Brought my 2001 Ford Taurus in because I had a problem with the heater. While the mechanics were trying to figure out what the issue was with the heater, they stumbled upon a huge SAFETY issue with the car. The safety issue was the rear strut bolt was completely damaged. The manager insisted they fixed the problem, NO CHARGE at all ! Based on my experience at Liberty Tech, I would say customer safety is their # 1 priority. Not only are they known for their reasonable prices, and customer satisfaction, but most importantly to me they are known for keeping me safe on the roads.

My vehicle broke down in front of Liberty Tech so I figured no worries they can get me up and running. The business owner denied having a jump; even though I had intentions of bringing him business/ or paying for service. He later came out saying I needed to move my car and he would have his mechanic jump start after watching me struggle for an hour. As a store manager myself being rude and dishonest is not a way to run a business.

I swear by this shop. Honestly, I've had a couple of big jobs here (piston replacement, throttle body,etc) and it always gets fixed. Best of all they offer a year warranty. If something doesn't get fixed they'll usually fix it on the house. It's a little more expensive than other mechanics I've gone to, but then again they have actually fixed the problem other mechanics charged me to misdiagnose. I truly recommended it, and I for one will keep coming here.

Really, really like this place. They're so efficient. Even though they're in a busy city, they operate a lot like a country shop... a lot of paper records and handwritten notes, never long lines. At first I was worried that there weren't more people in the lobby, but then I realized why: When you drop your car off, you spend 30 seconds describing the problem, leave your key and phone number, and that's it. There's no endless tapping away at the computer or checking with the guys in the garage. For that reason I also thought, when I first started coming, that there might be disorganization and forgotten promises, but in the last two years there hasn't been a single one. On two occasions, I brought the car in for something that I couldn't fix, but was simple for them, and walked away with either no bill or a tinier bill that I would have hoped for. I can't recommend highly enough.

I drive a late 2000's bmw and everywhere i go its an arm and a leg for maintenance or an oil change etc. Having said that, Liberty Tech & Tire is the ONLY place I'm willing to let change the oil in my car. I have yet to have a catastrophic failure but if i did, they will be the first ones I'll consult if that ever happens. Their prices are more than fair and their level of service and care is above and beyond that of your typical large chain stores; I recommend them to all my family and friends.

I needed a lot of work on my car and I knew I could trust Liberty Tech & Tire to get the job done correctly (I’ve used them before). They were able to get my A/C working again, replace my tires with a quality brand rather than the cheap Chinese made tires and an oil change. The overall price was reasonable and I left the shop without the feeling of being ripped off.

I wrote a Great Review, 2 years ago. But, recently I deleted. I thought Rasheed was flexible , reasonable and honest, owner! They replaced my AC unit, brakes and suspension, 2 years ago. Recently I started having problems with my AC unit. I called Rasheed and ask him to do diagnostic test. First thing he did, he did not remember that he replaced my AC unit! Secondly, He stated that my condenser compressor and other parts of my AC is not working. He mentioned that it’s gonna cost me $2,000! I was devastated. Knowing that, my car is a 2005 Honda Element. But I decided to take it to another car repair shop. They found out that, the “Driver side fan was the only part which was not working! “ And I have had them to replace that fan! “Now my AC is working ice cold!” Please tell me, what happened to the honesty? Therefore, I lost my respect and trust for Liberty tech & Tire! “ I found a great mechanic at the same neighborhood, because of what happened! If you d still believe this establishment and want to spend Thousand of dollars go ahead! The choice is yours!

Took my 09 Impala in for repairs this week and I'm glad I did. They fixed the noise coming from my dash, replaced a side mirror, did an oil change, and tire rotation. The quote over the phone is exactly what I paid when I picked up my car. They do not overcharge you, prices are reasonable for parts and labor. They also got my car done fast! It’s very tough to find honest mechanics but the owner is a ver upfront honest guy. He’s not overpriced and does great work. Never had to bring vehicle back after he worked on it. It is a smaller shop so he does usually have to keep your car a while but that’s anywhere you go really.

Location is convenient, prices fair, and the mechanic effective and helpful. But, there's a cat in the office and I keep finding cat hair in my car after visits. Last time there was a cat toy in my cup holder. I let the owner know about it after that visit, but I just went in again and this time I found a Panda Express bag with trash in it in my door. I really do like coming here, but I'm gonna hit my limit one of these times.
