Not even 1 star.. Made an appointment for the next day. And when i showed up. Sent me to another location.. And this place was hella sketchy, hole in the wall..! And when he finished the job, dude said that next time come to him he would have changed me 20 bucks for the job. When valencias charge me $ 120.oo.

These guys are really unprofessional, and was a big waste of time. I came in to get some stitching done and when they said it was going to be ready it wasn't, so they said it was going to be finished two days later, and when I came in it still wasn't ready. So I got frustrated because they were just wasting my time, and when I asked for my refund they tried to scam me out of my money,,, never coming back, and never recommending this place to anyone..

Great job done in my Ford pick up. My leather seats were all ripped, and the owner and workers managed to make the look like new, with the new seat covers. Great place and atmosphere.

The man whom I spoke to said the labor will cost anywhere around 50$ to $100 tops and after driving 30 mins to the shop they tell me that it is $250. I told about it and I also offered $150 to put the covers, I'm DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED in them! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

My experience was 100 % outstanding with this company and service . The previous shop ruined all my original wires and had them all cut up and shoved inside the dash. I went to Valencia customs in San Jose hoping for something better. I git more then I asked for . The service is professional and looks pretty much as if the car came with the new head unit . Beautifully installed looks exactly how I imagined . Excellent service

They did a good custom job on my tesla model s seat covers. I could not find any seat covers to buy. This place has good selection of materials and colors. The car looks great now and I dont have to worry about the original seats getting dirty. I am adding to my review after a year of using the car. The seat covers are still great. Tesla ripped the back and front seat covers during a service, I did not know how to install it back and the front was really badly ripped. I went back to Valencia's. The people did all for me, made it look like new again and took their time to really do it professionally. I was thinking I will have to pay for it but the guys did it with not a question asked. One year after the original installation they out done them self and reminded me what good service used to be like. I salute them and of course they now have a customer for life. Great job, great service and all with a friendly smile.

I went to Valencia’s Custom regarding the wiring on a recent hitch install from U-Haul. Gilbert, the owner, took one look at the wiring and described it as “Mickey Mouse” (meaning: it was terrible). They fixed it and it looks and works so much better. If you want honesty and quality, go to Valencia’s.

Jan. 2025: Got new shocks installed on my 2017 F150. The owner Gilbert was friendly and communicative. His staff did a great job. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest assessment and fair price. Feb. 2025 update: went back to Valencia for new wheels and was debating over the tire size. Gilbert was helpful and friendly. We tried one wheel first before committing to installing all four. Turned out great. Could not be happier with the wheel setup. Looking to raise the rear to level the truck next.
