This shop is TOP NOTCH!! 5+Stars! I had one of the worst nights of my life! 2 accidents back to back. I called Oscar, he was very professional and took care of me right away. He worked with my insurance company hand in hand and made everything extremely easy on my end. I dropped off my car to them and did not need to worry about anything until it was time to pick up my vehicle. There was extensive damage to the front, back and undercarriage off my brand new car, I was very nervous that it would come back with issues. To my delight, about ten days later, when I picked it up.. I picked up my vehicle in the same condition it was in prior the accidents. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. They are honest, great communicator’s, the shop is very clean. They are professional, ICAR certified. They do not cut corners and the paint match is spot on! They will work with you in every aspect! Finding honest, hard working businesses such as this one is rare these days! I even bought them lunch when I picked up my car. That says a whole lot about the service I received! I haven’t done that for anyone in years! Thanks guys! You helped me through a very tough situation. I am extremely grateful 🙏👍🏻👍🏻

When I took my car in for an estimate of needed repairs Oscar was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He gave me a very reasonable cost for the work and expected repair time. First I would like to say that the work done on my son's 2001 Lexus IS 300 was top notch. The damage that was done to the vehicle was pretty significant, and the out of pocket price for repairs was extremely reasonable. The even bigger reason why I'm promoting this business, is Oscar's empathy and compassion, which I'm sure he shows for all his customers. When my son wrecked his vehicle, he was going through some significant issues. He had also lost his job and had to go to a rehabilitation facility. Oscar was willing to slowly work on the vehicle over the course of several months, while my son worked out his issues and our family healed. Even after the work was done, Oscar held the vehicle in his lot, and did not charge any storage fees. Again, understanding the significance and hard times that my son was going through. Once we were able to pay for and pick up the vehicle, Oscar charged the battery for us so the vehicle would start. He also test drove it one more time, to make sure it was running properly. No, this review is not some trumped feel good story. If anyone wants to contact me to fact check this, be my guest. What a great business man and great human being.

Did not return my phone call on the same day. I iniated the followup phone call the next afternoon. Quote on body fender repair was the highest of the 3 quotes I obtained from different collision repair businesses. One was $940. The next was $1,400 and Unicar was a little over $2,000.

Was so upset when I accidentally backed up my brand new truck in one of the casino parking garage and got a dent, searched for a collision center and found this one. I’m so glad I brought it here, the service and communication was amazing. My truck looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it. Oscar was amazing from start to finish. He inspected the damage on my car and explained everything he was looking for and why, when showing me the estimate, he took time to explain what they would be doing and how they would do it. He also gave me options as to what could be salvaged and was upfront on price if he needed extra pieces (my headlight). He was very honest about pricing and labor; I felt educated and ‘part of the process’. He was my first quote, I still went to two other places with great reviews and ratings and not only were they more expensive, they just took a ‘quick look’ and said oh yeah we can fix that, but not how or why or anything. I knew Oscar was the right choice. Dropped off the car Monday, and by Friday it was done. Looks new, no trace of a collision ever happened, and customer service was just as great as the first time! Go see Oscar!

I wish I knew of his repair shop sooner, because I would have gone there instead of Gerber to do repairs on our other car. Absolutely best service ever! I was heart broken when I damaged my car parking in my garage at home. I scratched the front and rear drivers side bumper, quarter panels. I Took my car to several places and their quotes were ridiculous high and some wouldn't work on my car because I was not going through my insurance company and I was paying out of pocket. We spoke with the owner of Unicar, Oscar, and he looked at my car, explained how they would fix it and how many days he needed. Plus they not only worked with insurance but also people like me that were paying out of pocket. He took great car of my car, it looks better that it did when it was new from the dealership. I will now only ever come to Unicar for any body work I would ever need. I highly recommend Unicar for any body work you would need for your car. What an amazing amazing collision shop ! For months we had no help till we called Oscar he had such amazing reviews i had give him a shot and im so glad I did Oscar was so nice and friendly over the phone I knew this was the the place I explained our situation and b4 I knew it I was towing the car to the shop within days Oscar got everything squared away with the insurance company and now it's all fianlly over with not gonna lie it was awesome this accident has been hanging over our heads for a while this accident happened in September ya crazy so believe me when I say we are so glad we called unicar that day it was a god send i recommend this shop to everybody in las vegas they are fats friendly and they know what they are doing so if you're in the neighborhood come say hi to oscar he will treat you like family 10/10 service

Had a collision while on a roadtrip from TX back home to NV on Halloween night. I looked for a body shop and received two other estimates that were just not realistic for my 2006 Honda Pilot. Called and then went in to see Oscar at Unicar and knew I had the right place. He’s such a great person, easy to communicate what I wanted and gave us a very fair price. We felt secure from the beginning with this shop owner. He had the car ready as he promised and did a wonderful job, looks amazing. He went above and beyond to help us when the car needed to be smogged for registration while he had it and he took care of it so we wouldn’t have to pay a late fee. Oscar is someone we will recommend to all our family and friends if they ever need auto body repair.

Unicar, Oscar and his great crew, are absolutely wonderful to work with! My 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation got sideswiped on both front and rear driver's side door in a parking lot. (Thankfully we caught the person as they were trying to leave) Being new to the area, could only utilize Google for Body Shops and saw the Yelp reviews for Unicar. Reach out to them and Oscar promptly contacted me and walked me through the entire procedure (58 years old and 1st auto accident Thankfully) as I was unsure exactly how to proceed. They did an amazing job and communicated wonderfully. Choose them and you cannot go wrong!
