BEWARE! THE SHOP WILL STRIP YOUR OIL PAN BOLT AND WASH THEIR HANDS CLEAN OF ALL LIABILITY TO FIX IT. My wife took her car here for an oil change and some time later, we realized it was leaking oil, it was leaking from the oil pan bolt. I took the car in to the shop and long story short, they said it wasn't caused by them even though they were the last ones to touch the bolt before it started leaking. You can even see the blue tamper sealant they used in the attached photo, I took this photo the moment I located the spot it was leaking from. I escalated this to the Pep Boys area manager who wasn't any more help. He hung up on me and hasn't returned multiple promised responses. He then decided to close the case without any attempts at follow-ups. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your automotive needs.

After $1000+ later this is what they call a fixed oil leak. (See pictures) after taking a vehicle here 3 different times for the same exact problem. DO NOT take your vehicle to this Just Brakes. Twisted thieves here. The prime example of why more and more people trust fewer and fewer mechanics.

John and Robert were fantastic. They went the extra mile to try and find any defects in my tire after I checked it at a gas sation and it was at 15. They checked once and didn't give up and decided to check three more times and I really appreciated that. We eventually found a huge nail on the back side of my tire wall and that made a hissing sound. This location's really professional and considerate.

They don't want the business.... I set an oil change appointment a week ago through the website. Show up and the manager tells me that all the appointments are taken and that he called and left a message this morning. No calls or messages and he can't find the number he called. All this and they don't even have one customer car in the shop... So I went across the parking lot to Goodyear and they are getting it done within the hour. Sitting here an hour and got my oil changed across the lot; and not one car goes in or out of the Pepboys shop.

Paid for a wheel and tire swap over so that I could trade my car in at the dealership. Their tech forgot to swap over my tpms sensor valves. So I had to pay again but this time for discount tire to fix their work as I did not have time to go all the way back to pep boys. Either way I will not be going back to pepboys again.

Damaged car. Denied they did anything and refused to pay for damages. Even corporate covered up their mistakes and told me to go through my own insurance. They also greased my headliner and both visors inside my car. I saw the mechanics grease covered hands. Oh and they also “couldn’t find or fix the problem” yet, they gladly gave my car more problems!!! And then they asked for a 5 star review!!! You’re welcome.

2nd review for Pep Boys. for some reason Google asked for another review. I am pleased that they have a courtesy inspection service to go over and provide recommended fixes. The manager, Jon at my local service center was courteous and they took good care of my service needs and honored warranty on a service provided. Service prices have skyrocketed every where, but Pep Boys is helping by helping diagnose and providing cost estimates to to help you plan. There are still paid diagnostic fees, so ask ahead of time if you'll be charged. Happy 2026 fellow humans!
