On a Saturday a while back, I hit a pot hole and snapped what turned out to be a stabilizer bar. I took it to Tire Choice on E. Horizon Dr. My car was misdiagnosed and for some reason they replaced a wheel bearing for $697.83 (including $30.90 for five lug nuts and a random $31.66 'shop supply fee'). After replacing the bearing, the car still ran as poorly as before. To his credit, the manager admitted that he didn't notice the snapped stabilizer bar, but informed me that along with that, i'd have to replace a couple other parts and the total would be an ADDITIONAL $1000+. He said he'd call me Monday with the prices and to set up an appointment. So i left with my car in the exact same shape, but with $697.83 less than when i arrived. The manager DID NOT call me back on Monday, so i got it assessed at Pep Boys. It turned out the only problem was the stabilizer bar, which was replaced and all in the cost was $246.10. The wheel bearing had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. In addition, on that Saturday while they were working on my car, a Tire Choice employee was talking about how a manager from a different store was transferred to this location and would lock his office door, turn off the lights and sleep during business hours. And apparently that manager still has a job at another location. This company is a joke and there is no way they would ever touch my car again. They also, through a letter to my credit card company, refused to reimburse me for anything. Nobody from that Tire Choice location or the corporate office ever returned my calls. There are plenty of tire/repair places out there, I suggest you choose a different one.

I definitely recommend this shop! I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Josh. He informed me that they would have to order the tire because it was a specialty tire, which I wasn’t surprised everyone else I had called told me the same thing. He was very nice and told me upfront exactly how much I’d be paying out the door and that I needed to have my car there by 11AM, which I did. I hung out there until my tire arrived approximately at 1:30PM. I had an interview scheduled at 2:00PM, the tech was eating lunch and put down his pizza, had my old tire off and new tire on and ready to go within 10 minutes! Then I came back later in the day after my interview and they fixed my bumper for me as well! This shop is awesome! I will be back for sure and I highly recommend! Awesome group of guy!!! Friendly and funny as well!!

Went for a 4-wheel alignment at tire choice. Purchased on Groupon and they charged me tax on the alignment. Even though I already paid the tax. Car was not successfully aligned. Had to take somewhere else to get complete alignment. Stay away from tire choice. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. Manager smokes inside.

I had went to tire choice location warm springs, had a flat tire that pretty much didn’t have no tire life. Couldn’t drive my car so I just took just the tire. The worker who stepped in the shop asked to look at the tire. We went out & I showed him & he was no help saying he needed my car to be there. Even when I said my car was not drivable. He was no help. So I left to the horizon ridge location where I originally purchased the tires. I called before hand to make they didn’t need my car. Dave answered my call & said no car was needed. Showed up, & showed them my tire, the staff was friendly & right away helped me. We went over tire prices & they told me about a special they had going so I ended up buying all four tires. Took my one good tire, next day came back with my car & got the other three done. They were professional, fast, amazing & with positive attitude. Clean environment. Definitely recommend tire choice but the horizon ridge location.

Took too long for the task. Returned my truck with greasy hands on driver seat, door panel. Paint and Weels. They should return the vehicle clean or in the same condition that was brought in.

I was traveling on vacation to Wyoming and coming into Henderson I had a nail in my tire and my tire pressure was going down rapidly so I took the first exit to look for a tire store. I came across Tire Choice, I told them I was traveling and they got me in and out very quickly, and it only put me an hour behind getting to my next destination. I was so grateful that I came across their store and if I lived in Henderson Nevada, I would take my business there. 😊

When I got there in the morning, the person helping me was very unfriendly did not seem like he wanted to do the job. I even asked him if he wanted me to leave he barely answered me. it was very uncomfortable leaving my truck.. He was a little more friendly when I picked it up, but I’m so used to great service there. I’ve been going there for years. It was very unfortunate..

I recently visited Tire Choice for four new tires to be mounted and balanced. When I picked up my vehicle the next day after them having it for almost 24hours lol, I immediately noticed significant damage to my rear bumper that was not there before. The store manager was initially uncooperative and only agreed to file a claim after I threatened to contact their corporate office. Since then, I’ve heard nothing about the claim, and follow-ups have been ignored. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I entrusted my vehicle to them, and instead of resolving their mistake promptly, I’ve been left with no updates or accountability. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience and the lack of customer care. You have lost a loyal customer for over 4years.

I purchased two front tires on Nov 22 and upon picking up my car, all the sensors and lights were on my dash when I started my vehicle. It literally happened within minutes of them finishing, I watched them drive out to the parking lot so there is no way the tech did not notice that I approached the manger immediately and he ran a battery test stating I have a bad battery. Of course, that did not make any sense to me, I took my car directly to the dealership to have them check out the sensors and the lights. They notified me later in the day that the two front tires that were installed were the Wrong size tire for the car and therefore that’s why it’s set off all of the sensors. I called the manager back and he told me that did not sound true, but he asked me to bring the tires back and when he reviewed the order to get those tires, he did confirm that they got the wrong size Oh, and by the way, Honda said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my battery The manager proceeded to process the refund and told me it would take 5 to 7 weeks before I got my money back that he was not authorized to provide a refund from his store It has been exactly one month and I have not received a single penny back from my refund, I called the manager and he told me all he could do was email the corporate office and four hours later I asked for an update and he told me that the corporate has not responded and that they’re closed for Christmas and it’s only December 23 I emailed the corporate office from The main website and nobody has responded I am owed $434 and it’s taking them five weeks possibly longer to give me my money back but yet, I paid immediately for the service when they completed it only to find out that they completed it incorrectly and only to find out that they lied to me about it But for some reason, I need to wait over a month to get my money back? There is not a single business out there that I know of that makes anybody wait a month or longer to get a refund. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours. I am demanding somebody from tire choice. Call me immediately. I need my money back. I’ve waited long Enough I strongly encourage nobody to go to this place to do any service of any type whatsoever.

Tire Choice has been my go to for many years. I've been going to them when they where Goodyear as well.This Particular shop does a fair deal to all I've seen them interact with. I wassaddened when they changed hands from Goodyear, which meant changes for me towards the other stores in Reno. I have all my stuff done here, these folks will make sure you as the consumer are happy with work performed, or will fix it until you are.

Johnny, Jeremy, and Dave are the dream team. They make this shop shine. I have had nothing but good experiences here and that is why I keep coming back. They are always honest with me about anything the truck needs or about something they are not able to do at this location. They did a great job on the balance and rotation last week and installing a new window motor for a window that hasn't worked in 2 years. I paid 1/3 of the price that the Toyota dealership wanted to charge me. They remind me of one of those small town mechanic shops, which I love. I highly recommend Tire Choice for your vehicle needs.
