They went above and beyond! Zach and Vince were great. Zach squeezed me in for a last minute alignment, Vince's communication was stellar throughout the entire process, and definitely had more time in to it then what they originally quoted, but stood by the estimate within reason. Zach & Vince even personally walked me through the results and vehicle upon arrival. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and will most certainly be back; I will gladly be giving this honest hardworking shop more of my business in the future.

I quite literally never have to worry about my car when it is in Zach & Vince’s care, I know when they say something they mean it. When they say my car will be done, it will be done. They are BEYOND accommodating in every way possible. Only trusted place in Vegas with the best pricing. Everyone is very friendly and straight forward, they never try to upsell you on things you don’t need which I’ve always appreciated. Myself and everyone I know are now lifelong customers, I will always recommend them & go out of my way to talk about how amazing they are. As a women of course I’ve had issues with mechanics in the past cause I truly don’t have a clue but I’m always so well taken care of by each team member & feel so valued by them. My 11 year old car drives like she’s brand new all because of Urban Auto Workz and their quality work every time! I know I’ll be able to safely drive this car until “the wheels fall off” and it’s all thanks to this shop and their integrity. Forever thankful.

The shop worked quick to get us in. I already knew what the issue was and was going to fix it myself, but at 110 degrees and not all the potentially required tools, I didn't really want to start something I didn't want to finish. I had all the parts already, but the shop said they couldn't use it as they warranty their work and have to ensure the source. That was a bummer on my end due to markup vs what I got them for, but in the end I still didn't want to do the work. They warned that my vehicle, an older Jeep, was known for snapping bolts and potentially tripling the work. I knew that, it was one of the reasons I didn't want to deal with it! The shop said they'd try to avoid that issue, and they took care and made it through with no broken bolts. Vince up front and Zach the owner were both very friendly, explained everything, didn't keep tacking on hidden costs, and so far everything is working great. Their prices were fair and they do an entire vehicle inspection that you can pick and choose what to address. Honest, fair, quality work. I couldn't ask for a better garage for me and my family.

They worked on several of our older service and fleet trucks. There over the top on there ability to diagnose and effectively repair complex issues. You can take truck to dealer and it's always the same story, throw baby out with bathwater and buy a new truck, we'll give you scrap price. Its a great feeling to have confidence in your repair shops integrity and expertise. Of the dozens of shops I've dealt with in my 44 years of driving id put Urban at the top.

This place is a scam, stay away from here. So originally I had a scheduled appointment Sep 4 for my transmission mount to be replaced. I walk in at 1pm, the time my appointment was scheduled, they tell me that they are running behind schedule and that they will have to keep my car overnight. I rescheduled because I didn't have time to leave it overnight. I came back today to drop off my car, mind you, my original quote was $272.31. I get a call a few hours later telling me that its not the right piece and that the labor being done to my vehicle was going to take longer than expected. Which, at that point, I still didn't mind. I understand mistakes happen. So I proceeded to ask Alex on the phone for the total price of labor and the new piece. She then quotes me at $573 out the door. I agree to the price, and we end the call. I get another call 5 minutes later telling me that my new quote is $1100 out the door due to the fact that it wasn't the right piece. At this point I'm over it already. I feel like this place tried to drain me for my money. I ask why the price changed, she stated that, they weren't the ones who examined my vehicle originally, they couldn't really tell what was wrong with it. Mind you they already knew it wasn't the right part when they quoted me at $573, so why change the price again? Like I said, this place is a scam, take your car somewhere else.

I wish I could rate this company a 10/10! I came in to have a pre purchase inspection on my vehicle back in December & I must admit the staff were all amazing from the moment I stepped into their building, customer service. I must admit I was hesitant at first because of the type of car I drive, I am a minority female veteran. Most mechanics see the type of car I am driving & automatically see a high price ticket repair, they tend to automatically pressure me into buying parts & tend to be lazy on their inspections. But NOT Urban Auto Workz! They treated me like any other customer, they took their time with the inspection. They did not jump to conclusions and pressure me into blindly replacing parts. These are honest people, I feel as if I can trust them not to take advantage of me when it comes to repairing my vehicle. Being a veteran, that means a lot to me especially in a city like this where most people will do anything just to earn an extra buck. Hello, I took my car to get an oil change. And a diagnostics. Urban auto works. They are very professional. They sent me pictures of all the damage areas that needed to be replaced. I have never seen any auto shop that was send people pictures.That parts that needed to be replaced. The prices is very reasonable. They stand behind their work. They will go step by step of everything that needs to be done.
