If you're looking for the most trustworthy and honest "mom and pop" auto mechanic shop to meet all your needs from general maintenance to full custom work, then please go see Leo, Grace, and company. You will embark on a true 5 star adventure from the moment you ease your precious pride and joy curbside to shield that needs a little TLC; you walk in - greeted by the front desk immediately - and you want to say wants wrong with your vehicle to the front desk, but you are amazed by the spectacular display of different way to accessorize your vehicle after you fix the general maintence issue you are there for. After salivating over the pristine condition of a "mom and pop" shop, you feel parched - fortunately there is water and plenty of comfortable seating to recuperate. The shop has the cleanliness, displays, and size of a service shop of a dealership or huge industrial, auto mechanic shop, but without the type of treatments we are all too familiar with. You don't have to walk in here with hesitation and be on the defensive right away. They are here to understand your problem, diagnose, suggest, repair/ customize if needed, solve, and provide the best experience ever. Because of this full customer solution, that is why I can still categorize this as a "mom and pop" mechanic shop - because they focus on the customer and the ultimate solution. Now to end the 5 star adventure - crank the key and drive off with that "new car" feeling knowing that you paid to keep your vehicle on the road running well, looking nice, you paid to keep a honest business running, and you saved money by using VegasHID because their prices are competitive. My wife and I have gotten this treatment for many years at VegasHID, which is why we took time to review such a great business. We've had all 3 of our vehicles serviced including general maintenance, engine swap, turbo and other bolt on upgrades, HID's (of course - DUH), suspension, tires, etc. The only thing VegasHID hasn't done for us is built us a new car from the ground up - only from the roof down. Leo and Daison did a finaminal job working on my car. They installed low been 6k hid lights and installed 6k led fog light! The job was excellent! These two have great customer service and I would recommended anyone to come down to hidlasvegas due to their fantastic service!!!

🙏🏽praise to the guys for helping me get my light fixed. Got it all done in around an hour and a half and actually brought the price down considerably. Very friendly and military friendly as well! Would definitely bring my car to them again. Cheers🎉

went in to get my bulbs redone..i got them last year dec. 2019..bought the lifetime warranty, bulbs, and install which cost me $600 @ that time. i had to go in dec '20 because one of the bulbs went out. i was under the impression "lifetime" warranty would be til i owned the vehicle. but they said they were bought by somebody else in june and they not honoring that. but if i showed the invoice they would give me $20 off🤣 . i guess the almost $200 in warranty dont mean nothing. like how do you buy a biz and not have backup of all the business they did stored for a couple of years. and so..no warranty..i had to pay $173 to replace both bulbs. just as the other post. spaghetti wires everywhere nothing clean on install..nothing is tied down. as of 7/17/21 my driver side bulb is out from my dec. 2020 redo of both bulbs..

I had some ambient lighting installed in my front and rear seats. The shop and gentlemen who work there are top notch, professional and fast Had me done in less than 2 hours! And because I have a floating center console, I'll be back for the lights for it! As soon as the lights are in stock. Thanks again gentlemen and see you soon 😊

Honestly liked the shop guy who helped me was alright I guess. Place was super over priced in my opinion had a bunch of work I wanted done got a quote. Asked if he could go any lower said he would call me and tell me if his boss would approve or deny a lower offer but never called me and I find that highly unprofessional and ridiculous.

Late review: I'm really disappointed. I have use Vegas HID/ Konvulse Motorsports for about 10 years now... Brought a swathe of cars, in fact, every car I purchase - I bring here. My present car has been brought here on 3 separate occasions for 1 job: lights. First visit: I asked for HIDs and they recommended LEDs. I said sure. Payed Later: I discovered my fog lights did not work. Called to reschedule to fix the issue. Second visit: I came and they worked on it. They charged me AGAIN! Later: I discovered my fog lights only come on with the high beams. Rendering them useless, lest I blind everyone. It annoyed the hell out of me, because it's my daily driver BUT it wasn't super "imperative." So l let it slide for a bit. I have the paperwork after all! Right? Wrong player! Fast forward to.. Third visit: I called to set up an appointment. I honored their schedule and bring my car. Come to find out low and behold... NEW OWNER! He blamed old staff (not my problem) and explained that my car was half incompatible with the LEDs. And recommended HIDs with another price tag of $330. Which I declined. Now I'm running regular lights up top and LEDs down below after paying twice. If he can fix this problem, this review will change. UPDATE: They responded to my review. So I called to see if they can resolve my issue but have not heard back. They know nothing of customer service. Avoid this place.

DO NOT COME TO THIS BUSINESS! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I called ahead of time to get my headlights checked, and they told me to come over. When I arrived at 4:30 pm, this arrogant attendant with an attitude told me they close at 5 pm and they had no time to do it. It was a Friday afternoon, and you could tell he was anxious to leave early. Why don’t they close the doors at 4 pm or 4:30 pm if they get upset when someone shows up before they close. I contacted Cardinale Acura to let them know they should stop referring this shop. Terrible service, disrespectful staff!

Came in here to have my halogen headlights changed to 55 watts HID(‘16 maxima). They currently have a holiday promo that further convinced me that this would be my go-to shop for my needs. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Plus, everyone was kind and professional. Installation took an hour. Definitely recommend this shop!

