Kelsey, Kyle​ and Josh were absolutely fantastic. I'm an older guy so I've seen things in my days and for a group of "younger" folks, they displayed a very high level of customer service and integrity. I needed the turbo coolant system replaced and while they completed all the work I needed, they found one item that made sense to do while replacing the turbo coolant system since it was accessible. Their pricing was absolutely fair and reasonable for the work done (thousands less than another shop). I will be taking my RAM ecodeisel to Elite for everything I am unable to do myself. Overall a job well done. The shop has a great system that yields good customer communication throughout the entire process. Replacing my fuel system in my old Cummins was not cheap by any means but you get what you pay for...Kyle worked with me to reduce the bottom line and to be informed of each step of the way. Any time I called in for help he was there to get on it. I think if they had leveraged the awesome communication I had with Kyle into direct communication with the tech department it would've been a perfect situation. In the end I understand they're good, but they're busy! I got my truck back exactly the way I wanted it, and totally surprised they fulfilled my customized desires. Thank goodness, no issues to report so far, and looking forward to being a repeat customer.

Spoke to Brian at Elite automotive. I have a Silverado 3500 duramax , Toyota tundra and a sedan we bring all of our vehicles here anytime we need anything. Every time is a pleasant experience and I can always trust them to take care of us. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly and I will continue to come here for any other work on any of my vehicles. They handle everything with our warranties and do everything they can to make it as simple a process as they can for us.

Great place to take my car and truck. I was having trouble with my F-150 air condition blowing warm and took it to Firestone twice only to have it leak again and again after a couple months. Dealership quoted me over the phone and said it would be a 2 month wait just for service. Went online and decided to take my truck to Elite Automotive. Their website says they specialize in Ford trucks and Air conditioning repair. Excellent service overall and my A/C is blowing cold again. I’m happy to pay the premium to get it fixed right. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Elite Automotive. I made the unfortunate mistake of putting regular gas in my diesel truck, and what could have been a total disaster turned into a smooth, stress-free repair thanks to their incredible service and mechanics. From the very beginning, Rob went above and beyond, literally. It was the day before Memorial day and he responded right away and spoke to me in length over the phone. He came in after hours when his shop was closed just to make sure my truck was towed to the right place and personally helped me set up the towing. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and had everything fixed right the first time. No surprises or run arounds. Just honest, professional, high-quality work. What really stood out to me though, as a woman was how comfortable I felt throughout the whole process. I never once felt like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and made sure I understood what was going on. That trust means a lot and it’s something you don’t always find in auto shops. This is 100% a girl approved shop. Honest and professional and trust worthy. They got the job done right the first time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend them to anyone. Yeah, Rob, Kelsey, and the team at Elite are the best. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you have issues with your car that you can’t figure out bring it to them. They will spend the time figuring it out and get it back to you perfect I had issues with my truck not starting. They had it for a month and I didn’t even get charged. I cannot even tell you how wonderful they are please please use them if you need your car fixed.

I have waited a while intentionally to write this review. I wanted to fully check/test the work done by Elite. I had a complete Bulletproofing done to my 2005 6.0 E-450 and it was a very difficult job. I can honestly say, the work was excellent, the follow up was 2nd to none. The service, communication and professionalism from Rob, Bryan and especially Kelsey could not have been better. Thank you to the entire staff. I highly recommend Elite, you will not be disappointed.

I took my Dodge diesel truck in here for a new turbo. I provided all the parts, but when I received my bill, some of the parts listed were ones I had already provided. When I brought this up, they ended up sending Bryan, the shop manager, to discuss it with me, explaining that all the installation hardware came in the box. The manager was prompt to adjust the bill correctly. These guys were very professional to deal with from start to finish.

I'm a snowbird, just here for the winter. I had some steering issues with my 2005 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Being unfamiliar with the area I googled 'diesel repair shops' and Elite Automotive was in the list. I researched the website and decided to give them a try. They got me in quickly and suggested a new steering gear. They also noticed an engine check light which was a 'low turbo boost' anomaly. Further inspection revealed several spots where oil was seeping from 5 or 6 places including the engine bed and turbo pedestal. I had been thinking seriously about getting this 6.0 liter diesel engine 'bulletproofed' for several years and asked if that was something they could do. Rob and Brian assured me they were perfectly capable of the job. We made an appt for a week later as they ordered and waited on parts to show up. Kelsey, the 'real' boss kept in touch and assured me all was going well. They lifted the cab, removed the engine...in total they replaced the steering gear, power steering pump, EGR cooler, oil cooler, replaced the head bolts with ARP head studs, tore the turbo apart and cleaned it, and new gaskets and seals all around. Quite the job! Although I'm impressed with their experience and professionalism I was completely surprised by their customer service...Kelsey was always upbeat and knowledgeable about the process. Rob is a true extrovert and made me feel right at home. Brian showed me around the shop and explained the process to me. Did I mention how clean and neat their shop is? It gave me a lot of confidence that they were extremely conscious about their work environment. All in all, this is undoubtedly my best experience working with an auto shop, the owner and employees. They get my highest recommendations. Most of all, they liked my 2 Brittanys. Thanks Rob, Brian, and Kelsey...we'll be back if we have any more issues with this pickup!

I had some issues with dashboard warning lights on my 2011 Ford Ranger, specifically the airbag and traction control lights. Also, my cigarette lighter (used as a power source when boondocking) wasn't working properly. I'm glad I took my older truck to Elite Automotive instead of a dealer. They promptly fixed these issues and recommended a Gugizmo car charger with USB and 12-volt ports (for all my devices) that is hard-wired to my battery, so no more blown fuses. Their professionalism and honesty is very appreciated and I will definitely be back when my truck needs maintenance or repairs again.

Outstanding, honest and a great deal. I don't know about the rest of you but that's what society is missing today. Had my 2018 super duty 6.7L upgraded with the s&s diesel conversion kit and a few other things done knowing what these parts cost, labor were short which made the out the door cost. Much easier to handle. I was very pleased. I recommend everyone to take their vehicles here. I've been to many sheisty shops here in town. I will definitely be back, thanks Rob and Kelsey, you guys really helped me out here.
