Overall a very good experience. I went to Findlay Lincoln for a routine oil change and tire rotation on my Ford Ranger after having far too many bad experiences with Ford Country across the street. Everyone at Findlay was very nice, very helpful, and genuinely good people to be around. I was able to work in the lounge and enjoy decent free coffee. Deducted one star because for the $50 premium over the price for the same work at Ford Country they could have at least washed my truck when they were done. But at least the people at Findlay are nice, as opposed to the people who hate their jobs across the street.

They were able to take my vehicle for recall when I dropped off this time, which is excellent, but could not complete because they have to order the parts. In the past I had tried repeatedly to schedule other recall but they were not able to schedule the work until several attempts. If Findlay is able to complete this recall appointment, I would be satisfied.

Rodrigo, my sales rep, was amazing to work with. As an out of state buyer, he stayed on top of the process and kept me informed every step of the way. What impressed me most, is Findlay would not allow me to finalize paperwork until the vehicle had completed it's service inspection. Upon conducting a full inspection, they identified a few small scratches in the paint, an imperfection in the driver side window tint, and worn brake pads. The dealership proactively took care of all of these items, prior to the vehicle being delivered. My experience with Findlay was outstanding. I highly recommend Finlay Lincoln.

From the first visit when we looked at the vehicle for the first time, to the time sales associate that helped us build and order our car, to the final step of financing the vehicle. Every step of the way was made easy by the professional sales team of Findlay Lincoln. They treated us like royalty with utmost respect for our time. We went to several dealerships to look at and compare other brands and vehicles. What made us choose Findlay Lincoln was their ability to rise above the rest with their services. One competitive dealership next door was so rude to us when we asked them to help us build the vehicle we were interested in. We dealt with their sales manager and he was annoyed that we didn't want to buy the vehicle they already had in the lot. If I'm looking to spend over 140K on a vehicle, you best belive that I want to get every detail exactly that I want.
