The first 3 pics are of my car now after, and the last 3 are of my car before. I’m super happy with how everything came out! My rear bumper basically looks brand new without it having to be replaced. They also painted my entire car to take care of other marks and vandalism it had, as well as trim blacked the front grill, which looks really nice! Rebecca was very helpful through the entire process and even held my car at the shop for free while I was traveling and couldn’t pick it up. Will definitely go back again if I need more body work or paint in the future.

Thank you Aari and the rest of the Maaco team. Very professional and helpful. They did a great job painting my vehicle at a low cost and fast turn around time.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Maaco team at this location. They really understood how much this truck meant to me and they helped me restore the body and provided a fresh paint job in Onyx Black. You have no idea how happy you made me!

Paint came out with a few flaws!! They had my truck for almost 3 weeks. Communication was nonexistent, had to make several calls with no response. Finally got a text saying it was done. Got it home and found a run on my driver door!! Going back next week to assess a solution. They need better quality control so their customers don't have to continue to return!

I've waited to leave this review, but after 3 months of nothing being solved, I've decided that now is the time. I want to make this clear that it's not about Crystal, her customer service is the only good thing about this location. This is aimed at the other turnover employees who screwed up the process. tldr; Don't cheap out, go to a real shop. Bad communication, at least during the Summer months. Brought project car in for a color match, walked out with a debadged car. I want a compensation for the time wasted and my money back. The root problem is communication. This review will document all of the errors that occured at this location, and the massive waste of time and money that has accumulated over the past three months. CONSTANTLY GOING THROUGH EMPLOYEES: When I first came in for an estimate towards the end of May, one employee gave me a quote that was never honoured. I had to come back a second time to get another, much higher estimate and learned that he had been fired. I got a date arranged, and brought my car in at the beginning of June where I was told that I would have my car back within 7 business days. Almost two weeks passed where I had no transportation, and came in to pick my car up on June 13th. The moment I got a close look at my car, my heart dropped. 1.) Inability to follow directions - Overspray on the taillights that were agreed upon to be masked and DEBADGING of taillights: When receiving both my first and second quotes, I emphasised to the employees that the taillights MUST be masked and such a request was documented, but never honoured. I recall talking for around 5-10 minutes about how if the lettering on the taillight garnish was removed or painted on, it would be impossible to be found. Lo and behold, I am still waiting for them to replace the original lettering. I am absolutely infuriated about this occurence. There is no way for me to get OEM lettering without buying a used garnish (which Maaco has refused to cover and will only get non-OEM "sticker" lettering - which shouldn't have to be done in the first place). Due to the horrible communication skills at this location, nothing was done correctly and now my car is debadged. 2.) Painting over the logo emblem... then doing a HILARIOUS "replacement" by GLUING A BRAND NEW EMBLEM OVER THE PREVIOUSLY PAINTED EMBLEM. You heard me, they painted over the emblem. Any reputable paint shop would have removed the emblem and replaced it after painting. Any sane paint shop would NOT have GLUED IT ON TOP OF THE OLD EMBLEM after agreeing to order a new emblem and replace it. Now there's two emblems ruined and I'm stuck with a "raised" emblem with a painted-over one underneath. 3.) OVERSPRAY GALORE! I should've listened to everyone who told me not to go to Maaco without doing the prep myself... but I didn't. And there was overspray all over my SUPPOSED TO BE MASKED taillights, black rubber lining the taillights, and spoiler. Overspray was on other parts of the car as well. After pointing out the problem, Maaco agreed to fix the overspray, but of course, they only did the bare minimum job and still left the taillights and taillight rubber with tons of overspray even though I emphasised fixing those the most. Another huge waste of time after having to bring my car back again for a few days to get that problem ""fixed."" 4.) Painting over keyholes Self-explanatory, no reputable paint shop would've done this. There are so many ways to curb this from happening but they don't care enough to do so. 5.) Hatch garnish was supposed to be painted black but was sprayed over white after pickup. Maaco luckily succeeded in fixing this. To date, this is the only thing that they fixed correctly after my complaint. My friend and I had to come back multiple times over the months to inquire about my car, attempt to get my money back, and all mostly with minimal success. I attempted to contact the owner with no luck, they haven't returned my voicemail. I just want compensation. 1st pic is before (when I had lettering)

The service I received was just shy of excellent. Crystal worked with me from beginning to end. Staying in contact with me when a concern came up, to inform me and asked for my opinion on just about every potentially important issue. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because when Maaco was made aware that my powder coated frame received a significant amount of overspray, I was advised that management suggested for me to paint over the affected areas with black paint. Powder coated frames are part of the (72 El Camino) classic car custom build. I’m not a disgruntled customer. I’m simply giving this Maaco location an opportunity to make me whole again. As my custom frame work was upon dropping my vehicle off for bodywork/paint. Needless to say, a lot of work goes into doing a “Frame-Off” job. In all fairness, the paint job turned out pretty good. —- Respectfully, good business practice by Maaco would undoubtedly be to restore my frame work to its condition prior to my vehicle being painted at your location. It is not my desire to establish civil litigation in order to restore my property (frame) to its original condition. I am a first time customer of Maaco-Henderson and hopefully a future customer. The premium business etiquette that I displayed from start to finish is precisely what I am expecting as your customer. I requested additional body work/labor and I paid promptly when presented with the final bill of nearly $7,000. If by chance the restoration of my frame can not be performed by members of your staff, I will provide Maaco-Henderson with 2-3 estimates to restore my frame. For a continued manner of quality professionalism, contacting me privately would be most helpful. I’m hoping we can see this matter resolved seamlessly. So that I will in fact bring my business back.

