Was sent to this location from my insurance-progressive. It was super easy to set up an appointment. When the time came for me to drop off my vehicle, it was incredibly easy. The shuttle driving to local car rental was amazing, I couldn’t ask for a more smooth hand off. They took very ideal amount of time for such a fix. I was very satisfied with the fix, as it looks exactly how it did before. The only problem is that my gas tank has been oddly effected and unfortunately this allows the fumes escape, alittle disappointing, but it’s a bump in an overall beautiful fix on the collision work/look. The tech Benjamin, who I spoke with on my truck was very friendly and made the process feel very smooth. I showed him a few scratches or paint chips and what it was cost to get it fixed. On picking up my truck- he had did a color fix on my paint chip spots and gave me a sample bottle for future paint chips. The customer service is by far 5 stars. The fix effecting my gas tank and not being checked was dissatisfying in the safety of my car and condition with this problem.

I was in a accident and my insurance send me here, take your car anywhere but here ! I have a brand new car, it was hit from back back minor stuff. I get my car and noticed the next day that they messed it all up. Scratches in the front, scratches in the back didn't even fix it just the tail lights, dirty it from the back, and even scratch the key fob. Manager doesn't want to take responsibility saying that it is me. My car was 3 months old, it did not have any of those damages. Got it back worse than i brought it in.

Poor experience throughout. I went here through my insurance to have my bumper replaced after a rear-end collision I was involved with. Communication was poor. I received text messages that were practically useless- one told me repairs were almost ready, which isn't really helpful in the grand scheme of things. The shop called me only once to let me know parts were in and then radio silence. I had to call them to get updates. When the day came when they said they would be done with repairs, I had to call the shop three times to confirm the vehicle was ready. The first time, I was asked to call back. When a few hours passed, I called back again to be put on hold and then hung up on. Frustrated, I called a third time, finally getting to someone who said my vehicle was ready for pickup. While the vehicle was "ready"- meaning the work on the bumper was complete, I discovered the car was returned to me with a Check Engine Light with code U0001. I was not told about this issue when the keys were handed over. The light turned off a few hours later and the issue hasn't come back since- but I'm continuing to monitor. A few days later, I open the hood to see if maybe something had happened with the battery to cause the code and I discovered that the brake fluid cap was removed and the battery terminal cover was open. The brake fluid cap was sitting on the plastic in the engine bay, waiting to be put back on...I had driven the vehicle at least 100 miles by this point, unaware the cap was removed. I don't know if a technician missed it trying to get my vehicle out, but both things show the shop is okay with incomplete jobs being sent out. I'm not satisfied with the experience I had with this collision center. I can justify two stars because the bumper looks pretty close to new, but everything else with this experience brought down the score tremendously. I hesitate to recommend this shop, and probably won't.

As a woman, this was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, I felt talked down to, dismissed, and treated with a lack of respect that I can only describe as sexist and discriminatory. My concerns were brushed off, explanations were vague, and I was made to feel like my questions were an inconvenience rather than part of my right as a paying customer. Because of this dismissive treatment, my vehicle was not properly cared for. Issues that should have been addressed were overlooked, the quality of work did not match what was promised, and I left feeling like my car — and I — were not taken seriously. It’s incredibly frustrating to trust a business with something as important as your vehicle and walk away feeling ignored and undervalued. No customer should feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or marginalized when seeking professional services. Until this location addresses how they treat women and ensures all customers receive the same level of care and attention, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with an auto body shop. From the very beginning, communication was terrible I had to constantly call for updates because no one ever reached out to me. Every time I spoke to someone, I got a different answer about the status of my vehicle. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a drawn out nightmare. My car sat there for what felt like forever, and when I finally got it back, it was clear the work was rushed. The quality was not what I expected at all panels didn’t line up properly, and it honestly looked like corners were cut just to get the job done. On top of that, the customer service was incredibly dismissive. I felt like once they had my business, they no longer cared. Any concerns I brought up were brushed off or met with excuses instead of solutions. I trusted this shop based on its rating, but my experience was the complete opposite. Between the delays, poor communication, and questionable workmanship, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other shops out there that actually value their customers and take pride in their work. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience, after having my car for 2 weeks they refused to repair the damage from a fender bender accident without fixing for a higher out of pocket cost unrelated damage to the back part of our car that the next place offered to fix for no cost as a thank you for our business. I had to call multiple times throughout the process for updates and their text system told me my car was completed and ready for pickup before work even started .They were most concerned about what the insurance thought and not concerned at all about the customer. Would not recommend.

This was the first time in 12 years since I had a fender bender with my vehicle where I backed into a metal trailer. The repair that was done is awesome. I had deep vouches into the metal and the car looks absolutely beautiful. My bumper is brand new And my car looks absolutely gorgeous. The Customer Service is outstanding at the American Pacific location. I highly recommend going there. You will be informed every step of the way via text about what is going on with your vehicle. My car got broken into and there was glass literally everywhere. Seats, floors, dash, air vents… just everywhere. When I got it back it was spotless. Everything that was even slightly damaged was replaced and the paint matching is perfect. They texted me often giving me updates and the work was done on time.
