2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable. Ever since lithia motors bought them , it's never been the same. Plus I was told I had to change my cabin filter and air filter and the price would be $140.00 . So high prices and 3 months ago my filters were all great and in the green. So upon inspection of my filters they do need to be replaced which means they didn't do the work right 3 months ago. I can replace the filters for $40 from Amazon..don't go here they will rip you off. Also oil changes used to be $40 now they are $91.00 and that's not even synthetic. . You do not screw over customers that have been with Henderson Hyundai for over 10 years, by taking away the lifetime oil changes

I had a problem with the lane keeping assist not working on my Hyundai Tucson. They charged me $215 and told me that I had problems with the camera. And in order to solve this problem, I need to make an appointment for another day and it will cost $1200. After which I returned home and decided to check it myself. As a result, there are 7 wires going to the camera and they were broken. It took 30 minutes to restore them (all wires are different colors). After the wires were restored everything worked. I sincerely don’t understand where the amount of $1200 came from for the restoration of 7 wires?

Came into the dealership today. The service dept was great. They greeted me on the service drive and did a thorough walk around with a tablet. Made me feel like they cared about my car even though the drive was full of cars. Thanks Henderson service dept.

Always disappointed everytime I come in to the service shop. Either new management is absolutely awful or they are just making changes from the last awful management. Either way the service is GOD AWFUL. all the associates do not listen. You think when you ask someone to fix something they do it & do it right but no for both of those. The mechanics seem to not be able to properly do their job. On top of me waiting on the phone for almost 30mins just ringing, then it hangs up because no one answers. On top of the fact that your service representative won't even reply to you until 3 days after you message them. The constant problem with not only their service on the cars but their service with people. This has to be one of the worst dealerships I've ever been apart of. Seriously change your staff & retrain management because this is unacceptable. & I should know because I work in a shop & know exactly how you should go about situations with clients. I will NEVER recommend this place for anyone to BUY OR SERVICE A CAR.

WILL NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN. So my engine light came on for my 2022 Tucson last week and I immediately brought it to this location. I was informed that the diagnostic would take 5-7 business days. Annoyed, but I really didn’t have an option. Then I asked if they could provide a rental and was told that they do not have any. They spoke about reimbursement for the rental once the 5-7 diagnostic was finished. Don’t buy a Hyundai, it’s been more of a headache than enjoyment.

My Service Representative Karen Henderson greeted me outside of my car upon arrival. She escorted me to her desk to prepare my service itinerary. Upon completion she escorted me to the waiting room. My service was completed an hour ahead of time. Karen escorted me back to my clean serviced vehicle. Thank you Karen for your expertise, professionalism and making me feel safe and comfortable during the reconstruction of Henderson Hyundai.

It would be zero stars or negative 5. If you don't want to put yourself or your families LIFE at risk, never ever take your vehicle here for Service. Besides they are totally dishonest and Liars.. The same goes for the sales department.

I drop my car for check engine light on. we have an appointment 3 days no answer when I called it said 3 day to get diagnos result. when we drop the car, Lou service guys said 14-48 hrs get result third day same no result…it’s prostrating…

Second time using Henderson Hyundai…. Clean new facility with the perception of customer service…. Perception is all a front for lots of people doing NOTHING!!! Made an apt for an oil change… brought my own filter because last time it took 3 hours for them to locate one….. this time they drained the oil and don’t have any to replace it with… now we wait for oil… most incompetent service center I have ever seen !!!! Stay away !!!! Run….. go anywhere but Henderson Hyundai!!!!

If I could give them lower I would. Five weeks they've had my car to fix a recall on the engine. Every time I call, I'm told to text my service advisor which would be fine if he texted me back anything at all. When you do call the representatives are rude and short with you. If you have a Hyundai and need service I strongly recommend using any other service center or dealership unless you want a slow terrible experience

My review is long overdue. Reason being is that I am looking for consistency in service. Lou, Jalen, Ace, Ronnie and I believe his name was Lassandro - these people took care of my needs, and made sure that all of my resources are applied for my benefit such as warranty coverage, deductibles, military discount, price matching against centennial Hyundai and rental car. We set up an appointment for the service department to resolve an issue with the driver side open and close door sensor. Once we arrived for our appointment, the service department just quickly looked at the issue and said that they were unable to diagnose the vehicle that day. The representative stated that we needed to return another day and leave the car early in the morning to be inspected. They also told us that they might need two days to fully diagnose the problem and would not be able to accommodate us with a loaner vehicle during that time. The car is a brand new car with less than 2500 miles. After that subpar response from the service department, we reached out to our sales agent and asked him for his help. We asked if there was a day where we could be guaranteed that the vehicle could be diagnosed that same day so that we would not go without a car for long, but they refused any solution other than accept that the car might be in the service department for two days without any possible loaner car. Do not expect good customer service from them or their salesmen. The location will promise the world to sell you a car with a warranty but will do nothing to fulfill the Hyundai warranty promise.

I went in yesterday fully expecting to purchase a Santa Cruz and met a wonderful salesman named Derek Hoffman who literally tried everything to accommodate what we wanted. We had been saying from the beginning that we were not interested in going above a certain payment and months in the contract. We also repeatedly said that we would decline and walk if they were unable to accommodate us. Instead management sent out a weasel of a guy Ari (with a clammy handshake), that immediately began to speak condescendingly toward me, acting like I didn’t understand and frankly, I felt bullied by him. As I became more and more offended by his tone and manner, I finally said that I have purchased more than 20-30 cars in my lifetime and I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to compromise.As I was leaving, I heard him say in a snarky tone to another sales person that he had sold 30 cars in the last 2 weeks. However selling and buying as ANYONE knows are 2 different experiences. The irony here is that had he never come out to talk to us, we may have been willing to compromise with Derek. Let me be clear…it was completely Ari’s fault that a deal could not be made. He was a disrespectful disgrace of a representative of Henderson Hyundai.

I hope Hyundai gives Ronny a big raise! He’s by far the best service rep I’ve ever dealt with in this business. He genuinely cares, which is so rare these days. I had an appointment on a Saturday morning, and it turned out the issue was much bigger than I expected. I needed my car for Monday morning (and they’re closed Sundays), plus I was working with a limited budget. Ronny went above and beyond to walk me through what truly needed to be fixed and what could wait, and he somehow got my car ready by Saturday afternoon. He even stayed more than 15 minutes past closing to make sure everything was in order. Who does that anymore? Absolutely outstanding service.
