Josh was amazing, he was able to offer a discount sale proposition to me and booked me a month out for when the sale is going to take place saving me a tremendous amount of money and offered financing which lowered my bill another $50 on top of the savings which was hundreds of dollars less than the typical place I purchase my wheels from which is Cosco. If it’s paid within six months then there are no finance charges and my savings is quite tremendous. This location is friendly. It’s not a high-pressure sales location so they offer you what you’re looking for if you explain to them specifically what you’re trying to purchase . Joshua was fantastic. i’m quite impressed with the Customer Service Josh offers and I think he makes a fantastic representative for Firestone. I was also able to inquire about additional services that they offer. I highly recommend this location as I see that they do care about the clients they reach out to you also for your booked appointment. If you like my comment please click on the ❤️ and show some love 😘 First time here, I brought in my Tesla because I bought the wheel alignment for life package. So I can bring in my Tesla for life to get a wheel alignment for free. They were nice on the phone. As soon as I got there. Their whole demeanor flipped because they sure acted like they hated it there. Something that is totally not my fault. I've always said, if you don't like where you work then let the work go and give another person a chance at what you do, because this other person might offer better service and attitude. Any way, yes they got the job done. I feel the difference. Thank you guys for the great job, work on the attitude. Yes I recommend this spot to anyone, and yes I will return to this spot as well. FYI, I only put the business card there just in case you call and the number sends you to the 1-800... I hate it when it does that because they end up giving you the wrong info.

They need more staff when business opens I was there at 7:40 for 8 am appointment, but didn't not get seen till 8:40 due to problems with 1 client in front of me she required help for almost 35 minutes and had to wait for a manager of some kind to arrive at 9 am. My car waited till after 9 am to get taken in ? The guy that did my repair had been just walking around the whole time ? Time management sucks there, and who pays for that ? My guess is the customer in higher price. The manager that came in was very professional and nice !

The whole team here is just fantastic. I am happy to have a shop that I can truly trust to take my car to. From Josh and Shanti in the front to Pablo in the back, I always feel well taken care of. Friendly and excellent professional service! This is my 3rd time coming back to this Firestone within a few years for 2 different vehicles with 2 different techs. Everytime they go above and beyond. Yesterday I came in looking for 4 new tires and brake inspection. This time, I spoke with Luigi and he explained everything clearly step by step. Gave me multiple options for tires. He was very open, professional and kind and called to update me on my vehicle as there were other things wrong during inspection which I am VERY glad he told me about. I agreed to get those things fixed too. Thank you so much, Luigi for your help! There was another gentleman who helped me back then - I wish I could remember his name. My AC wasn't working in the Kia and he had called multiple places just to get the part needed to fix it. Not sure how they got the part within a few hours, but I was able to leave with a working AC that same day!! Staff is wonderful and I will continue to come back here for car services. Don't let the small handful of negative reviews scare you away from this place!!
