Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Beyond the comfortable waiting room the service has been great. I've been taking my vehicles here for a couple years and I've never had an issue. When a problem was found with my Elantra, they were very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining it to me and the best part is they didn't pressure me to get it done right away. I'll definitely go back.

I went in for a oil change, and some coolant, the worker asked me if they can preform a burp to my coolant, I said yes, when I returned he gave me a quote of 1200$ for a leaking radiator, I told him the numbers were to high, he said okay will just continue with the oil change, after 5-10 min he calls me and tells me it’s done, as I get there he than tells me they couldn’t do the oil change because it might mess up the head gasket, I don’t recommend this shop

🚨 Beware of Purrfect Auto Service #030 (Henderson, NV) 🚨 I brought my car in for AC repairs in May. After paying over $2,000 and making multiple visits, the issue was never resolved. I was misdiagnosed, overcharged, and misled—only to find out from Ford that the original repair wasn’t even done right. I ended up paying $1,400 more to actually fix it. I’ve requested a full refund and hope they do the right thing.

Victor and the crew at Purrfect #540 at Valley Verde take great care of my cars and go the extra mile to make sure everything works great. They're fair, and they do solid work.

🚨 DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE 🚨 All my truck needed was a new battery. That’s it. Instead, this shop tried to sell me on a fake rack and pinion replacement for $800 (on top of a $400 battery) .....AND handed my car back with blown engine and transmission mounts that were perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Here’s what went down: I brought it in with a dead battery and a stiff wheel (it’s electric steering, so no power = no assist). The truck was otherwise fine. Next day they tell me “it’s just the battery.” Makes sense. Steering was perfect before the battery died. Then silence for days. Suddenly they call: “Your rack and pinion is bad, $1,200 total.” They pressured me hard to say yes on the spot. Luckily, I looped in my dad (former military mechanic). He said NO, give us the car back. Vibes got weird. They even tried to call my dad separately to complain about the “time they spent taking it apart” (which I never authorized). When we picked it up? My dad told me in the parking lot "follow me home" which was strange (instead of us taking it back to my house but his house was closer). I watched him drive the car as I trailed him in my other car. Car handled fine, seems the steering was magically just fine — as we suspected — because there was never an issue except the battery in the first place. But here’s the kicker: 👉 When we get to his house dad hops out tells me to get in and feel the car. It's shaking like it is about to fall to pieces! I recognize this shake because I have felt it before on this truck a couple years ago. I know exactly what it is. My engine mounts are completely trashed. They were 100% fine when I brought it in. I did NOT trust them to be accountable for this and absolutely did not trust them to touch my car any further! So I didn't take it back to them. Instead we carefully drive it STRAIGHT to my old shop and parked it. They walk out, turn on the engine and IMMEDIATELY say "it's your engine mounts". Call the next day and confirm the mounts were destroyed (likely because they put it on a lift and didn't support the engine/trans properly - a lift it should have never been on in the first place cuz it only needed a battery). I ended up having to replace ALL mounts (3 engine + 1 transmission) for over $1,000. For good measure I had the rack and steering inspected too: Perfectly. Fine. Exactly what we knew all along. So let’s recap: If I’d said yes to their scam → $1,200 for a fake rack/pinion job + battery change PLUS another $1,000+ for the mounts THEY actually damaged in the process of doing too much. Total: $1,800+ in unnecessary costs potentially... $1,000+ in actualized unnecessary costs. When literally all it needed was a battery. A. Battery. That's it. This place will lie, upsell, and return your car in worse shape than you brought it. I originally went to them on a recommendation last year and they did good work at a fair price - I went back for this easy battery change that I could have gotten ANYWHERE (even Walmart) for cheaper... as a thank you and to keep what I thought was a good relationship alive - trying to throw them my business when I could...and they completely screwed me over. Now, looking at other reviews (again I went to them on a personal recommendation) - I am not their first victim. You been warned. Purrfect just lost 4 customers in one dumb move: me, my dad, my little brother, and my dad's friend who we have sent there - all because they couldn't be honest and do a quick, easy, battery change, without trying to run a scam. 💀 DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

NEVER, NEVER, TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! Took all 3 of my cars here to be smog tested. After the test was completed on 2 of my cars they gave me a list of repairs that should be addressed. None of the listed repairs were valid. The third car ( which is a custom car ) passed the smog test but for some unknown reason the smog technician ( who seemed to have a bad attitude ) flagged the car to the DMV, making very difficult for me to get it registered. In the 4 years previously after moving here, ( At different smog testing locations ) the car has always passed the smog test with no issues. In closing, I would avoid this shop like the PLAGUE!!!