Here’s my experience. Now I really loved the paint job and great customer service from the male. My only complaint was with the girl that worked there. I came in for a quote but she didn’t act like I was serious about purchasing. I asked again if she can re-explain the quote and process into the paint job. The female looked annoyed and frustrated that I didn’t understand her quote and she walked out to the back. but luckily the super nice Hispanic male associate recovered the situation and assisted me. He gave me a great quote and everything. He is the reason I went with this location and I am happy I did. I really loved the paint job and everything he did. My only complaint is with the female associate that needs to be retrained. Here’s a before and after pic

Update: I liked it so much, I painted my second car here. Yup 👍🏼 booked with my girl Crystal! Again. Had another amazing value added service! Again they helped me with a LYFT ride to pick up my car. It was restored to its original BEAUTY. I called it black beauty. So shiny. Check out the pictures. Thank you 🙏🏻 Such a good experience from start to finish. I was helped and informed of all my options by the team including all of the staff and GM Crystal. They even offered me a LYFT to get me home. I really appreciated all of the excellent communication and service.

I brought my BMW X5 to Maaco Henderson (M2787) for a basic front bumper repaint. According to the estimate, the entire job — including sanding, paint, and clear coat — was supposed to take 2.8 hours total (2.0 for paint, 0.8 for clear coat). Instead, they kept my car for over five days, and what I got back was unacceptable. Oscar Jacobs, the estimator, told me directly that they would sand and refill all the rock chips, use premium paint because it’s a BMW, and apply a proper clear coat finish. None of that appears to have happened. There was no sanding or filler used, just paint sprayed directly over the damage. The rock chips and pock marks are still clearly visible under the paint. Overspray is everywhere — on the headlights, trim, and even inside the engine compartment. The passenger side of the bumper looks rushed and cloudy, while the driver’s side looks ok — showing they’re capable, but chose not to do the full job with care or consistency. To be clear: I didn’t haggle with them about the price. I trusted their word and expected a professional-level job. Instead, I got results that look more like a cut-rate DIY job than something from a national body shop chain. There’s even a new dent in a spot that wasn’t damaged before. And before they respond with the same canned line they post on every bad review — “Please give us a call so we can resolve this issue…” — save it. When you do call, they just say, “Well, it’s written in the contract that this may happen and we’re not liable,” or something along those lines. It’s not customer service — it’s deflection. If you care about your car, take it somewhere else. I won’t be coming back, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Rodrigo and Crystal were great. I brought in my 2005 nissan Altima that I am giving to my son. I didn't want anything that would be overly expensive and really didn't need that showroom finish for my 17 year old son. There were a few dents and extensive sun damage on the hood, roof and trunk. Overall satisfied with the deal I got. Great customer service and understanding of my situation. Recommend bringing your car here especially if your not looking to spend 5k or more on a paint job. They have different levels depending on what you need. If you want that showroom finish and have the money they have that too. Here are the before and after pictures. I'm happy on the outcome!

Thanks to Maaco for helping me out with my wife’s car on the account of we need a job done and they did an excellent job. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Maaco and well they’re pretty good and the staff is phenomenal. Fantastic so if you need your car painted, they can do a great job. So if you want to save money and get it done really nice because times are hard right now more worse than any other times I would suggest you go to Maaco and get them a chance to prove that they can do just a greater job than anybody else. You might be surprised they did a beautiful job on my wife bumper. and I recommend you take your car to Maaco and make the right choice and choose Maaco.

I had an amazing experience at Macco Auto Body & Painting on Stephanie St! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, honest, and easy to work with. Chris, Jevaun, and Aari went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our Acura MDX came out looking absolutely brand new, the quality of the work truly exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail, the communication, and the level of care they put into the job were outstanding. If you’re looking for excellent service and exceptional results, I highly recommend Macco on Stephanie St. Thank you again to Chris, Jevaun, and Aari for taking such great care of our vehicle!

Overall paint job was really good no complaints, couple areas that needs to be wiped down from a little overspray but an easy fix. I recommend this Macco off of Stephanie and Russell close to Central Church.

I was going in desperate need of a new paint job on my 2010 Toyota tundra. The truck stays outside 24/7 so the sun had did some major damage to the original paint. The clear coat was already eaten by the sun and many parts of the body was already peeling. I was referred to by two good friends of mine who had their truck worked on by Maaco in Henderson, and given there estimate and results I had to go by and give them a try. Upon arrival I spoke with Chris, but mainly Aari and they were just plain amazing! They were friendly, informative and just an overall pleasure to work with. Upon pick up, the service was as expected, a few dents were repaired as requested and the paint job was the best bang for buck, definitely no complaints here! If you’re looking for a body shop that won’t r*pe you in pricing, and offers a warranty, I would definitely highly recommend going to this place again and will be sure to refer many of my clients at LVGT Ceramics to this shop! Thank you Aari, Chris and Maaco! I will definitely be doing business with you guys again!

I brought my 1997 civic in a few months ago to get a quote. Earlier in October I went back to get it painted !. Ari was at the front and she worked with me to get a workable price for what I had in visioned for my car. We decided on a color and a price & they over delivered !! Completely changed the car and how it looks now. This was the last step cosmetically for my project car and now I just can't stop admiring it. The team did great and they'll go the extra mile to make sure it's 100% for you. 10/10 recommend!!!!

The New paint job we received was excellent. We were informed that even though they try to "Color match" the new Color would be slightly darker, and this was the case. However, we love the new darker/richer Color. ☺️ My 4 and 1/2 Rating is because, I wish they would have cleaned and treated the Car trimming. In addition, the interior doors, floors and seats needed to be wiped down from the Reps leaving dirt stands entering & exiting. I will have to return the Car, due to a few previously unseen Paint smudges on the Car and windshield that we didn't see upon pick up. Overall, the entire job and experience was truly great. 🚘✅☺️
