BEWARE of USA Auto Service at Boulder Hwy & Major. My grandson dropped off his vehicle for an oil change, which he has done several times before, and a short time later he received a call from their mechanic which told my grandson that his engine didn’t have any oil in it and they would have to conduct a full diagnostic scan of the engine, which doesn’t make any sense as you don’t perform an expensive diagnostic scan to check for an oil leak. My grandson returned to the shop and the mechanic showed my grandson that there was no oil on the dipstick. This is an old trick that crooked mechanics use by simply not pushing the dipstick all the way down when checking the oil. My grandson knew that his engine had oil in it because he checked it just before taking the vehicle in for the oil change. The engine doesn’t leak oil and the ‘check engine’ light has never been on. Fortunately my grandson knew that he was being scammed and he called me. I came over and checked the oil, which was normal, and we immediately left. I know things are tough for small businesses but this is totally unacceptable and we will never go back there again. Beware.

Avoid USA Auto at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. USA Auto completely trashed my daughter's first car, and the experience has been a nightmare. The manager took her car, claimed it was his, wrecked it, and then left it out in the rain, causing severe water damage. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed my daughter for the damage. I took the company to court and won the judgment—USA Auto was found negligent and now owes me a check. However, the court recommended that I take the manager himself to court as well. Now, I have to go through the process of actually getting paid. This business has shown zero integrity and should not be trusted. If you're considering using USA Auto, think twice—they are reckless and dishonest.

My experience here was awesome. Hector was very helpful, the staff seemed to be good people with genuine hearts and now my car runs like it’s brand new. They even have a warranty so in the off chance of a malfunction my rest is assured because they got me covered. I was shocked to see the bad reviews here on google because I just finished getting my car serviced with them, it was a pretty big job, and they did fantastic!

I went to get a smog certificate according to the smog certify technician. He could not install the plug from the machine into my car. He wanted me to pay for the certificate which I wasn't going to get anyway. I went down the street to the seventy six gas station and the technician.There did it within ten minutes and gave me the certificate. The manager. wouldn't give me his last name or the technician's last name.That doesn't make sense be careful.

My experience at this shop. On the one hand, the mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which is why I've returned after a year. However, the front desk staff have consistently been a letdown. Last year, the woman at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Unfortunately, the new staff member seems to be following suit. During my recent visit, the woman at the desk asked for my information and became confused when I didn't match the name on the phone number she had on file. I tried to clarify the situation, but she became defensive and snapped at me, saying 'DID I SAY THAT?' when I pointed out the issue. I won't be returning to a business that treats customers with such disrespect. A little class and customer service training would go a long way.

USA AUTO SERVICE #7 704 South Boulder Highway Henderson, NV 89015 I took My 2018 Jeep Compass in on May 22,2024 at 7:58 AM picked it up at 11:44 AM I had a busted upper radiator hose! Robert the manager on duty said I needed an upper radiator hose a new radiator and a water pump, thermostat. Cost was $2,342.31. Took advantage of an older woman not really know what was wrong. So the next day I took it to my mechanic and he showed me that work was never done only thing done was an upper radiator hose. I took my mechanic back with me to the U.S.A. shop and he asked for the parts taken off my car they looked for them but Robert said the trash must have been picked up! but yet they did have the busted radiator hose! No other old parts! So we asked for the receipts for the parts purchased for my car he said he didn’t have them to take it up with the corporate office. Called corporate office, and the man I spoke with said the manager on duty was named Sam, when Robert had claimed he was the manager, we were told the camera footage of the work being done would be sent to me and still have not received it. I expect to receive that footage after this email is sent. When trying to explain what had happened they said send it in a email and wouldn’t even hear it. If this is not resolved cordially, I will be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Attached are the photos of the invoice, and pictures of the parts I was told were replaced before and after the work was “done” in the photos you can clearly see that the radiator was not replaced as the sticker on the radiator is the same sticker.. This is the photo taken Wednesday, May 22, 2024 I sent this to the corporate office still waiting for a reply!!

My car wouldn't start and was towed to USA Auto. They estimated it would cost $4100 to replace the fuel pump and remove part of the engine to fix a manifold leak when they previously fixed the manifold in 2023. I agreed to pay $828 to replace the pump. If you don't pay cash they added $28 to my $800 bill. I don't mind paying a fair labor, but when they adding extra to beef up the repairs. My 2004 car is not worth $4000. Avoid if possible.

I have been here a few times however it seems to be under better management. They checked me in for a free consultation and there’s also a complementary tire rotation If you choose. my scrape plate was dragging, they looked at it and said the pieces were all broken up so it’s best to take it off. They charged me $20 to take it off. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Very good service.
