I recently took my car to get washed and was greeted by Sal. He greeted me showed me the menu and most importantly gave an accurate time that my car would be complete. He did an amazing job on the wash and you can see the time and detail they take on every vehicle. I will be returning and thank you! Car looks great. Other customers picking up their cars were very satisfied as well .

Probably the worst experience at a hand wash car wash that I have ever had. I paid for The Works which is supposed to include Exterior wash, interior vacuumed, dash & console wiped, windows cleaned inside and out, tires dressing and air freshener. They told me my car was ready and all they did was wash the outside of the car, didn't even vacuum the vehicle. Tried to explain to the washer that I had the Works but she did not speak english. I had to have another washer explain that she needed to do more to the car and she vacuumed the car but did not wipe down the interior, clean the windows or dress the tires. Tried to tell somebody else that I did not receive the Works and they said that it looked fine to them. I had to go home to finish the job. So $30.00 for outside car wash, vacuum and being there an hour. The funny thing is I used my card to pay and put a $6.00 tip on there before the car was finished, they got me, I am dumb. They won't get me again and please don't let them get you.

These guys are lazy and scam artist. Asked for a car wash and vacuum for $25 which you can see the price clearly on the price board. Guy says we don’t don that price on the weekends😡Seriously!!! They do a terrible job drying the car, didn’t vacuum, and the when you call them on it can’t speak English all of a sudden. Go anywhere but here the are terrible and lazy.

This was my second time for car wash, I told the manager how much to wash 4 mats, he said 15.00 I agreed, 1 hour and 50 minutes later, ( there were only 3 other cars) he asked me cash or credit, I said cash, paid him 55.00, included tip, After I paid him he said 1 mat was missing? I told him we came in with 4 mats, he said there was only 3. I asked him look in the back. He said there was only 3. He should have approached me the minute he removed the mats, instead he told me after I paid him . This business has no accountability, If he only washed 3 Why charge me for 4? Refused to offer me a discount or mat. I wouldn't trust this business with my vehicle.

Seriously best car wash place in old Henderson. Greeted by very friendly pleasant gentleman & lady. Didn’t try to push more expensive services. Thoughtfully pulled a chair out so I could sit. I paid $30 + tip for “The Works” and I sure did get more than I paid for. So much that I cash tipped the cleaner who did such an impressive job. TY. My 2002 Camry sparkles, the interior is amazingly clean & shiny. My tires glisten. You may have to wait but let me tell you it’s worth it. They play a mix of great loud music. For me I was rockin out & relaxing to several Luke Combs songs. How very fortunate I found Valle Verde carwash & detail on Yelp & Google. Don’t believe the 3.8 stars. I also saw many high end cars, trucks & SUV’s there. Thank you to the management & employees. A job well done!

Didn't seem to care to much about their work even when charging extra because of some mud. Didn't remove all the dirt anyway. Didn't dry all the way in some areas. Bugs still on Windshield and seats still dirty.

I've been here a few times so far since moving to the area and the crew always does a fantastic job. The waiting area has some great ambiance and is just the thing to get out of the sun for a little bit. I can't recommend this place enough.

Went today to get the Express Detailing done for $75 which includes interior and exterior cleaning, mat shampooing, air freshener, spray wax, and tire treatment. The car was just barely cleaner than when I went it. There's still visible dirt on the rims, dirt spots/residue on the windows and bumper. They also need a better system of keeping track of people's stuff. 1st they gave me the keys to someone else's car (I didn't notice). The customer was looking for a good 5 mins before he approached me somewhat aggressively and tried to take them from me as if I tried to steal his stuff. 2nd, my car has 4 rubber floor mats in it and they were missing (they had to remove them to shampoo the actual mats that came with the car). When asked, everyone was looking around as if they had no idea what I was talking about. They were "found" on the side of a car that was 2 cars away from mine. 2 stars because they did a decent job on the interior with the mats and vacuuming, but there's still streaks of dirt and clear spots where they didn't wipe down with armorall or whatever they use (Half the interior was slick and glossy). Also, no sign of the air freshener... Can't recommend this place and I won't be back. Honestly considering just picking up some supplies and hitting up a self wash station in the future.

$85 for detail inside/outside, shampoo 2 front seats, no wax. The Good - little wait time, Took 1 hr, seats & floor we're done well, smelled nice. The Bad - left wet smears on front window & foggy in rear. ALL 4 windows left dirt line in track, left tons of hair in rear, radio controls dirty spots & Armor All spray all over. I wasn't expecting a Primo detail like with a toothbrush. But I've had WAY-WAY BETTER & CHEEPER details At first it looked good until 10 mins driving down the road, then front glass smears & fogging developed, and I couldn't see, had to stop for windex & paper towels. My car details usually take 90 mins, I would have waited longer for a better job. Disappointed

Took my newly wrapped 1 month old truck to get a basic exterior wash. The manager seemed friendly and professional and took my truck in right away to get started. He said that they used a special procedure to wash wrapped vehicles and I sat while he proceeded to wash and dry my truck. When he said he was finished, I could notice from about twenty feet away that there were swirl marks and scratches in the black part of my wrap as seen in the photos below. When I asked him what happened, he blamed it on the shop that did the wrap, saying that they didn't properly wash the vehicle before wrapping it. I knew he was lying because when I picked it up it was perfect. I then called the owner and asked him to submit a claim to his Insurance company to fix the damage done to my vehicle. He promptly said no and that he wasn't responsible for it or any damage done to customer vehicles. He was very nasty and defensive and seems to believe that he and his employees never make mistakes or do a poor job. I didn't read the reviews because I was taking it in for a very basic exterior wash but I wish I would have!

I came in to have my truck detailed. I got the works package which does inside and out of the vehicle including windows, tires and rims. The outside and inside of the truck looked great. I only give it 3 stars because the cleaner did not do the bed of the truck or the roof and also did not clean interior windshield or rear window. Otherwise the truck looked clean and shiny.

This is one of the gems of the valley definitely! Amazing job, worth the drive worth every penny. Good towns, good guys, and wow, talk about polished. I came out of there looking showroom now, which is a good thing because I’m selling it so I’m rolling it out in the sun and taking pictures.! OK everyone this is the spot to take care of your car, smog station, ceramic pro coating window tinting and a hand wash she won’t believe and dirt cheap!

The wash and prices were great. The problem I have is that some change was taken from my cup holder. I have washed my car several times at different places and never encountered this issue. When I asked the staff, they said they didn’t go near it. I don’t even know how much was taken but it was. Again the product and prices are really great. The work was amazing, but the lack of integrity is concerning. I won’t be back.

Legitimate hand wash, which is unusual, and hard to find. I've been there twice, and the service and results were excellent both times. Staff were friendly and professional, and Saul, who was supervising, was also friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was very short both times I was there, and this included carnauba wax, and leather cleaning and conditioning. This is an excellent place to have your car detailed. Prices are typical.
