First the good.... I felt the repairman was thorough, nice, helpful and did a good job. I would have given a five star, but felt that we were totally taken advantage of with the total price of repair. It should have been far less for a fairly simple repair. We were charged over 1,100. Because it was on a weekend, and very few available, we didn't have many options in an emergency. The tech took close to 2 1/2 hours to get parts and about 5 hours total on the job. He said the shop was busy, but even still, if I was in his shoes I wouldn't expect the client to pay for all of that time. It takes less than an hour to the parts store and back. The tech also spent a good amount of time talking instead of working. It seemed to both of us, that they were running up the bill on us. He was very nice and friendly, but when you're charging by the hour, I think good business is being sensitive to the client's financial situation. $150 an hour is a lot. For these reasons I wouldn't use again.

Called and spoke to Wyatt, he got me scheduled and surprisingly enough he was also the technician to respond. Unfortunately our furnace was bad and needed replaced! He gave us a military discount and the work was carried out same day so my boys were comfortable along with my wife and our new born. Thanks!

We were in Las Vegas for a wedding and our bedroom slide would not open, an estimate was sent to myself. We accepted and a fellow came out to our rig at the park he was nice however I did not feel comfortable with his knowledge base on the rear slide as his ladder did damage some of the decal on the side of our rig and he was taking screws out and tearing back on slide wipers even when advised they were new last year, in the end saying he would have to investigate more on this particular slide mechanism. I did phone and talked with the supervisor the next morning explaining I did not feel comfortable with the previous tech and his work, Chris advised he would be out as I requested the screws that the other tech had in his position and would repair myself and was not happy with the estimate and time for what was done nothing along with damage to the rig. Chris arrived with Kevin and both techs looked over the other techs work with Chris advising there would be no charge for the previous day and he would only charge me 2 hours and part, no service call. I was sceptical and not comfortable at first however both appeared to ease my fears and slide was repaired. I have had the slide in and out on our trip back to Yuma and it seams to work as it has in past and pray it will continue to work. Chris and Kevin are the guys to ask for when calling as they were full of advise on the repair and very personable taking the time to show me on their phone what had to be done and reassured they understood and repair would be done and go well. At the end of the day I felt they looked after me although damaged decal can not be repaired and hopefully the repair did not damage other components as this is a two year only mechanism put out by Lippert. Only four stars as damage to outside decals however Chris and Kevin were great to deal with.

Rolled into town with an AC that wouldn’t turn on I a 110• heat warning. Unit had power but would start up. Said they were coming, text back and forth for a bit, kept saying they were coming. Without coming out and looking, said our unit was old and could be repaired, automatically quoted a replacement for $3k. Still did t show up. Finally called someone else and it was only the breaker.

I had a problem with my fridge. At the first call I was told what to expect and a technician came within the promised time. He replaced a fuse and left. It only lasted 2 hours so I called again. Long story short the real problem was not easy to find it took 2 new control boards ordered from the manufacturer and several times returning to correct the fridge. The entire time the costumer service was great, acted genuinely concerned. Acted glad to help. The final problem was found and corrected. My wife liked their personal care. I thought the final price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I want to thank Sean for his knowledge and professionalism.

Wow, this Company provides 5 Star service. My AC was making an odd, new noise. I called Jeff's RV Auto & Truck Repair. Within the hour they sent Kevin out, who inspected the AC and advised that I turn it off so I don't burn down my rig. They ordered the part, and when it came, immediately installed it with efficiency and precision. It's working great. They did an awesome job, I would highly recommend them. Super knowledgeable staff and great service.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Arrived in Las Vegas when it was 116 out and our 3 RV air conditioners could not keep up. Called Jeff’s Rv, auto and Truck repair and Wyatt answered, responded, and was on my RV roof within 30 minutes. Wyatt and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, 2 of our 9 year old air conditioners needed replaced. Keep in mind, I had just paid $1600 to have them serviced a month ago by National Indoor RV out of Nashville and they assured us they were fine. That was a total waste of time and money. However, Jeff’s RV repair out of Las Vegas was great. Both Wyatt and Kevin worked until everything was finished and both units were up and running . Had a couple of issues over the next few days and again they responded promptly, was extremely courteous, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Don’t hesitate to call them if you are having any issues. They were fantastic!

