Today right after the wash, as usual I drove to a parking lot to clean up the soap spots. When I went around the car to the passenger side, I noticed immediately fresh long and deep scratches on the rear car door, with a couple of slight dents as well. They looked like they were damages done during pre-wash with the pole brush the car wash guy was using. I tried to scrub off the scratch marks but they were quite deep, and unfortunately neither can I myself repair the light dents. Valero at Yorktown had never damaged my car before, this was my third time using it, I liked the after-wash air dry, but I don't think I will go back there anytime soon. Touch-free car wash is the way to go, lesson learned

What a complete let down with the Italian sub. Stale bread and all bread.! What little trace of meat was on there! I was totally disappointed. This place used to ROCK! They must of made more changes than just moving the furniture around. Too bad this place was one of my fav.

Best carwash around Parma Heights & you get a coupon for money off gas every time you get a wash. They let me use 10 coupons I had saved up all at once & I got the cheapest gas I'd ever gotten... ever.

Full service gas station with car wash garage and much more Pretty good beer selection, Friendly staff and a cafe on the side with pretty good and affordable food, with a really cute girl taking my order. What more could you want?! Maybe a growler to go? Got that too!!! Oh the gas prices are usually pretty fair as well!!! If your legs are broken you could go there on Wednesday and they'll fill the tank for ya! Need propane? They got ya covered. A full body massage......well you're probably on your own there, but otherwise the best place to fill up in Parma!

The only drive thru car wash that actually works. My car gets a bath like twice a year, kinda like that guy with the limp that begs for change by the ridge/480 exit. Gets like 90% of the 6 month old grime off. And the gas coupons with wash purchase are super nice.

I went there for the first time this evening just before they closed. The guy that was operating the car wash realized I was a first time customer and gave me a free car wash(Thank you!!). I will definitely be returning for future car washes. By the way the platinum wash for $13 did a great job on my car

Gas station is fine. Food part is actually very good. The 1 star is for the car wash. STAY AWAY. Junk! The guys working there are good, they pay attention and are quick. But the brush and bristle and what not set up is absolutely awful and frankly terrible for your car and your paint. You’ll see massive swirl marks. I never take my nice cars to car wash but I borrowed my brothers cheap beater van and got it all muddy. So I stopped to get the cheapest wash they had to get the mud off. I seriously thought it was going to break something on the van. After getting out to inspect I noticed it failed to dry off anything and the whole rear bumper was covered in soap. Lesson learned.

So I used this wash to get the ash off my car from winter weather. The gentlemen at the wash were very nice, but upon arriving home the only thing that came clean on my vehicle were the windows. This was a little upsetting, being that my car was not very dirty. I did call the wash back immediately and told them of the situation. They apologized and promised a manager would contact me. I have yet to receive a call and this was about 3 days ago. I will probably stick to the wash by my house that is 4 dollars cheaper and has free vacuums.

Did you know they rinse off the chicken wing trays (the same shown on Fox-8 news) on the floor in the car wash tunnel? And only with a power washer and then they make the next batch right on it. Gotta love these OSHA violations, please report them. Did you also know that Matt (the manager) and Tom (his yes-man) treat all their employees like complete pieces of garbage, and are more than happy to tell anyone they know about it, in case you were wondering why morale is low there sometimes. DO NOT TIP THEM ANYTHING MORE. Take this information at your own discretion.

Always friendly car wash staff! Great place to get your car cleaned, the staff is very detail oriented, they paid special attention to our disgusting bugs all over our car. Whenever we go, a staff member offers candy to our children.

I've been local and coming here since 1999. Fantastic place the employees are amazing great people helpful, caring. It's a homestyle environment most of the people are local citizens and residents always friendly. The food is fantastic highly recommend when you're driving through. The beer selection is amazing. Prices are pretty reasonable. The gas is the cheapest in the entire city and surrounding cities, if you're still reading this you get that free nugget of info!! It's Parma heights they have the cheapest gas there than anywhere else, plus the car wash is super affordable and is a fantastic value. you can also get your car worked on there oil changes and such. Love this place seriously!

Got the $12 wash. First time here. The gentleman who did the pre-wash portion of the car wash was very friendly. Worth the amount you pay. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Car was much cleaner after drying than most washes I've gone through.

Whoever trains the service reps here needs to be hired by all the companies around here. The politeness and smiles I get when I step foot into this place is top notch. The food is extremely good and along with the service. They go over the entire receipt before you walk out the door. I love chicken and they have amazing chicken. Cooked properly and crispy just how I like it. Keep up the good work.