The price was right, but, I just wanted an oil change and nothing else. I told him all the fluids are fine, and I’d come back in 3 weeks for another oil change and transmission fluid change. You know how men talk about women and shopping, well, you can’t put an engine in front of a mechanic and not expect him to tinker around, so naturally my check engine light was on when I left and the steering wheel was shaking, so back I go. The mechanic was very pleasant and was explaining all this stuff about the engine, and all I hear is whaa whaa whaa, except when he said it was a ‘courtesy check so no charge’ - excuse me, the engine light and shaking happened here, so here is where you’ll fix it at no charge. The shaking stopped and the engine light did eventually go off. The young man who works in the lobby is a gem! He has the most welcoming personality and presence that you can’t be upset with the situation because it’s being fixed, and life’s too short to stress over the little stuff in life, it’s just a hurdle, so jump over it and move on. I recommended he get a raise 🙏🖤

Went to have a oil change and they wanted to charge me double the price that the one on Charleston Blvd was going to charge. Needless to say, I left and went to the Eastern location in Henderson and they told me the same price as the one on Charleston Blvd. DO NOT go to this one on Valle Verde, they Jack up the prices!! That should be against the law. **update - Response to their reply: To be clear. The location on Valley Verde quoted me $90 for a oil change, the location on Charleston Blvd & St Rose Pkwy only charges $35. The Valley Verde location OVER CHARGES.

Come here for the cheap smog check and oil change but be prepared for extreme pressure tactics and bullying to get extra work done. I've been coming here a while and it happens every time without fail but this time was the worst though. I rarely leave reviews even at my most annoyed so this says something.

I saw the Article on KTNV Channel 13 today 12/18/2025.... These repair shops should be ashamed ripping people off like that... $3000 for a bad battery and an alternator that was probably still fine? I guess these criminals get one over on vulnerable people occasionally--hopefully rarely.. It is very sad... Glad KTNV did the article but they should have addressed the extravagancy of the charge/interviewed a reputable "fair" auto repair business if there is such a thing... Smart people will see the article, this business which has a bad reputation all over the Las Vegas area and will avoid choosing Purrfect Autos everywhere.. I quit going anywhere near a Purrfect auto when approximately 2009, they would not Smog Check our older BMW because it had a small radiator leak... It was their way of saying, "oh, you don't want to overpay us to fix it?"

I want to give a huge thank you to Robert and Torey at this shop! They went above and beyond to help my grandpa with his car, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Not only did they quickly figure out the issue, but they also treated him with genuine kindness and respect. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about the customer and not just the job. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference, if you’re looking for a place you can trust with great people, this is the one. Highly recommend! -Levi

The customer service was very good, but the mechanic made up a story that the car had a leak and would cost $300 to fix. When I got home, I checked and cleaned the area, and it wasn't true. They offered me a discount and financing, insisting I replace it. Don't be fooled. Obviously I wasn't going to put the name of my husband who was the one who brought the car, because his information was registered, but it was you, since the address is the following 693 N Valle Verde Dr, Henderson, NV 89014

Worst experience ever. As a female senior on a fixed income one they saw I was stuck. I was charged double for a battery and lied to about it. Then informed I had other issues but demanded to pay in advance and did. They were closed on Sunday and I found another mechanic that could do the job for a fraction of the costs. I canceled the job immediately before any parts were ordered. The manager screamed and cursed at me refused to return payment so I could simply pay for the battery. Now fighting purrfect and filing charges of frauds and theft against them

Today, I came into Purrfect auto and I was greeted by Zeida at the front desk very nice with a smile and a Hello. Then the manager came out and said Hello to me, his name was Torrey, With a Big smile, Big hello. made me feel comfortable since they've changed staff over here a couple months ago. It made me feel at home again. He said my name when he saw me. Made sure I was satisfied with the service today wanted me to come back again. All of this with a smile and a really positive personality and energy, which I liked. Thank you Torrey for your help and kindness today. I will definitely be back again and continue to send my friends to you guys.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY CAN GIVE ME THE CORPORATION NAME AND MATTHEW MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE THE PROPER CORPORATION NAME WHICH IS CAPTAIN INVESTMENTS INC., PRESIDENT YASMIN BROWN. TO ME THIS IS ABSOLUTELY SHADY!!! IF YOU ARE DOING A GREAT SERVICE THEN WHY ARE YOU SCARED TO GIVE YOUR CORPORATION NAME FOR "LEGAL PURPOSES" BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AUTO SHOP.

