Never again will I be going there for an oil change. Please get a second opinion if they ever tell you something is wrong. In my case I avoided a disaster because they told me about an issue that had nothing to do with what they said. They also over tighten my oil filter housing, which needed an air gun to get off. Just find a reputable mechanic.

My husband is a disabled Veteran. Went into the store was helped by Linda. He had a nail in his tired and was expecting the worst...new tires. Linda was able to help him out the screw in his tired did not puncture the tire. Advised him he has another 6 months on the tires approximately. No charge for today. He told me it was nice to do business with a reputable company vs one that would of told him he needs a new tires without really evaluating the situation.

How can you buy tires for a thousand dollars with one leaking air after the first week and it not being repaired or replaced for free? Like comes with zero kind of warranty which it was less than a week and the tire was flat they wouldn't fix it. Discount tire like a third of the price and stand by what they sell. Them responding to my review saying they want to help is a joke too. Still have not responded.

Don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor it and turn you away. Thanks Big O! Booked an appt for 330pm. Get there on time. "We had you for 1230pm, and we cant take you now." We had an email confirmation that our appt was approved for 330pm so I call bullshit. Bad customer service.

Discovered side wall damage to wife's right front tire. immediately went to Big O Tires where Manager Linda met me with a smile and asked what I needed. She immediately got me in for a 4 tire replacement. I was later advised of a couple Safety issues which were also taken care of in a timely fashion and which I felt was at a reasonable price. Thank you Linda for the timely service.

This location is so awesome! My low air light seem to come on often around weather change seasons and I can just pull up and the sweet gentleman who work in the shop are always ready and willing to assist me with getting air.,I value this because something as simple as putting air in my tires has easily turned into an hour ordeal if I’m doing it :( so this time a young man named zz was right there to fill my tires to the proper pressure.. I have the worst luck with not having cash on me when I pop in like that but he was very polite insisting there was no need he was just happy to help and keep my family safe:) he felt genuine and kind.. I ish there were more people with his calm demeanor and get er done attitude. Thank you zz for ensuring we got to out appointment on time and alive! Keep up the great work Big O !!!

I went to this location today for a brake inspection. They quoted me $1400 for front and back brake/rotor replacement and fluid flush. They also suggested shocks replacement, and an alignment and new tires for an additional charge. The price was crazy so I told them I would like to just take my car. I got a second opinion from a different place and they said my back brakes were basically new. Front breaks needed pads and no leaking from the shocks. I paid $250. Why would you misquote so wildly? You tried to screw me but you just got bad publicity. You can count on me mentioning this to everyone I know.

About 2 years ago all tires bin replaced on my sprinter at this place. Joey helped me at the time. Excellent advice and service. This time I came in for checking tire pressures. Joey not at the company anymore but everybody else bin very helpful and nice. Took the time explaining to me all specifics. Generally speaking the atmosphere at this company is fantastic 🤩

My wife and I were in the middle of a 3 month road trip when we began to have some mechanical problems. Wasn't a big deal but I thought I would have a diagnostic done. I've used Big O before and have always been very satisfied with their service. I told told the manager what the problem was and that I just wanted a diagnostic. After waiting in the lobby with my wife and dog for 4 hours, I was told I would need new spark plugs and the throttle body cleaned for a hefty $2000+. I realized that they hadn't even looked at the problem I wanted to check out (an A/C issue) and decided that was enough. I kindly asked for my diagnostic report and was told they had deleted it, but they hand wrote the one code that was detected. I was nice but done with theses fools. They were still happy to charge me $250 for no report. I then went to a Toyota dealership and they fixed the a/ c problem in about 2 hours. Have been on the road for the last week and have had no other issues. I recommend everyone avoid Big O at all cost. This
