****UPDATE**** I just had to have another vehicle taken care of by this body shop. Freaking love this place! Still just as efficient and wonderful work! Staff is just as friendly and helpful!! Absolutely still recommend. These guys are awesome! Seriously awesome. I'm telling you. After my experience I'd never go anywhere else! They were professional as can be. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and when consistently all the way through the process. They made the process incredibly easy and we're good about sharing their knowledge with me when I asked any questions. They got everything done on time and within the timeline they said they would. 5 star service guys. I highly recommend this place! Big thank you to Bret, Nick and Eric!! You guys were fantastic.

this is probably the fifth time I have taken one of my family‘s vehicles to B St. because they are always very communicative. Very reliable and I definitely feel I get the value I paid for. I was in an accident and was hit on the passenger side of my Toyota Tundra. The impact spanned between both side doors. B Street was able to fully repair my vehicle, making look as if it just came off the showroom floor. Their team was even able to get the paint blended to match the sparkle infused in the paint. Had 2 unfortunate instances where I got sideswiped on both side sides of my car. This body shop does exceptional work. I will take my future repairs here. Estimators are extremely knowledgeable and nice! Techs know what they’re doing, CSR Mrs. Lee was very Friendly and informational. Courtney kept me updated all the way throughout my repairs. They even delivered my car a week before estimated delivery date! My car was also professionally polished, interior was also detailed very nice and I’m a dirty person. I’ve never seen a cleaner car in my life. 10 out of 10. Very recommended!

They were amazing! They communicated every step of the process. But not OVERLY communicated to the point you were annoyed. I received texts that said “your car is in the paint department”, “your car is in the reassembly process”. They completed it 8 days AHEAD of the initial schedule given. Then, as I am picking up my car it was very clean - inside and out! The thing I noticed the most? I had a vanity plate that was mirrored with the KC edged out in the same color as my car that was damaged in the accident. THEY REPLACED IT ALSO!!! They were so professional, their building clean, warm and inviting. They were so nice and respectful. This will be my go to body shop from now on.

My car’s right front side was bashed in and I took it to B street for repair. I received professional service from start to finish. Front desk personnel were courteous and able to answer questions. I requested to be contacted twice a week with a status report and they did no fail. I either received a phone call or text message to let me know where they were in the process and the expected latest delivery day. They beat that day by several days. When picking up the car I was greeted by the technician who worked on the car and he graciously took time to answer my questions. I was very happy with the results - the workmanship and paint job was excellent.

I worked with Jeremy and Kim at B Street Collision and they were fantastic. I originally came in to get my door replaced after someone backed into me, and they handled everything smoothly through insurance from start to finish. The communication was great, they kept me updated and the quality of the repair was flawless. They did such a great job that I came back to have my bumper replaced too — and it looks amazing!