They are excellent in their business practice. They do a great job and they make sure you're satisfied when you leave. I've had new headlight housing installed with HIDs, switched back to my OEM headlight housing, yellow fog lights installed, coilovers adjusted, and my rear lights wiring fixed. I had both HID lights go out and they replaced them no questions asked and nothing out of my pocket with my warranty on them. Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of them over the phone or in the show room but that didn't really bother me too much since I know they'll take care of whatever I need.

I found these guys when I was recommended to find a specialty company who changed HID style headlights. I was quoted $550 from Henderson Nissan to change the HID headlights on my 2010 Infiniti FX35. These guys did it for less than half that price. Would definitely recommend them and I would certainly use them again. Also, they were super friendly in the office and I was in and out of there in about an hour so that was a big help as well.

Now that I had a chance to take in all that was done, I can leave an honest and truthful opinion. I called and asked about getting my headlights looked at, as the low beams randomly stopped working. I was told to make an appointment for a headlight diagnostic, so I went ahead and made one for a Tuesday. I left work early to make my appointment on time, and before their closing as I was told it would take an hour or 2 to complete. Upon arrival, a tech came out to look at my truck, popped the hood and looked behind the debris guard before getting someone else. Guy #2 comes out and tells me, yes, we can take a look at the whole headlight circuit and diagnose the problem, but I have to make an appointment. Didn't I just do that? Oh well, I make another appointment to drop it off at 8am, and am told it'll be ready in a few hours. I get a ride to their shop and sit in the lobby for close to 3 hours before I'm ever acknowledged, when the tech comes out and tells me they need to do another circuit diagnostic, because they can't figure out why the low beams aren't working. For some reason, he has my tail lights off and is telling me he has to charge me to reinstall the load resistors, but that he can't finish it today, and to come back tomorrow. So, I repeat the process on day 2, sit in their lobby for 2hrs, before I'm told they just need to put it back together. I was charged for 2 circuit diagnostics, an HID install, load resistor installs, a shop fee, and something else. $432. An absolute rip off, as I could have had the same work done by my Ford dealer for around $200 and done in a couple hours. I went back and looked at the work they had done to verify. My HIDs were hooked up exactly the same, minus the anti-flicker kit I had installed. For some reason, they threw it out. They had moved the HID power from my fuse box power source direct to the battery, and moved the 2 grounds from the front of the frame to the top. As for the load resistors that I was told were installed wrong, they were hooked up exactly the same, with new connectors. To top things off, now my center console lights for climate controls and ambient lighting DO NOT WORK! I've checked all the fuses with no luck, so I will now be forced to take my truck in to the dealership to have this problem fixed, as there is no way I can trust this shop to fix their mistakes. So what exactly did I waste $432 and 2 days of my time on? Your guess is as good as mine. I ended up sending the headlights back for a refund, so now I paid $432 to have my console lighting not work. If that sounds like a good deal to you, you've found your shop! I'm sure the owner will be here soon to state his rates are on par with everyone else, but as I stated above, that is incorrect. Listen, I understand it's a business and you're there to make money, but to charge an outrageous price for very little actual work spread out over 2 days is absolutely unacceptable. Be very careful of this shop, do your research on what they claim to do as compared to what they actually do, and shop around for a better, reasonable place to do business with.

Great shop for great service. Took my truck in to fix an HID light I got ten years ago, was told it was under warranty and was fixed for free. That was awesome so I let them fix a car I was working on at the time. It barely made it to the shop, got a diagnosis, and had the problems fixed in short time. I just drove that same car that couldn't make it down the street all the way from Vegas, up the whole coast of cali and Oregon and am still driving it daily. Thank you Vegas HID for saving my car, my sanity and doing it with friendly customer service.

I used this company to Install my headlights on my dodge charger. When I first brought my car here I picked it up and had a few issues but the owner called and fixed it right away. Not only did she understand my concern but also had it corrected for me without any hesitation! Love the female ownership when it comes to a male driven industry. I had a scheduled appointment on December 2nd. Upon arriving to appointment the service was quick but they FAILED to complete the service. Out of four things they completed two. They asked me to reschedule and they would charge me additional $95 in labor for the same service I just paid for just because they want to change date. I asked why they can’t complete service they scheduled me for. They told me there to busy to take scheduled appointments. I asked how was the car inspection. HID Vegas told me they for got and don’t have no one available to do scheduled job. Even though it was on my service sheet as a service they would provide. BEWARE OF INCOMPLETE SERVICE......they might SCAM you out of extra money to do a service you paid them to do. I would recommend doing your research and go to a more competent place that can actually complete the service they scheduled you for. Not sure if you want to waste your time. But so far experience is extremely poor.

This was my first experience coming to this business. I had read reviews online and figured they were a good company. I came in to get some new HID bulbs installed on my vehicle. The service started of pretty well. Friendly staff greeted me and told me the wait would be about 1-1.5hrs. It ended up taking them much longer. My new headlights looked good when I inspected them. However, when I got back into my vehicle, I immediately noticed that my leather steering wheel had very large scratches that were not there before I dropped the vehicle off. When I spoke to the manager, he was downright rude and condescending. He even accused me of being the one who made the scratches and asked if I had taken a before picture of my steering wheel to prove that it was not there before. When I asked if he could cover any cost to repair the scratches he responded by saying, "absolutely not buddy." Totally unprofessional. Then when I asked him not to call me "buddy", he said "I can call you whatever I want to." Be VERY careful taking your car here. If they damage it, you are out of luck. Worst vehicle service experience I've ever had to go through.