My AC had been underperforming for a few weeks and as luck would have it, it finally died completely on me while I was in Las Vegas and 103℉ out... I called a few places that couldn't make it out but got referred to Jeff's. I gave them a call and spoke with Kevin who said they could have someone here in 90 minutes. Kevin provided a clear quote to diagnose and less than 90 minutes after accepting Sergio arrived. As expected Sergio diagnosed it as a dead AC and said they would need to replace it. Kevin and Sergio explained to me that the GE air conditioner I had was longer manufactured and given their experience in the Vegas heat they recommended replacing it with an ASA unit. As part of the replacement they used a 15k BTU unit rather than a 13.5k BTU unit. Sergio left to get the needed parts then when he came back he worked thoroughly to replace the AC. This required removing the faulty one, mounting the new one, and replacing the thermostat. Thanks, Kevin and Sergio, for replacing my AC!

My first experience with a mobile RV tech. Saw Jeff's RV truck working on the RV across from us at Sam's Town. Gave them a call as I was having power problems. Answered the phone right away and said they'd stop over afterwards. Had all the parts on the truck. Kris worked 2+ solid hours in the hot suy and fixed all of my concerns. Lifesavers - literally! Got a referral to these guys and they were outstanding. I like how quickly he came out, diagnosed, explained (and educated), and found what was needed. I love my Dodge Sprinter chassis, but it's hard to find parts. The Mercedes engine will go forever, so I guess the only way to get me to buy another is to make necessary parts hard to find. It's 117°F / 47°C here this afternoon. Dangerous heat and still they were excellent. Grateful for the referral and the outstanding work. Highly recommended!

I will start by saying the work performed was fine. My check valve is fix and all good there. The one star rating is due to the scam from the original quote. While I knew it was high, I agreed to it, since this is not something I was familiar with and I'm medically handicapped and unable to twist and turn to perform the work. I was originally quoted a little over $300 for them to come out to our RV site here in Las Vegas. They said the part is a normal part and that they had the part it stock and would be out the following morning between 8-10 am. At 9:43 am, I was called by the service technician who said that he can't find the part he needed and he was trying one more place for the part. I told him I was told on the phone that you had the part, as I made sure they had the part prior to approving the service call. He said they didn't have it. A few minutes later, he called back saying the last store had the part and was on his way. The job took 5 minutes to complete and when I went to pay, my cost went from the $300 quote to $521.89!!! When I questioned the $200 plus dollar cost increase, I couldn't believe it. I was charged for his travels all over Vegas to fine a $20 part! Absolutely unacceptable. I complained to him about it, and he said, "you are paying for my knowledge and service to complete the job." While I understood that and that was the $300+ cost I AGREED to for that service and knowledge, but to be charged for a part I was told was in-stock is completely wrong and a scam! Again, the job was done and explained in the entire 5 minute job, but the additional $200 to look for said part that was in stock, is scandalous. Be very careful with having them come out.

unbelievable!! How could they have done what they did! I rented my RV and the guy had a tire blow out that broke both of the pipes for the water tanks. Someone from this repair shop came to “fix” the tanks problem so the family could continue on their trip. What they did is unbelievable! Instead of running drain pipes for each tank, they CONNECTED THE TWO TANKS WITH A CLOSE LOOP (see picture)!! Then when they call me for payment, I asked if everything was repaired they said yes, the pipes for the tanks are fixed. Not knowing much about RVs. the family went on their trip for a week. A week later, not knowing what they had done. The family returned my RV with BOTH tanks full of POOP!! And no way of dumping it because the tanks had been connected to one another!!! I had to pay a ton of money for this nasty job to be fixed properly and the tanks sanitized. Why would anyone connect the grey and the black tanks! … Horrible experience! And now they don’t want to take responsibility