Who ever see this review, please put attention. They are nice people, but the job they do not at all. I went there for Smoke test that cost $9.99 and now is $19.99. I always paid with credit card because who the hell will have cash today in the wallet? so now they charge 3.3 % or something because paying with credit card. -- Well, the car rejected or wherever they call the smoke test, I ask How much to fix it? they said: We charge $ 89 diagnostic check, well Dealer charge $ 230, so I said: Go ahead and find out what is the problem. -- They came back with: Bad Alternator and advised to replace front lower arm controls. I told them go ahead, so they replaced and the smoke test passed. they charge me $ 714.00 total. I thought they fix my problem. next day Engine light came back as always, so they didn't fix it at all, but they have a statement on the paper I signed they don't return or give any refund at all, and not even to dispute with my Credit card, plus the part has 90% restoking fee if it's accepted by the vendor, WHAT? -- I called them and they told me to bring the car so they will check for free, to tell me what? OH, you need to replace the catalytic converter that will cost you $ 1549 and the part is from AutoZone, so I went to AutoZone and the part is $ 625. Anyone can go and see the price. They want it to charge me $ 1549 and part cost $ 625, but they told me they will be installed for me free charge. -- First time I spend 5 hours for a smoke test, finished with $714. second time almost 5 hours again for $1549 advice? -- I was thinking don't come back again to this place and go to the Dealer, but I just give them another chance. -- My OEM alternator was perfect; the new one is doing something weird that the other never did. I finished taking it to the Dealer and Bite the dust or the hook. -- I can buy an Alternator for less than $ 150.00 and put it myself, YouTube has thousand videos, it has two bolts and two little to lose the belt and that's it. Is ridicule their price. Now, they want to charge $ 700 to replace front lower control arms when I replaced for $ 150.00 myself, they are brand new, but they say was making a noise. Another place called USA auto repair wants $ 850.00 -- the second time I went, seating in a cough watching TV I heard a lot of complain from customers, that light up a light bulb in my head, so I refuse replace any catalytic. -- one customer (a lady) said: you replaced my front and rear brake pads and rotors two weeks ago and are bad already, OHHH, that wasn't good. STAY AWAY, GO TO THE DEALER. -- They don't give any rental car, you spend too much time there, they don't fix the car, the created other problems, the charge you once, two, three, fourth times and you keep going there. they don't sell launch, they don't give you food, and you are hungry there waiting for your car. -- I have years going here for smoke test, because was cheap, but doesn't make sense for $ 19.99, plus $ 3.3 % paying with credit card, now they changed everything. I have never allowed them to do any job before, I do everything in my car, but this time I swollen the hook, but like we say: one time is ok, second time maybe; but not a third time: THAT WILL BE STUPID. --- SORRY FOR THOSE THAT HAVE TO GO THERE. -- I going to add another thing happened to me here, before this one. One day I was to smoke test, and they told me my fluid was low and I didn't put attention, I told them I do all the maintenance, so I went to my home, and the car was parked for two days and then I remember what they told me, so I went to check my engine oil and I was shock, very low. I do my own oil change, and I check the oil every two weeks, and my car has never burned any oil for 5K miles that is when I do the oil change. This can't be my car; they should drop oil from my car. Now I understand everything.

I came in for a SMOG inspection in January. Then I was brought to my car where they showed me oil on my axels, and told me they needed to be replaced along with a new gasket. Their price seemed reasonable and Mike (the new manager) said that they would change all my fluids and not charge me for the SMOG certificate. I agreed and had the work done then and there. While driving my car home the steering wheel began to shake. I called them the next day and Mike said they would need to order a part to get that fixed. I called every week for a MONTH but was given the excuse that they were still waiting for it. At this point, I decided to go into the shop and then they said, "It just came in." (Seriously?) They said I needed Transmission mounts on the engine side and engine front. I waited all day and the work was not done. They drove me home and I came back the next day. Waited for hours again. When I took a test drive, the shaking was still there. They said they were going to "upgrade" the motion mounts. When I took another test drive it finally seemed okay. Bottom line with Purrfect: I do not trust them. I should have trusted my intuition and not gone there. Lesson learned: Never Again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ Review for Perfect Auto on Valle Verde Perfect Auto on Valle Verde absolutely lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest recommendations, and never tried to upsell anything unnecessary. The quality of their work is outstanding — fast, precise, and reliable. My vehicle has never run better, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The shop is clean, organized, and professionally run, which gave me confidence right away. What truly sets Perfect Auto apart is their integrity. It’s rare to find an auto shop that treats customers with this much respect and transparency. They go above and beyond, and it shows in every detail.
