This is the third time I've used Frank's Auto Body. The review wouldn't let me give them 5 Stars for some reason. I've had two other new cars get dinged. This time the job was completed in three days time. Frank's is very courteous, professional, and friendly. You can just the quality of their service by my pictures.

Vandal broke the housing off my door handle! I bought a replacement part and then discovered it needed the underside painted. Beyond my pay grade and my shakey 70-year old hands! Just the kind of pesky, no profit job every body shop in America would turn away saying, "We don't do that here." But Frank's did not. Instead I got compassionate and SPEEDY help. Within 2 days they had painted the part and popped it back on my car for me. I can't say enough good things about Frank's. Had not seen them in 20 plus years. But can't tell you how happy I am to see the same professional high standard shop they always are. You always have a choice in auto paint and body shops. Always choose Frank's. PS: Chris is PRIMO!

Frank’s Auto Body was very easy to work with and everyone from the front office to the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Chris my technician was great about keeping me informed from the beginning to the end. I would recommend Frank’s to family and friends. My car was being paid for through insurance because of an accident so I’m not sure how to rate their prices.

Great work. Connie, up front, is super awesome! The onky bummer is that, in order to save over $700, I ordered a non-Toyota headlight assembly, and it is 98% the same (a barely noticeable <1/4" difference in the gap between the top of the lense and the hood. This is not their fault, though.) Highly recommended.

My car was in an accident the day after Halloween, being an employee at Mercedes Benz of Henderson we constantly use Frank’s for the cars here so I figured why not take my personal vehicle to them. From the start Regina was very sweet and friendly towards me guiding me through the process as well as dealing with my insurance. Updates were frequent and stress free up until the day my vehicle was ready for pickup. The paint matching was absolutely flawless and would definitely like to bring my car back here if they offer paint matching services for aftermarket body parts!
