Was told on the phone they offered service discounts with a coupon, ha ha no coupons available. Their website mentioned a 15% dicount on accessories. When I drove 100 miles to get there just for the dicounts I was told by at least three people working in the service department they knew nothing about discounts. I paid for my oil change and left for good would not recommend this place to anyone.

Under promise and over deliver! Its a great motto. When we got here for a simple oil change, there were a few cars ahead of us. We were helped by a couple of very nice gentlemen. They told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes. We were out within 20 minutes. They were kind to my toddler and a great help!

Always receive top-notch service here. The entire staff in both Service Department and the Parts Department gave me that superior customer service I have come to expect. I even believe that these folks could possibly consider side hustles, coaching struggling agents trying to manifest the magic combination of customer advocate and efficient rainmaker for their employers! Some of Service Advisor is trying to rip-off customer by fooling, we brought my daughter Honda CRV in Honda Service for check and diagnose because of noise in engine . They give me a call about the dianose result rhey said it’s water pump cooling system so it need to replace and fix the leak and the cost is $1,630 i told them just fix the problem but the advisor keep insisting that i should agree to what they say i ask what is the real problem why it’s so expensive i told him to send me the diagnose repair by txt or email but he didn’t do it so i went to Honda to pick up the car and he give the result copy and found out that they add / include the other maintenance required they give a false result to my warranty insurance they said it’s because of leak to make that I can’t use my warranty and get the maintenance required due . We are so disappointed in Honda Service. Is there any who can help me or or other customer they rip-off.

I just want to say CHASE the finance manager, is seriously a blessing! I bought a car in April, had some issues with my warranty company, it was more then enough to handle so i decided to go in and speak to someone with knowledge, I got Chase, this man handled everything I needed handled within 30 minutes ! I am so grateful that he helped us, no questions asked! He was actually the only person from Honda to be clear and explained everything I needed to know! 100% recommend doing any business with Chase.

I brought my HRV into this dealership because I was having an issue with my camera sensors on the vehicle, no issues with this service. However, a technician left pliers on my car where the wipers are and when I turned them on they went flying up and cracked my windshield. So my husband called to let them know and after they “reviewed” camera footage, they are stating no one left tools on my car. Please stop lying just because you are trying not to be responsible for your negligence! I will be filing a formal complaint about this! And if I need to get lawyers involved I will. Do not take your car here because they all lie.

There guys are class A Scammers. As an ASE Certified mechanic of over 15 years I was shocked to get a call from my elderly mother stating her new car needed thousands of dollars of work. I looked at the work they recommended and laughed. They made her sign paperwork guilting her into denying the services, and made it seem like her car wouldn't be able to drive without this work. She extremely worried until I explained each thing to her and how completely UNNECESSARY each thing was Her vehicle has less then 13,000 miles and they recommended almost every fluid, tire balance and alignment. Not to mention some of these are listed more then once, so what would have happened if she said yes? She would have paid multiple times for the same thing. Per Honda recommendations transmission fluid is not recommended until 50,000 miles on this vehicle unless under extreme driving conditions. Brake fluid is not recommended until 30,000 miles. They also failed to provide any test strips, which is a very common practice to show customers if the fluid is actually bad or contaminated. Alignment and tire balance is completely ridiculous to recommend on a almost new car with such low milage, unless its getting new tires or has been in an accident. They failed to provide any reason as to why they recommended these twice. Looking at her tires there is no visible sign of uneven wear and it is not pulling to either side. I'm pretty shocked on this one. "A/c refresh" is one of the biggest scams. The a/c system is a sealed unit and there is absolutely no reason to open it and let gas leak out to recharge it. Especially if there is no concerns of the a/c not working. Fuel induction service at $189.99 is also useless. This is done with a $15 can of fluid, Every shop has them and that is a astronomical price for a service that has never been proven to do anything. This is more for a vehicle that is running rough due to excess carbon build up, not an issue when you use quality gas or when you have 13,000 miles. If they were to scope the intake and show why they recommended that it would have been a little easier to understand. I Understand recommendations as I've been in the business for quite a while, but try something that's actually recommended or useful at this milage like filters or a tire rotation. You guys should be ashamed trying to prey on an old lady who barley makes it by on SS to try to make a huge sale.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Honda Services was so egregious I feel obligated to warn others. I have been a loyal customer to Honda Services for approx. 4 years. All my services are performed at the dealership. I brought my car in for routine service last week. They gave me all the recommendations of the items needed for the car, and one of them was an alignment and new tires. I informed them that I did not need an alignment at the moment as my car was driving well. Instead of honest work, they botched my alignment, causing visible pulling, while I was driving on the freeway home. I immediately called them to make them aware of the situation. It was to the point of safety as my vehicle kept on driving to the right causing me to almost hit the vehicle on the other lane. When I confronted them, the service staff denied responsibility and claimed that I needed new tires. Their response felt like a tactic to deflect blame and extract more money from me. I’m not trying to smear them unfairly — I’m sharing a genuine experience, so others won’t suffer the same. Dealerships are supposed to act in good faith, but they apparently chose profit over integrity in this case.
