Scott and Joel are great to work with and the prices are very reasonable. They got my BMW in the same day and had it back to me a few days later. As with any mechanic working on BMW’s, often they are subject to parts coming in, but the last part came in at 1245 and I was picking my car up at 3. Great service guys, my wife and I will use you for all of our auto needs.

I have been using this shop for years. I don’t let anyone else work on my cars as they are always honest and stand by their work. Case in point. , I recently went in to fix a window that siloed working had an oil change. I also asked for a safety inspection. Only 2 problems that they found said I should be good on the timeline I needed for the repairs. I’m clueless yet they always treat me with respect and don’t rush me if it’s not necessary. You can’t go wrong with Mastertech :)

Absolutely love the service and customer service they provide. They are kind enough to explain everything in details and even estimates on future services. I've have my brakes replace, front axle shaft assembly replace due to leaking and pooping sound. Also their turn around time is exceptionally, I've dropped my car off early morning and received it before or by closing. I thank you guys so much! The guys at master tech seem to know what they are doing.Even though my Honda 750 didn’t need work done they could have lied to me and said it needed a lot of work done.Fortunately what ever was wrong with my bike straightened it self out before they got to it. I thought it needed carburetion work, but the sea foam I put in the gas before I took it down there must’ve cleared out the jet.They still charged me $160.00 but it was better than $400 for a carb rebuild. I would still go back.

This has been my second visit to this shop. We took my wife’s Grand Cherokee to get the oil pan gasket replaced. We were quoted a price on the phone the day prior to dropping the vehicle off, but we were told the price quote was incorrect. Even though it was less than it should have been, Scott Weiner honored that price. This is by far the most honest auto repair shop in town.

Friendly staff, stopped in for a quick question and quoted a price $465 to do the job, the bad news 🤔 that it's 1 week out for an appointment, wondering why 2 guys at the front office and poor 1 tech. In the service bay working alone in the 120 degrees weather. So I went to the auto mall in Henderson I got my appointment and serviced my car within 24 hrs, and SAVED $$$$$$65!. With factory warranty. 🏭

The fact that the name of this company is master tech is either meant to be irony or a fraudulent claim. I came in to get my transmission swap looked over for a noise that made me feel like I better stop and take it to someone else to see whats going on. I explained my entire situation. And they assured me that they could take a look at it and see what was going on with it. Keeping in mind I didnt this sawp by myself with the limited tools I had and had to get in order to finish the swap. It took me a month to do so on my free time, the battery was dead. But just needed to be charged to maintain the voltage And get the car started. A simple solution to a problem, instead, what I got was an outright refusal to work on the car. Because the technician apparently couldn't figure this out. And because I disconnected the amplifier to my car's audio system. So that there was less cables having to be managed by the battery terminal making it easier to work on. However this tech decided it was too "dangerous to work on" and outright refused even after explaining why he couldn't get to turn on. Needless to say, unless you're getting something simple done like an oil change or filter, I asked about tires they said they dont do tires. So not really sure what they're even good at, because it was very obvious they barely have a business running to begin with. But no compensation for the wasted tow to them after they already agreed to work on it. Bottom line, dont trust them at their word. And make sure you get something in writing with them so you can hold them accountable when they dont do their patt

Yo I appreciate these guys fr! Scott had the best customer service ever he’s the reason why I decided to get my car towed over to Master Tech. All the staff are friendly and shoutout to John for working with me. He was able to set the prices a lot lower price than the actual retail Value which was amazing! Although it did take a little longer for them to fix due to my foreign car, they were always good at communicating with me every time. These people are truly honest and won’t lie to your face which is why I’m so grateful to have found them. They were able to bring my car back to life and now it’s driving better than it was when I first brung it in to them. Shoutout to all the guys John, Scott, Tyrese, and all the mechanics!

Never again. I had them mount balance and install tires on my BMW motorcycle that I purchased. I was happy with the service until I just found out they put RED thread lock on my rear tire studs and massively over-torqued them. Now I’m going to have to get another shop to heat the studs and replace them afterward. Seriously 150 ft-lb and they can’t remove them. They’re supposed to be torqued to 44 ft-lb. Never again.

I ended up needing new rims/wheels because mine were bent but the technicians went above and beyond to make sure my new tires were attached safely & securely until I could get my new rims/wheels. Highly recommend and thanks so much!
