state had them inspect and align.They said whoever told me that was trying to take advantage of me. When I told them it was this firestone and showed them their invoice they said makes sense since they knew this has happened before. Future customers beware.

Very un happy with fire stone on Kansas ave. I went in for an oil change. Received my truck noticed my drive way was full with oil. Popped my hood no oil cap. Checked oil no oil in the engine. THIS IS A BRAND NEW ENGINE THROUGH WARRANTY I HAVE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE DONE AT A “professional” shop. I called Firestone on Kansas ave. According to sales. Manager will get a hold of me never did That is not the bad part. The next day I decided to walk in! I started to express towards my engine as mostly any one would very upset especially after the same guy told you the manager will get of hold me but never did! Sales associate walked up to me got in my face shoved his body against mine and told me to leave as everything escalated so quick. Never go to Kansas ave Firestone the sad part is I USE TO WORK THERE! Doing the same thing the sales associate did and not once have I ever reacted in such a way! I understand and help my clients instead of kicking me out and escalating the situation

The mechanic definitely knew what he was doing. He provided an accurate diagnosis and completed a job that I believe is not easy. I looked at my new bearing to ensure he put back everything as it was and was even surprised to see new cotter pins. I will definitely come back to replace the other press in front bearing on my car and have him re do the rack and pinion. Based on my experience I trust this mechanic completely.

I would not recommend this Firestone at all. We’re a fleet customer, which means we’re supposed to bring our vehicles here for emergency tire issues. Today, my tire pressure dropped fast on I-70. By the time I reached this Firestone, it was at 8 PSI. I explained the situation and asked for a simple plug. The manager told me it would be three days before they could help. THREE DAYS!!!! for a flat tire on a fleet vehicle. I had to jump from gas station to gas station for over 20 miles just to keep air in the tire until I made it to El Hefe Tire in Independence, where they fixed it immediately for $14. Because of how we were treated, our company will not use or recommend Firestone again this location or any other.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change, and despite being short handed and about to close early for the day, the store manager Tyler took the time to get me in anyway, and the tech was able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and correct. Tyler found an online coupon that I was not aware of and gave me a discount! Would highly recommend coming here for service, everyone here was friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and flexible. I had to reschedule my appointment and it ended up they did the work near the end of their day on Christmas eve. Despite that the manager patiently answered my questions, and I had a few; I had just replaced the rack, lower control arms and tie rod ends and I did the work myself. I was curious what things were important for them to ultimately be able to make the alignment, which was very quick and driving great since. I'm extremely glad I came to Firestone and will definitely return and recommend them to others.

From the time I first called down here to see about a tire. The lady that answered the phone was absolutely amazing. I made an appointment for 4 PM because they could get me The same day on a Saturday. When I arrived, it was 420 because I was running behind. Eric’s Customer service skills go above and beyond. And I wanna shout out the tech Harley that called his wife to let her know that he was going to stay a little bit later so they could fix my tire. I will definitely be back when I get my second tire and for when we get the four tires for my husband‘s truck within the next month highly recommend this place!! Oh one other thing they were the cheapest within a 20 mile radius for my tire and I had been calling for hours by the time I called them. They also had me out the door within 20 minutes!
