They answered my call at 8pm and came straight out to my driver to fix a flat tire. They told me the rate and the cost of the tire upfront however when they got to the truck they were able to fix the tire. After the repair they didn’t even charge me the full price of service call. Will definitely use them again when and if we ever have any issues up their way

Traveling through the area we had a front shock bolt come loose leaving the top connection unattached to the frame. I called B&N and Ray answered immediately and was genuinely interested in my description of our problem and asked additional questions to determine what parts were needed. He did a little homework in addition to determine if a dealer in the area might have the correct bolt. None were available so he found a part in a local hardware store which met the spec's required. Ray was promt and kept us continuously updated on time-line for arrival. Repair was made and we were on our way. I Highly recommend B&N and especially Ray. Top notch service and very courteous at a time when we needed our Repair. Thanks Ray for going over and above our expectations.

The first time I used their services, I needed trailer work done. They arrived promptly, inspected the trailer, and fixed it on the spot. Not only did they do a great job, but they also lowered the repair cost and gave me a discount from the original quote. Recently, I called them again when my coolant was leaking, and I was unsure of the source. As an owner-operator, my company had already contacted several other places for quotes, all of which suggested unnecessary work and lengthy time frames. I remembered B & N and called them, and he arrived within an hour.
