I came here to get my front rotors, brake pads, and a rack and pinion replaced(since the steering wheel was hard to turn) and when they gave it back to me the problem was still there if not worse. The mechanic told me to just take it like that and I ended up giving him the benefit of the doubt. A few days later I came back for the mechanic to check why the problem is still there and they told me that it could be the rack and pinion again and that I’d have to get another one and pay again for the labor. Screw that. I had already paid $1,500. When they gave it back to me after checking, I noticed the mechanic that opened my window had broken the window switch for the drivers window. I told the mechanic and he said he would get a used one and give me a call once he can install it. It’s been over a month and still no word.

Carlos (V & C Auto Repair) was able to diagnose an issue we had with my girl's car for months. Wiper fluid was constantly leaking under the vehicle. After the diagnosis, he was able to tell us that the hole was on the upper portion of the container. We decided not to replace the container and he did NOT charge a dime for the diagnosis. You will find honesty, transparency and cheap pricing at V & C Auto Repair. I'm certainly bringing my car there again for future needs. Thank you Carlos.

My car needed a new radiator and it was labor day weekend. I called several places and no one could even look at my car until the following week. I called V&C Auto repair and spoke w Carlos he said to bring it right in, this was Friday and I picked my car up Saturday morning. The price was also lower than the other quotes given. These guys have always been good with car services to my dad, so I took my car there for minor maintenance and within 2 hours my car was missing. After reporting it stolen it was found dumped in an apartment complex with my sound system gone. Im sure it was them due to my car not having any damage to the door or the ignition and they were the ones that had my key and the shop is not taking responsibility. So if you have valuables in your car don’t take it here

The service I received was incredible! My car would not turn on and after calling several shops no one would do a diagnostic stating nothing was available. I am so glad I came across this shop they where able to diagnose my car (did not charge me) and fix it super fast! All the workers here are amazing, kind, reliable, and honest! 2006 Ford Explorer 4.6L V8 About 2 months ago I blew a water pump and called my usual shop...they were booked up all weekend and couldn't look at it until Monday. I had to have my car to go to work on Monday so I called This place. Owner said bring it in. He installed new water pump and thermostat in about 4 hours with no notice and I was charged a reasonable price. Last weekend I got a leak in my radiator and was losing coolant daily. Without question I went to V&C and got a quote. Left it there and had my vehicle back within a few hours. While a new radiator installation is not an inexpensive repair, it was less expensive than most places. The following day i drove my truck and the blower fans would not turn off while driving causing loss of power and poor fuel mileage. I called V&C and asked ehat could be the cause...he said bring it in and as soon as I pulled in, they were expecting me and began checking it out. After a few minutes of testing their work from the previous day, they found a sensor was accidentally left unplugged during installation of the radiator causing the computer to think my car was overheating. They plugged it back in, apologized and I left 10 minutes after I pulled in. I immediately knew my vehicle was back to normal as I pulled out of the parking lot and hit the throttle to accelerate. My truck has been running perfectly since. I think I found my new shop. Fast service, transparency from the owner while discussing diagnostics and repairs needed and reasonable prices...hard to find.

Honest, best priced and amazing work quality. Carlos and his crew go out of their way to get you the best deal. I needed a really expensive part that I couldn't afford. Carlos found my needed part at a pick and pull. Instead of costing me $3900 it cost $1300, installed. Truly are life savers! I would highly recommend V&C to anyone and everyone!

Reasonable prices and the quality of work and work ethic has been exceptional. I took my car to do a tricky alignment. A car piece needed to be replaced. Once done and after driving it for a few days I noticed the car drifted left. Took it and they re-aligned it at no extra cost. Carlos is the man! Hardworking, patient and humble!

Getting worse by the day. Since they got this Miguel guy as the shop manager at the front desk and Carlos left to a dealership. This place has turned into a money mill. Customer service and satisfaction went out the door..Overpriced parts, labor rates off the roof and defective repairs with false warranty promise. Carlos needs to find a new service manager to run this place or Miguel will run this company to the ground one customer at a time. I went there for brake repair and was convinced I needed new control arms and sway link bars…when I paid for those, brakes are still girding and squeaky…now they need more money to fix the initial issue I went there for. My control arms had nothing to do with noisy braking. It’s so surprising how many misdiagnoses they do and try to fix things that are not broke. Charging you money for those repairs while acknowledging the vehicle is still not repaired. When you ask for the replaced parts, they are no where to find. I think they are replacing good parts with new ones, so they can sell the ones they take out as refurbished parts to other customers who may need them. I wonder if MVED knows about their illegal practices.

I would not trust this place, they are liars and nothing but scam artists. They Didn’t do what I asked them to do on my estimate first off and couldn’t explain what they even fixed and was charged $1600.00 for doing absolutely nothing at all. They thought since I am female I knew nothing about cars. They did not do any work at all. I asked for copy of receipt and wanted to see what they worked on and it said bolts and that was it. They lied and said they did a alignment which my car was exactly the same and would go to right side of road. Nothing but liars and will still take your money and they did not even touch my car at all. Scammed me and my family off alot of money for nothing. Do not trust this business. They pretended to be a good people And I could not believe that I let them get away with this and should of reported them to police a long time ago.

This place is awful had a very bad experience with the owner also they broke my truck ABS light came on also the traction control light . They owner said they would fix the vehicle, but he had to make an appointment with the dealership. Call back the following Monday never answer my call went by the shop all of a sudden he was MIA.

The new guy Miguel at the counter is a scam artist. I took my car in to remove check engine light and they said i had to fix a bunch of stuff in order to remove engine light. then i took the car home and the next day it wouldn’t start. And now I have to take to a new mechanic because they messed up my car. Carlos used to run the shop but now Carlos is avoiding all the crap that Miguel is causing and Carlos works at the dealership. Not good. I’m telling all my family and friends to don’t go there anymore.

Thank you guys for the hard work you did in replacing my AC Compressor. I wanted to replace it myself but needed a lift. 5/5 thank you, hehe only complaints was that you guys trashed the inside of the driver and passenger section of the car, toss everything out of my cup holders and hand rest storage compartment. But my guess is that you were looking for the wheel 🛞 lock key which was in the glove box. Otherwise you guys did a solid job.
